If they mess up you have to pay for the messed up prints as well as the corrected ones.They also will tell you a quote that is way lower than the actual price then spring the new much higher price on you and then get mad at you for your ridiculous assumptions of such a low price and how unfair it is.Save time and money and go to a legitimate honest business. When I called requesting an 8x3 banner to be printed and ready by…. tomorrow, Minuteman Press didnt even hesitate. Not only did they give me a competitive price, but the quality far surpassed anything I was expecting. They went the extra mile by calling me to let me know that my file hadnt been received (4 different times.) After troubleshooting my file uploading problems, they finally let me know that the file had been received and when it would be ready. They really went above and beyond for The Barn at Linden Nursery, and we will absolutely use them again, and refer them to anybody that might possibly need printing…

Ive been really impressed with Minuteman Press in Orem, specifically with Shawn Sheppick whom Ive been working with closely on several projects. My first order with Minuteman was right before Christmas in 2017, and they got a last-minute, urgent project done for me on the same day I ordered it. Not only did they get it done quickly, but the quality was awesome. For several years, I had used another local printer for personal and work projects. The other company is bigger, but bigger isnt necessarily better. I have found the turn-around time and responsiveness of Minuteman Press to be much more oriented toward excellent customer service and satisfaction, and their quality is just as good---if not slightly better---than the other printer Id been using for so long. They can also do just about anything you need onsite, which is a definite plus. Im a Minuteman fan, and highly recommend.
