They are great at getting you want you need quickly. Easy to pickup and check out. Easy to park as well.

Reserved a truck for 5 PM on a Saturday. Did online check in the night before and paid for the truck. Got off work at 4:30 and showed up at a couple of minutes after 5 to find the doors locked. Called U-Haul customer support to find out this location closes at 5 and that the owners of the location had changed our reservation to 4:30 without informing us. No phone call. No way to contact them. No way to get keys to our truck.Miraculously a truck was turned in early at another nearby location. They will be getting the 5 star review for the incredible way they went out of their way to save us from a potentially disastrous lack of common sense at this place..

The lady at the front desk was super helpful, and very polite. Everything went very smoothly, highly recommend!

Do not rent from this place!!!!! My husband rented a uhaul from them, he specified the morning, as afternoon was not an option for us. He scheduled it 2 weeks in advance. He got up early and had people expecting a delivery, then when he got there, they extended OUR rental until noon on the day we were supposed to pick up.

Staff was nice and efficient. Did their best to help me find what I needed.

I did not have a reservation to get a trailer or a dolly - I walked in and was immediately served. The staff were very friendly and helpful in assisting me to choose the correct trailer/dolly that I needed. They then assisted me in making sure that everything was connected correctly.Very fast, efficient, and friendly service! No complaints!

Renter transporter on the phone, this Saturday morning. Realized it had a flat tire before I got home. Called the place that I rented it from and asked them if I could return it. They told me to contact road side assistance. I parked the transport hauler in front of my house, as I was close to home. I contacted road side assistance and they said I would receive a text soon. I eventually received a text and was told that someone would be there to fix the tire in 90 min. It has been two hours and Im still waiting. Every-time I call to find out about a refund, as Im not able to use the transporter, Im given a different answer or told I will need to take the transporter back to were I rented it from. The place I rented if from is closed. I called U HAUL again and they said I would need to speak to someone in collections. Collections is closed. Sitting at home waiting for the hauler to be fixed so I can drive another 40 miles round trip to return a transporter that I couldnt use and still dont know how Im suppose to get a refund, not to mention the waste of gas and my day.

Guy who helped me was kind of rude. Seemed like he didn’t want to be doing his job, and was very short with me. He also didn’t even mention there was a $100 deposit, which I understand why there is a deposit, but not why he wouldn’t inform me? Only reason I’m giving two stars is because they helped me without a reservation.

Rented a van and the process was really easy. I ended up being over charged after I returned the van, however, I called customer service who directed my claim to Brandon who had the charge reversed within minutes. I thought it was going to be a hassle to resolve things, but everyone was really friendly and easy to work with. I would definitely rent from them again.

Friendly, helpful, informative, clean, kind, professional, good price. We use them anytime we move or have a need for a truck. I especially like this location as they truly care. Thank you.

Rented a car dolly, unfortunately our car was to low in the front end to load onto the dolly. When we returned it the associate he completely understood and refunded our rental fee. He was friendly and the showed empathy for our situation. Hopefully the tow truck driver will be as nice.

Truck worked great. They just get you with the fees. They say $40 for a day but my bill ended up being $99. I only drove like 20 miles...

Havent we all been on both sides of service when it comes to renting moving trucks? I know I have. One of the more volatile and unpredictable industries. We rented a truck from here and the truck we rented wasnt there on time so we waited 20 minutes and still a no show so they gave us a 50 dollar credit which is standard for this location. You have to ask for it though. We were in a hurry and they accommodated. Great store, good service. They also have boxes and tape and other products. The truck was clean and handled well.

There is only two guys working there. Ivan is awesome. He has always work for me. Very flexible in time returns. I never had any problems renting anything from here. In fact I drive from Lehi just to rent a trailer.Taylor is cool too. Like I said I never had any problems. If you had any issues you have to look at all your facts before you make any reviews.Ether way I do recommend renting from this place.

Couldnt come up with a more unprofessional group of receptionists. Rude, pushy, ornery, and yelling at a customer. After being asked 5 times for my credit card information I asked if she would please stop asking me that since I was trying to gather information for my move. She then just hung up on me. I called back, got yelled at, and hung up on again. Classy location.

Tried to charge me an extra day and extra insurance coverage because they closed two hours early. It shouldnt have mattered because I returned the truck a day early. Then they charged me for extra gas even though the contract I turned in with the key stated that I picked it up at 7/8 tank. They claim they dont have the contract anymore so theres no way for me to prove anything. The area manager told me to call the location I picked it up from (they never answer the phone). It would be great if they would just solve the problem instead of passing it to someone else.

AVOID! They rented me a truck with bald tires that wouldnt have passed safety inspection. I told them I needed a truck that could handle driving up the canyon in snowy conditions. The truck they gave me couldnt even make it up a road that other cars vans and trucks had no problem driving up.. I couldnt even make my destination. When I complained and asked for a refund they want to start a long irritating claim process. These guys should be shut down they are not safe and they have no customer service.

The staff had my order packaged and ready to load up my car! Ordering my boxes online allowed me to get in and out in 5 minutes.

10 truck was easy to drive, very affordable.

Really poor customer service. I placed a reservation in advance in orem area only to have to struggle the day of reservation going from Orem to Provo to find where they had sent the truck.

U-Haul place never answers their phone

The employee was late and we couldnt get our truck when we reserved it. The truck leaked and try as I might to contact their insurance provider and customer service, no one will help remedy the fact that they provided a very bad product to me.
