They lie. They aren’t honest. When I moved in they didn’t clean the apartment. And now they want me to pay them to clean it. They lose contracts. I moved out months ago and still trying to get my deposit back. They charge you more and sneak charges in. They have very poor management. And always fire and hire. They try to avoid mistakes on things because they don’t want to lose money or they don’t like to face it.They like to show you the nicest room in the apartment. But that’s not what it looked like when I moved in. But I couldn’t get out of my contract. They charged me an extra month after my contract ended. When I called them to figure things out they never answered. Or when they did they would do everything possibly to avoid what I was saying. Very poor management. The apartments are gross and never clean. Moving in I had to deep clean everything with my family because they didn’t clean it.You pay more then what you get.Do not move here. Save yourself money and less stress.

Take time to look at the most recent reviews. They have really slacked this year. Hopefully this next year will be better. I know a lot of apartments didnt have AC for quite some time and never offered to lower rent for those months. They also keep going through maintenance guys which could be due to poor management. They neglected the lawn for months and also have now let the garbage pile over the dumpster quite a bit... like it would probably fill a second dumpster by now. They also had us only using two bathrooms for about 6 months since once was in such bad repair. Honestly the only reason Im staying is because of the proximity to campus.it seems like the new management is much more caring and reasonable however so Im optimistic.

Nahhh, this was the worst place ever. Their example room that they show is way more nice than the actual room that they put you in. They assign you with 7 other roommates in one apartment with a small kitchen with 2 fridges. They put a boot on my car and fined me without warning because I didnt have a car sticker and I came back from vacation on the week they started doing checks.I tried to sell my contract and it took them a full week each time I had a buyer to generate a buyers contract and by that time the buyer had lost interest. It happened to me with 3 different buyers and almost a whole month of wasted time because they wouldnt generate a simple document to send through email to the buyers. I had to call in each day to remind them to do it and each time I was told by Greg, yeah well get to it in the next 30 minutes or so... it was never attended too until I went in person and had to physically be there. I can understand maybe a day or two of delay, but this would go on for a week or so each time. It was so frustrating and all I could do was wait. Its not fair that they do this to college students. They charge too much for a shared room and an arm and a leg for a private room. It was a rookie mistake moving in here my freshman year, this is fair warning to all other 1st year college students to not make the same mistake.

This apartment is terrible! Please do not rent here! The pictures on their website are really nice but in reality these apartments haven’t been clean throughly probably for ever. The “manager” who told us were the apartment was said he was going to clean out the window sill it was a little dirty. SERIOUSLY, this is clean!!! Not to mention the carpets are literally gross there’s dirty finger prints on the walls and door. The window has a hole in it and cracked plus no screen. The “ managers”are absolutely no help, do not respond to email phone calls and keep the office doors locked on move in day. Not to mention they put everyone with ESA animals in that one apartment, 2 dogs, 3 cats that couldn’t have been spread out through out the complex? We specifically asked for an apartment with NO cats and there’s three other cats! Just so you know I’m leaving negative reviews until management responds!

I lived here for the 2020-2021 school year and had a rough experience, but they recently hired a new apartment manager who seems to be way more organized and who obviously cares about the tenants. I think the upcoming year will be much better for whoever lives here.My own poor experience also had a lot to do with some really awful neighbors, who I assume are also moving out.I did love the location for this apartment! Right by several bus stops and the pedestrian bridge, very close to Walmart and Winco, and within walking distance of UVU.The kitchen also has lots of counter space which is very important when you have a lot of roommates. (There wasn’t enough cabinet space, though.) The bathroom setup works well and easily accommodated 6 girls when I lived there. The living room is a good size. There is tons of natural light, which is super important for anyone with seasonal depression.Overall, my experience was pretty awful, but that was mainly due to poor management, and the new management team seems super cool. The apartment itself has a lot of potential.

