We signed up with hello about 4 months ago. they just changed ownership recently and the new people are wonderful to deal with. Very friendly and they seriously have the best service in Utah. we used several pest control companies in the past and never could fully get rid of our bugs, but hello does a full home service and its incredible. thx yello

I have a big property and they were able to get my wasps and ants taken care of. they charged me more than my last company but its well worth it.james is a great service pro

I love Barbara shes amazing. I had cobwebs all around my house. we were looking like the Adams family and now my home is clean. they clean the eaves and inside the garage. I asked the technician to clean the cobwebs in the trees and he did it without complaint.

I love their brand. lol its clever. umm seriously these guys really do a lot to your home when they come. they do the whole yard front and back with the garage and the inside if you need it. they use family friendly and pet friendly products.

So professional! the service they performed on our rental property was awesome. I mean they really cover your property when they spray and clean cobwebs. no bugs!

I had a really bad spider and ant problem. my house was basically infested inside and out. after 2 services I would say 80% was gone and then throughout the seasonals I hardly saw anything bug related. even my wasps were gone. aptive, terminix, and preventive wouldnt even touch my problem. so, Im super grateful to hello for their help. they saved my house from infestation.

I have so many complaints about this company/business. I typically dont leave reviews, but I am because I am hoping to save the next person a headache. First, they will never answer their phone or return a call. Second, they will text you and tell you that you have an upcoming appointment and not show up. I have had this happen several times. Then they will show up, unannounced, no appointment, no billing notice on porch/door. No list of services that they claim to have provided. You wont even know that they were at your home until you see that your bank account has been charged. I have no proof that they even performed a service! Serious lack of professionalism on so many levels. I have tried to cancel any future services and they will avoid you and any attempt to contact them. The only option I had was to contact my bank and deny/block any future charges to my account. Save yourself a lot of stress and contact a different business.

Super professional and top notch service!

Got rid of all my bugs! We had an ant infestation, and tried some other companies but werent that happy. After only two treatments, the ants are pretty much gone. Thanks yello:)

The guys at yello came and serviced my home today, and they were super professional and treated my home with tlc. We used aptive and preventive before, and they would spend 5 minutes on our property and send us bill. We talked to Barb in the office at yello, and she is super friendly and willing to help.Thank you yello team!!-Jake

Yello has been a huge disappointment! I have the owner on video (ring doorbell) saying it is a one time $100 fee for the year, which they have billed us a $100 for each season even though we told them we have the video and that is not what was agreed to. They harassed my husband for a few weeks to get a new card on file at 9pm at night over a personal cell phone and wanted to write the card number down and she would add it to our account the next day, and when we declined to give her the card number she continued to threaten collections. They have only sprayed my house twice, they show up without advance notice so the second spray they only sprayed half of the property. They do not show up on scheduled dates and change it without calling or texting, they NEVER answer the phone and hardly return phone calls, currently waiting for a return call going on two weeks! This company has been a absolute joke!
