If you own a Casio G-Shock watch, do not bother bringing it here for a battery replacement. I was basically informed by the person at the counter that it required some specialized rocket science from the wizards at Casio to get to the battery..... when in fact, I have had them replaced at other shops in under 30 minutes. I just dont think he wanted to be bothered. Just tell me you dont want to do it, or dont know how. Dont lie to me about it.

These guys are miracle workers. I needed a new crystal, my old one was scratched, and the guts were totaled in my Diver. The watch is priceless to me. Semi-expensive, but priceless in sentiment. My wife gave it to me years ago. Every other jeweler I took it to told me that it wasnt worth fixing. I brought it to Lorin and the guys and they told me no problem. I got it bak and it looks like its brand new. They gave it a complete overhaul and did it all for a fraction of what the other guys said they would do it for. Their work is top notch! I spaced getting a pearl and diamond I had into a pendant and was very discouraged when I was told from places I wouldn’t have it for my bridals. They got my pieces in so fast and out together and I am SO HAPPY it look beautiful. My mom bought a black pearl for me 19 years ago and it has always been very important to me to get it made into a pendant when I got married. I appreciate is candor in saying he would not be comfortable working on the watch because he does not have the proper facility to work with the timepiece, but gave me a recommendation on where I could go if I wanted it to be serviced. I took my Mothers 66-year-old wedding set in to be completely overhauled. They did a great job and were even willing to finish it a little early when I let them know I was already at the mall for some shopping a couple of days before it was due to be picked up. It looks amazing they did a great job with the precious heirloom.

Dropped off two new watches to be sized. Fairly expensive JDM Seiko and a French made Yema GMT. The pins and collars of the bracelets were not standard. - - The watches were sized perfectly when I picked them up. I will go back to get more work done by Ali, Lauren and Ramsey. Great experience.

I was hoping to take care of this privately but seeing how Ali never called or emailed me back I decided this is how it needed to be. I did not receive the care, quality, and service everyone else received. I took my wedding band and engagement ring soldered together. When I received it back, the main stone which is a moonstone was scratched. I brought it to their attention but because of COVID and their temporary closure, I had to wait to take it in. I had Ali look it over and he said they didnt do it and that was the end of it. Sadly, he didnt even call me to tell me this, he had the message relayed to me. He also didnt return the ring to me or my father, he returned it to customer service desk at the mall. This was TERRIBLY unprofessional!!! What if someone decided to take my ring! Im very upset! I tried to call but no one ever answered and I emailed Ali and never received an email back. My ring was brand new, hardly worn. I trusted them with it and it was ruined. I know he has great reviews but its sad they he didnt want to keep it that way. Im very disappointed. I would never recommend them.

Had a great experience coming here to get an old ring cleaned. The customer service was top tier and it was only fifteen dollars for my ring to be cleaned, appraised, and have the stones secured. I will be going back in six months to have my ring cleaned again.

I had a great conversation with the owner of this store and he was very professional. He checked my ring to make sure that no diamonds were loose and then cleaned and buffed the ring. It looks brand new and it is a 30 year old ring that my father had for his wedding ring. We love this place! We live a few hours away and my ring needed to be checked, a diamond replaced and redipped. I dropped my ring off this morning at 11 and they made sure it was back to me by 4:00 so we didn’t have to make another trip. They are affordable, kind and very professional! Needed the crystal on my watch replaced, they did it in the time frame they promised, called me when it was completed and the work was amazing! not only that, but the actual cost of the work was greater than the price quoted, so they kept their word and only charged me the quoted price. I took my other watch there to get the crystal replaced, any other future jewelry need will be taken to the jewelry doctor. I cant recommend this place enough!

Honestly the BEST! I come here every time I need a resizing or if something breaks. They also are so kind to me and produce high quality work. I bent my ring today by hitting it on a doorframe at work. My husband and I took it to another jewelry store in university mall and they said it would only be $30 to fix, but they’d have it for over a week. They recommended the jewelry doctor down the hall. Ali and his staff patiently helped me to size my wedding and engagement rings properly. After 10 years of marriage my knuckle has gotten bigger and its gotten harder to get my rings on and off. Ali increased the size by a 1/2 size, then I tried it on. It was still a little snug so he adjusted the size a tad more, then beautifully did the rhodium plating. My rings look like new!

They were so great to work with. I have taken my ring to a few places now to be fixed (one diamond keeps falling out) and they always say the same thing, “don’t sleep or shower with your ring on as it will loosen the prongs. There’s one prong that is just not as strong as the others.” Well I did what they said but it still came out.Then I took it to the Jewelry Doctor and he fixed it up so well and was so great to work with. Great price too. When he was done I said, “so I shouldn’t sleep or shower with it on, right?” And he said, “no! Do whatever you want. I was impressed with their fast friendly service. I took several rings in to be sized but one actually needed repair. An entire piece of decorating trim and fallen off this ring, so it required additional attention. The owner was able to replace the missing piece with a higher quality piece of silver which made the ring look brand new!

I needed my wedding ring tightened because the Moissanite diamond was coming loose, most jewelers wouldn’t work on moissanite diamonds and if they did they charged $25 per prong. What a wonderful and courteous man that runs this shop in the mall. It was after hours, as the chain wall to his store was drawn shut. However, he was so nice to open it and offer service to me. I just had just a small bracelet to be repaired for my wifes birthday. Her birthday would be here within a week, and I wanted to surprise her. I was thinking yes, I would probably have to leave it and if it was not done by her birthday it may be done by Mothers Day. He said hes very busy, and I would probably have to wait a long time. Great service, I wouldnt take my watch or ring anywhere else. Other jewelers refused to work on my antique watch, or claimed I needed to ship it to their specialists for repair. Jewelry Doctor fixed my watch easily within 30 minutes, and gave me great advice on how to maintain it. They also are the only place Ive found who sell the watch teeth used for watch bands, other stores literally told me to just buy another watch that came with a band....I dont trust anyone else, and I would recommend to everyone. Ali Is pretty amazing!! my fiance bought a ring from a jeweler that had a diamond in it, and wanted to put her grandmothers Citrine in it.( Not to mention one of the little diamonds had fallen out.)He fixed the diamond that had fallen out and put her grandmothers stone in it and it is incredibly gorgeous!! Came here to resize my watch band. The owner, Ali, was incredible and very helpful. We ended up having to resize it twice before it fit how I wanted. I went to get 3 rings resized and they were very fast and helpful with doing so. I thought it would take at least a week but they were done the same day! Everyone was super nice - the only thing is to call in advance to make sure the jewelry doctor is in that day to help and quote you a price!

Recently to celebrate our anniversary we decided to have two Diamond rings rebuilt or restored. Both previously owned by grandmothers on both sides of the family. The Jewelry Doctor is fantastic! I took in a ring that was very difficult to resize and clean, and Ali took the time and patience to do it. I couldn’t be happier. The service was amazing, so friendly and knowledgable. I’m so glad that I went there!