I am currently a resident at University towers and I have to say I absolutely love it! The apartments are spacious, my assigned roommates are great, and the staff is amazing! The office is open conveniently on weekdays and is always willing to help after hours in cases of emergency. One thing that has made my time at UT so great is the freshman program organized by Jessica Barber. Through this program I was able to meet with a therapist once a month, attend fun activities and get togethers (in addition to the events already available to all tenants), receive info on happenings in the area, and so much more! The complex is close to campus and the orem central station with a bus stop right out front. The roommate match system is great. I personally love my roommates and have become close friends with many of them. Even in times of conflict, the staff is great at helping us work out the issue. Theres a gym and yoga room as well, open to use for everyone. I can confidently say Ill be signing on for another year with towers, and for anyone looking for housing close to the uvu campus with great staff, spacious living space, and great programs, I highly recommend university towers.

This apartment certainly would not be my first recommendation when asked about places to live in Utah valley. Management has gone through a lot of changes, they are fun and try to have little events on occasion, the apartment itself is trash. When I moved in it looked like it was never vaccines, carpet is full of stains, my dryer is broken and is still broken, along with my dishwasher, handle was ripped off the microwave somehow, and one day I leaned on the counter top and it just broke off, it wasnt even glued to the cabinet. There has been one single cleaning check which is frustrating because my roommates are a huge mess and refuse to clean unless absolutely necessary. And its way overpriced.

I wish there was a zero star optionTo begin with, the prices for a shared room, and cram 8 people into a single apartment is an absolute joke. You may think its going to be fun meeting new people, but all your roommates end up staying up all night while you try to sleep, and feel like you have absolutely no privacy. The worst part about the complex was trying to move out. I had finally found someone to take my contract, only to find out the office was closed for a MONTH between December and February (the peak weeks when people are buying and selling contracts). With no way of being able to contact the office my buyer lost interest. When I was able to find someone else months later, it took them multiple weeks to make a contract for this person, even with me calling in every day to remind them. All in all they prey on incoming freshman who dont know any better. Youre better off finding a private room in a townhome or something else, and youll end up paying the same price

Management is an absolute nightmare to get ahold of or interact with in any way. lack of maintenance workers was awesome because our water heater has been out since July 7th and todays the 30th still cold. Most likely Ill receive some sort of punishment on my credit for being this honest because its happened to previous tenants. Dont live here at university towers Dont waste your money they dont even give you an inspection form when you move in so youre automatically paying for damages from previous residents at the end of your lease.

My experience at university towers was not great. To start, the parking garage always had trash in it, the air conditioner did not work properly, then the heater didn’t work well either. Probably the worst part of everything was the WiFi. We had online school because of covid and it was hit or miss if the WiFi would work that day. It made some terrible situations for tests. Forget about being able to game on that connection. The bathrooms do not have good ventilation. Even with the fan on, the moisture buildup required us to regularly clean off a black looking buildup.

Ok, so I wasnt even able to go in to see the room after seeing the lease. I was misguided on the layout of the lease and they didnt run a proper background check. I will be honest with everyone, I do not have very good credit. Cirtianally not good enough of one to rent a real apartment. But now Im stuck paying? Are you serious!? You just want my money and wont take into account I was promised a different room rate that I could afford and that I havent had a job for over a month now and that my credit is pretty bad. All they had to say about it was that I should have read the lease, because it was a takeover.Either way they should have walked me through it in depth and did a proper check of credit, job history or whatever an actual apartment complex would check before they approve someone. Im not saying I am but I bet if I committed a small crime they would still let me into a room with how much of a background check they did on me. I was promised that the rent was fixed at 350 utilities included. But its not its 429 for a private room. And that is having utilities included and the rent is fixed at that amount for students which I am not. I am only going to pay for the one month cause apparently that is what it is for. But I am no moving in for being misguided and lied to. I saw the rent listing on facebook from this one girl. I am not going to say her name because that would be inappropriate, but it felt like she cheated me, she promised me it was 350 for everything private room with utilities included. She lied to me and when I was saying that she lied to me and practically stole more money didnt have she laughed. She laughed and said you should have read through the lease more its your problem now hahaIm sorry for this long review, but whatever you do. DO NOT! go onto facebook and talk to someone, they will cheat you out of the money you have. If you go to the actual office you should have a better experience. But I beg you to read through everything, they may end up trying to take your money away too and cheat you out. But if you make it through it are there living there happily as of right now, congrats

