Been waiting to leave a review so I would be able to talk about the durability of the ring. My husband did buy the diamond during the Thanksgiving flash sale in 2020 so we got an amazing deal. I have been wearing this ring for just under a year now and it still looks completely brand new. Definitely a big investment but it was 100% worth it. The quality of Morgan Jewelers is amazing. Beyond that, we had an amazing experience with Garrett who helped us through the whole thing.

The sales associates are very kind and knowledgeable. Zian has helped me multiple times and I have found a ring I love!

Gerritt was amazing. I called over the phone as a drive down there for me wasn’t possible. He gave me his phone number and sent me pictures of rings I was describing and helped me find the perfect ring for my fiancée! The prices are super reasonable and very professional people who genuinely want to help you find the perfect piece instead of trying to sell you the most expensive thing. It was all done very timely and non pressured. Will certainly go back for future jewelry for my soon to be wife!!

My experience here wasn’t very good. The employees seemed upset that I wasn’t spending a bunch of money. The employee had a bit of an attitude and she seemed like I wasn’t important enough for that store.I ended up going to Jared right down the street and spent alittle more just because the employees helped find the best ring for what I needed.

My and my boyfriend’s experience here was amazing! We were helped by Mckenna, and we would recommend her to anyone!While we were there we felt no pressure whatsoever! Mckenna answered all of our questions (mostly mine) and did everything possible to help us feel comfortable. We felt at ease the whole time. My boyfriend and I had such a nice time here! We went as a spur of the moment activity, and it ended up being so fun. Gerritt walked us through the whole store, was able to answer all of our questions, and let us try on anything we were interested in (in a Covid-safe manner). The store is well organized, clean, and easy to walk through. This location is great! Chris (Im pretty sure is his name) is great. He sold us our ring two and a half years ago and still remebers us. A diamond in my ring had fallen out and we asked if the warranty covered it. He took care of us then and there and let us know when to expect it back. Theyre also going to redo the white gold on my band so it looks brand new. I told my husband that customer service is like marriage: make the wife happy 😂 we left very happy and felt we were in good hands

Came into Morgan Jewelers today after having a bad experience in a Jewelers located in the parking lot. Was met by both Chris and Kaylee. I needed a new battery for my watch. Both of them were friendly and amazing. Though it was very tedious for Chris to replace my battery and it took him some time, he was always cheerful, professional and never showed any frustration. I really enjoyed my time in the store. Kaylee helped other customers while I waited. She was informative and so friendly. Though the wait was long (to no fault of Chris) I enjoyed myself, had a good look around and promptly came home to tell my adult daughter she needed to go there for her upcoming purchase. Morgan Jewelers is the last retail jewelry store in University Mall, and it shows why! The staff are all very friendly and genuine. They are always putting their customers before themselves and truly care about their experience. Whether it’s shopping in-store or fixing an issue, they make the customer’s happiness their goal.

The thing I liked most about my experience was the employees. I walked in. They said hi and totally gave me my space! Most times at different jewelry stores I feel like they crowd you and hover the entire time! I didn’t feel that was at all. They can quickly when I had questions and stepped in when they thought it’d like something I missed. They even cleaned my ring and inspected the prongs to make sure the diamond was still secure. I really enjoyed my time there!

I recently mailed my rings to be repaired, resized, and cleaned. I am so pleased at how quickly Morgan Jewlers was able to complete this. I am thrilled at the result! My rings look like new! They look better than they did when I purchased them decades ago! I cant stop looking at my hands.

I went in to get my ring cleaned and my expectations were more than exceeded! I wear my mom’s original wedding band so it is very near and dear to my heart but it was in desperate need of polishing and cleaning. I didn’t have to leave my Ring for days or overnight, nope, they did it in about 15 minutes! It came out BEAUTIFUL!!!! I will be taking it back when it needs to be cleaned again.

These guys are awesome! They have always been open and honest with me and have worked with me to get me the very best deals. My wifes wedding ring was destroyed because we had to cut it off of her and it separated the 2 parts to her ring in a bad way. They not only repaired it, but they did the impossible and restored it to look like the day I bought it 7 years ago for just $90. I also got a replacement ring for myself that I really like, Kayla, Chris, and McKenna have all been wonderful to work with! Seriously, if youre looking for an amazing wedding ring for a terrific deal and excellent customer service, this is the place to go.

I came in for a ring cleaning and the two ladies who helped me were really friendly and knowledgeable of how to clean jewelry. They gave me tips on how to better care for my pearl that I really appreciated. I looked at the rings too and they have some very unique and beautiful pieces! Its nice to find a jeweler that doesnt just push what everyone else is wearing.

I went in just for a cleaning. They were fast, and I loved that they weren’t pushing me to buy something. The conversation felt comfortable and they let me know I could come back anytime for a free cleaning. My wife and I have worked with this branch for over a year now. Honestly could not be more impressed by the customer service we have received. They were extremely helpful in picking out a ring for the style my wife liked based off of a few pictures. She absolutely loves the ring. We have had It resized and cleaned a couple of times and they have been very workable. Although we have only come into the store a couple of times, our names are remembered and we are treated great. They have definitely earned future business from us!

Stopped by to have my wedding ring professional cleaned and was surprised when they offered to do my other two sterling silver rings as well. They even reshaped my (embarrassingly) bent CTR ring. I expected to have to leave my rings overnight, but they took them right back to do immediately. Everything looked sparkly and gorgeous again. Super happy!

Went in for a ring cleaning. They were super fast and easy to work with. My only complaint is I could still see some dirt inside the split shank of my ring, but nobody else would see that but me.

When we were looking for my wedding ring we started on one end of the mall and worked our way down through the jewelry stores. We had some horrible experiences at other stores, and I was really disappointed in the other stores rings. Morgan jewelers blew me away with their rings and customer service. Nate and Chris are awesome! They helped us to save money on the wedding band and his ring when they could have very easily over sold us! Very honest and friendly even when we’ve been back just to get it cleaned. UPDATE: We had a problem a ring and they were incredible with getting it fixed. No hidden fees or charges.

My husband & I chose rings at Morgan Jewelers a little over ten years ago. I decided to get the pure titanium wedding band for him because we were told, Nothing will hurt that ring! Four years later, it saved my husbands hand when the hydraulics on a 200 lb cannery lid failed and it came down on the hand he was resting on the rim and bounced off the ring just far enough for him to pull his hand out in time. Since then weve been in several times over the years and have always had the friendliest and most courteous service. They are the BEST!

I just want to say how much the team Chris and the Asst Mgr and the Mgr did for me I took my wifes ring that I got 17 years ago she lost the middle part of of the Diamond and 2 small ones on the side took it in there a week ago they did a great job at fixing and made a great new look for her and boy was she happy thank you very much MORGAN Jewelers team. I went to have my engagement ring cleaned, and they went ahead and cleaned my wedding band too. I didnt expect a huge improvement, as I didnt think my ring was all that dirty. But I got my ring back and it looked brand new, more sparkly than ever, and they even buffed the gold to get rid of some minor scratches.