This is hands down the worst apartment complex in Utah valley. My AC, dishwasher and television all did not work. When I first moved in, there was cat hair all over every wall, the kitchen was a disaster, cat toys were all over and clearly nothing had been maintained. I popped 3 tires, because there was glass and nails all over the parking garage. They never respond to your work orders ever. They promised a hot tub, quiet library, and freshman housing- I lived across from 30 year old men, there was no library and the hot tub is an empty hole covered in ply wood & leaves. I also had a roommate steal things from me, and she clearly did not have a background check, credit check or anything done. She hadnt even fully signed her lease and they let her stay, bring friends over to spend the night and scream at all hours, and use all my stuff. University towers is the biggest waste of money.

Most unprofessional place ever. Don’t ever sign a contract with them. Tried to sell but they took FOREVER to get their contract for them. Said it was okay to give them the keys and have them pay rent. But sadly the office took weeks and the buyer backed out due to a lack of commitment and communication from the office. It’s crazy how hard they are to deal with and while this is happening they are selling other contracts to people and it seems weird that they can get their contracts to them. But not for me? Hmm…..I’m surprised the better business bureau hasn’t been made aware of this place.

My husband lived here before we got married and was completely screwed over by management and billing. He transferred his contract over to someone else, but was still charged each month. We contacted the office every month informing them of the mistake, and each time they said they would take care of it. After a few months, we received a bill for over $1,000 that we did not owe. It was almost impossible to get in touch with management or actually speak to someone who could clear this up. After weeks of failed attempts to get in contact, we finally heard back. They informed us that the contract never went through, even though the guy who took his spot lived there and made payments. Why didnt they inform us of this issue MONTHS before they let payments rack up without our knowledge??! They didnt even try to bring it to our attention, even when we called trying to sort things out each month! It was deceiving and they would not waive the fees, so we had to pay. We are GREATLY disappointed.

I have lived here for three days and it has been a nightmare. I was not informed that there was a dog and a cat in the apartment I was moving into. Management was very difficult to work with while trying to move in and has since disappeared. I am allergic to cats and had to be taken to insta care due to respiratory issues from living in an environment I am allergic to. I have been unable to contact local management as they are on “vacation” and according to my roommates have been for the past three weeks. I have also reached out to the regional headquarters and still have not been moved or given any guarantee of fixing the issue. At this point I can’t even be in my own home because it’s making me so sick but management could care less. Don’t move here. The high star reviews are offered discounts as most apartment complexes will do. I don’t believe any of them. The management here has been a joke the whole year I’ve been here. I went to get a guest parking pass a month ago and the girl who was all alone in the office actually said, “oh good, something I actually know!” They don’t train their employees. We had a girl purchase a contract in our apartment from another girl and they actually lost the information for the new roommate completely. They also didn’t have a maintenance guy for a while and what they did do for us was an awful job. We had mold all along our ceiling in the bathroom and when we put a maintenance request in, they just painted over it.We have had a leak from the apartment above us onto our kitchen walls for months and when we put a maintenance request in, they did nothing and said they took care of it.We have had a bug problem in every single bedroom as well as our sliding glass door. When the new manager came she told my roommate it wasn’t a big deal and she thought she was told there were maggots in the walls. When my roommate said she never mentioned maggots before, the manager said “OH IT MUST HAVE BEEN ANOTHER APARTMENT.” Eww...They ended up cleaning the one bedroom and then all the bugs crawled back in literally later that day.I put in my own EMERGENCY maintenance request for the bugs in my own room because they were crawling on walls and the ground. It has been in for about a month and nobody has come to look at it at all. Nice to see how they deal with emergencies.I would also say it’s pretty unsafe. There aren’t cameras in the upper parking lot and in the stairwells. People will sit out there drunk and smoking at night. It sucks when you come home around 10pm and have to worry about your safety because people are cat calling you.Oh, and someone stole one of my roommates cars a few months ago from the apartment property.Overall, this is just an awful place to live.If they implemented locks on the outside doors to the building for safety, had a reliable maintenance team to do a TON of work, and if the management had any idea what was ever going on, it would be a pretty decent place. But the prices are just outrageous considering what you’re getting when you move here.

I have lived here when I went to UVU. If you are a freshmen this is your best bet. Why? because it is so close to school walking distance, you meet alot of people and it is very very safe. However University towers do lie about things such as having cable, we had put in orders multiple times and did not get cable which is fine because none of us watched tv. The wifi was pretty good, make sure your room is completely clean before moving in because there is a chance they did not actually clean the room. the room checks are pretty chill. I thing all in all it is a great choice for a freshman dorm. I have no reason to lie. I enjoyed my stay it has AC and Heat, and a pretty nice set up. There are always events to meet people, good parking and always have snacks. the front desk is 50/50. sometimes you might get someone who is nice like Aubree or you can get someone who always has an attitude like Jessica. it is fairly close to everything and have fun event nights. the fridges are big. The last thing I would do, is live here. I worked here as a CA, where they paid me less than what I was promised, and when I got injured on the job, my employers lied to workers comp, saying that I was faking the whole thing. Its been a year since I was injured on the job, and my case is STILL under investigation because my boss lied about my injury. My whole job was built around lying every day to current and potential residents. I was told to say we were under renovation when tvs were missing in the exercise room, when in truth we were stolen from. I was told to keep hidden fees a secret to potential residents, as a ploy to get them to sign up, and then give them no chance to get out. This is the Hotel California that the Eagles sing about. Nelson Partners is a corrupt business, and scrape money off innocent college students who dont know any better. When Advertised, University Towers seems like a great place to live. But in actuality, University Towers is a terrible place to live. The “Hot tub” they talk so highly about in the advertisements is filled with green sludge, the clubhouse has been under construction for months with 0 progress, and the library is in a completely other building a mile away. The structural integrity of the building itself isn’t great, with things like counter tops being broken, to the “brand new” bed sets falling apart at the touch. The cost of rent is outrageous for the quality of apartment. The deluxe rooms come with a washer and dryer that do not work, and when an issue comes up, nothing gets done about it. The worst part of the whole thing is the staff. Issues were addressed to the staff multiple times, about both issues with the apartment itself, and issues with violent roommates, and the staff promising, on numerous occasions, to take care of the issues, both with the apartment complex and roommate, would brush it aside and ignorethe ongoing situation/state of the building.Problems would be so severe that it was unsafe not only physically, but mentally to stay in apartments, but management refused to take care of the issue. The staff would even go as far to say that emails sent to them containing problems would “get lost” making them unable to do anything about it. When an issue is addressed to them that requires them to work, they either ignore it or lie about it. Even issues that are great enough sometimes to the point that it is affecting mental health, the staff goes through everything they can to not have to address it. I would not recommend University Towers to anyone.

This apartment complex is exactly what I wanted and needed! New student at UVU and this is perfect! Located right across the street. Very Spacious and being furnished, a definite plus! But most importantly, the staff are awesome. I first met the office staff, two ladies, Stephanie and the Property Manager Genna. They welcomed me in and showed me around the complex. Answered all my questions clearly, helped me through the lease information and process, and and are constantly going out of there way to do everything possible to make you feel at home with ease. Great attitudes with nothing but a smile on their face. Maintenance has been wonderfully helpful. These guys and girls are AWESOME! Love my new apartment with all the amenities it offers. Good prices too. Thank you University!

The hot tub never worked. No tutoring, library, or freshman mentoring. The office staff was unhelpful. Read the fine print: it’s $280 to sell it transfer your contract. In 2019 they raised the rent 35%. We had a really bad experience here. On the flip side, they are nice new apartments.

Ill be honest, it wasnt what I was expecting at first! But after talking to Travis in management I was able to feel comfortable here. They are undergoing an identity change from a party place. So a few of my party friends arent too thrilled with the new attention to the rules. Tyler also works in the office and is always ready to assist, and maintenance is pretty good here. The longer Ive lived here the more Ive enjoyed it, hence the 4 stars.

I have been here a year, and I have had many problems with the management and people working in the offices. For the start I was moved into the wrong complex (as they have a second property near by). Days were not prorated so if you move in on the last day of the month, be prepared to pay for both that month and the next. And most recently, they sold my room. Let me clarify: I had a year long lease, and the management started selling leases in February for the upcoming fall. And even though I currently reside here, my room, was leased for fall. No heads up was given except from an email that offered to renew a lease - IN JANUARY. When my lease was 45% of the way through, is when they expected me to resign. When I went to discuss renewing about two months before the end of my lease I found out my room has already been sold. The convenience of being near campus is nice. But the management is awful. They havent even cleaned the hot tub in a year!

I would give -5 stars if it were possible. Ive never had such a bad experience. The management does not know what they are doing. I was never notified of what apartment I would be living in or when to come pick up my keys. On move in day I sent a inquiry to them on this matter, to which I was told that my lease didnt start until the next day (contrary to what was written in the contract) in which I could move in. My move in day was on a Saturday and they only take appointments. I was told to come to the office at 10 AM to pick up my keys and find out my room number, however when I arrived the office was closed and no one was there. This was frustrating as I had all my stuff packed and I drove 30 minutes to come pick up the keys. I ended up calling the after-hours line in which some lady told me that they would put in my request and someone would call me within a few minutes to an hour. I ended up waiting for the phone call, but after two hours no one had called me back. THIS ENDED UP WASTING MY TIME AS I HAD OTHER COMMITMENTS TO ATTEND TO. WHAT KIND OF MANAGEMENT DOES THAT? WHAT IF I DROVE 3 HOURS AND NO ONE SHOWED UP? WHAT IF I CAME FROM OUT OF STATE? THIS IS NOT HOW PROFESSIONALS SHOULD PERFORM. I am planning on cancelling my contract as they have not provided a room number for me as stated in the contract. I HOPE THE OWNER CAN RE-BRAND AND CHANGE HIS MANAGEMENT IF HE REALLY CARES, HOWEVER HE/SHE PROBABLY DOESNT AND IT SHOWS!!! I dont recommend even getting involved.

Apartments themselves are spacious and nice. However, the way management handles day to day things is inconvenient and annoying. They have inconsistent cleaning checks, random fees throughout the year that they dont mention, they dont let you control AC/heating (even though its part of utilities you pay $60/month for), and theres horrible parking enforcement that they dont control and do nothing to fix. (I had a parking pass and got booted in the parking garage.) Honestly not a fan and wouldnt live here again lol

Theyre a really great place to live if youre wanting to be close to UVU. They have renovated most of the apartments and they are really nice. Whatever you do, DO NOT sign a lease at University Towers. Management is absolutely terrible. They really deserve 0 stars.I have been ignored and lied to several times by the office staff, and I hadnt even moved in yet. Each person I talked to gave me a completely different story and nobody really seemed to know what they were doing. It got so bad that I decided I didnt even want to live there anymore, so I sold my contract.I was told by Jessica that everything went through and was finalized, and that my deposit refund was in the mail. Over a month later, I still had not received my deposit check, so I called the office again. Bailey told me that my refund had never been sent out, but that she would make sure it got done today. About two hours later, I received a voicemail from University Towers saying that I owed them $172.I called back and talked to Aubrey, who said she was a manager. She tried to tell me that I havent paid the lease transfer fee, even though I paid it when I first sold the contract. Apparently, even though I sold the contract over a month ago, it didnt actually get cancelled until today, whatever that means. I spent 10 minutes arguing with Aubrey, who continued to only give me lame excuses. She was extremely rude and unwilling to listen. All University Towers cares about is money. They are rude, greedy, and will rip you off any way they can. Dont get sucked in like I did. I went to Alpine Village instead and they were nothing but kind and helpful.

Its not the best apartment complex but its definitely not the worst. The management is average. Sometimes they respond to maintenance requests in 1 to 3 days and other times it takes 3 or more weeks to get done. The apartments themselves are huge (they do have 6 rooms in them) but the quality of the furniture, appliances, etc. is not the greatest. If youre like me, just needing a place close by UVU, Id mildly suggest this one.

Great space, with large living room and kitchen which was a plus. Seems a bit spendy for the room sizes. The private rooms are decent, some bigger then others. Seems like everyone pays something different and nothing is consistent. Definitely not the friendliest people living in the building. When we put in maintenance requests they take a while to get fixed. Close to campus which is a plus.

Dont come here. This place is terrible. Whatever other review says that this place is good is lying. Screw this place. My first day there and it turned out that the other people from before didnt even move out. I was coming from out of state and they told us to come back when the apartment was cleared out, but I had no where to go so I was stuck sleeping in the sofa till the previous people who lived there moved out there stuff. Then, I got stuck sleeping in the sofa again because it turns out there was cat pee and food all over my room. It smelled terrible and the room had to be cleaned out and carpet had to be removed. They take forever to fix the things that need fixing, such as the light in the living room that was broken for a while. I told management that I was moving out and even though its contract and I still had to pay the rent till I sold my contract or the year was complete, these guys still charged me for cleaning checks, that they have once a month. They charged me 75 bucks for 2 months that I didnt do cleaning checks. Like how am I supposed to do it after moving out of state again? I even notified about it and they told me not to worry. Now Im worried every month to see if they are going to charge me again. Dont come here. Im serious.

I moved there when I first moved to Utah. I shouldve known it was going to be a disaster when I spoke to the manager multiple times before I arrived. I arrived only to be embarrassed because the manager said he didnt have any available rooms. I felt like I was at a crappy hotel. And then soon after the manager who I repeatedly spoke to ( Trevor ) had issues with stealing money. I didnt realize I was a victim until the new manager ( Amos ) told me I had owed money when at the time Ive paid my rent on time. I realized it wasnt a fit for me and he understood. Now I go and check my credit to see I have an eviction for an apartment that stole my rent money not once but TWICE! And had the nerve to make me pay for their bad judgment on hiring a manager who was a thief. Its the worst student apartments around. You made my first college living situation my last. HORRIBLE APARTMENTS. If I could give you less than one star I would.

A disappointment isn’t even the beginning. They look nice upon first glance but are cheaply built and don’t offer most of the incentives advertised. Hot tub has never worked, bed was broken (we had to take the drawer home and fix it), the dishwasher has never worked, and the washer and dryer rarely worked, and the game room is unusable. The staff was less than helpful when it came to a serious roommate problem. He was schizophrenic and out of control. Bottles of urine left laying around, electronics put out in the snow, drug issues that weren’t taken care of because the staff did a poor job of looking in to the problem. The so-called Freshman Bldg was not a freshman building. We left multiple messages and emails with the staff and Nelson Brother’s, only to receive a call back about a month later from a college-age staff member. We have sent multiple emails to both places again recently and can’t get a return call or e-mail.In the end things were so bad anxiety and depression became a huge issue, it affected me mentally and emotionally to the point that doctors had to intervene.Living there finally became too much, which resulted in making a move to a new residence. I was originally told I would be let out of the contract because staying in the room wasn’t an option. The roommate was mentally ill and needed some serious help. The staff said that because his mental illness wasn’t disclosed at the time the contract was signed there’s nothing that could be done. So, now I’m paying rent on 2 different apartments.Just keep looking for another place to live. College is supposed to be a good experience, but living at University Towers made it one ofthe worst experiences I’ve ever had. A disappointment on all levels of college living.

I have a private room and love it. That being said, theres a lot going on here that really bothers me and everyone I know that lives here. Management is nice, you may have to be persistent to get an answer, but every issue Ive brought up has eventually gotten solved. However, I feel like this place does whatever it can to get money from you. Cleaning checks are pretty intense as far as the rules go. From late November to when school started in January we had THREE cleaning checks!? It made absolutely no sense because that was within like a month and a half. And on top of that they made it more intense by making it so you fail if you dont write your name on the front page, and if you failed and got a fee youd have to pay it within 48 hours or something (and none of us are sure if the notification of failing would actually notify you). They came after the hours of the cleaning checks, and all of us are always on edge because the first time one of the bathrooms failed because there was a strand of hair in the shower, and another bathroom failed because there was a spot on the mirror or something. Also, none of us ever got those things at the beginning of the year where you write down the state of everything so you dont get fined for it, so hopefully that doesnt happen. They always tell you to put in a maintenance request whenever there is a check, but if your request is anything below high it is never ever getting done. One of the most ridiculous things they do to get money from you is unlocking your door. If you need them to come unlock your apartment during office hours its $30. After office hours its $50!!!!Ya, the kitchen and main bathroom areas look nice, but as far as the kitchen goes it reminds me of Barbies Nutcracker when they see the fabulous castle and it ends up being a cardboard cutout in front of a cage. The oven takes YEARS to warm up, like its not even funny. And for some reason our dishwasher/under the sink always smells bad no matter what we do to it. And in the bathroom the faucets glow when you turn it on, which is cool but I wonder if they put money into it that couldve gone somewhere else.I almost forgot!!! THE WIFI SUCKS SO BAD ITS HORRIBLE! There have been times where Im watching something at like 3 am when everyone is asleep and nothing will load. Its a good thing I have unlimited data on my phone because I am constantly using it.I would not trust their website. I live in the south tower, so I dont know how glorious the north tower is. But the south tower laundry room is nothing like the pictures. It is incredibly dirty. I always joke about how I want to give them a surprise cleaning check because they would totally fail. There are constant leaks in the garage, in the garage area by the elevator there are pipes with ductape or something around it? Theres one light in the garage that is hanging by a thread above a parking space. And ya the driveway thing sucks theres only room for one car. And theres no visitor parking! You have to get a pass that expires after a few hours and you need special permission for anything other than that-- its a process that doesnt need to be as complicated as it is. My other beef with the garage is that Im pretty there are way more handicap spaces than legally required, and they arent even near the elevator? And shockingly, they are never used except by the management to store furniture and stuff. It is so infuriating. On top of that, there was a petition someone suggested that there should be reserved parking... which would only cost more. They kept pushing the petition in emails and stuff but nothing happened so I dont think anyone fell for it.About the hot tub-- a friend of mine put in a maintenance request saying they need to clean the hot tub (because its empty and full of garbage) and they emailed saying that if we want to use one we need to go to The Gateway or some place that isnt close by (15 minutes away or something?). Dont include it in the price and not deliver on it? I have more, but it wont let me write any more.

The worst place I have ever stayed at. The staff is super shady, the stuff in the apartment breaks down ALL the time, OVERPRICED for what you get. Ive had $500 of possessions STOLEN from me and when I went to the office they claimed it wasnt their responsibility to provide security of any kind and did not help me at all. The so-called weight room has like one set of weights and one treadmill. The elevator is a piece if trash that feels like its going to break down on you. Other than getting all my stuff stolen, paying WAY too much money, and having to deal with a broken down appliances and dealing with shady and un-caring staff, this place rocks.

I only had a contract here over the summer. The management here sucks. There is only one management that seems she knows what she’s doing and actually cares. I think her name is Heather? Try to get a hold of her if you ever need anything. But the rest really just try to find anyway to screw you over. When I first moved in my side of the room was a mess. My bed wasn’t put together so I had to find all the tools to put it together. Then on the final cleaning checks they tried to charge me 50$ because I “failed” cleaning checks. Luckily I had taken pictures of what I had cleaned and emailed them to Heather and she passed me off as good. The others wouldn’t even try to listen and look at the pictures. I have never been charged for cleaning checks in all 3 years of student housing. I was then told I still wouldn’t be getting my refundable deposit fee because the other managers didn’t tell me the right amount to be paid which wasn’t my fault for paying what I was told too. Also, the maintaince hardly ever actually fixes things. They make up an excuse on why they can’t do anything and then mark it as okay. I’m usually not the one to write reviews like this. But felt there’s something to be said. I know I’m not the only one that had these issues either. The management can make or break your living here. The apartments are nice, but could have had a better experience here if they actually had more managers that knew what they where doing and wasn’t there to screw everyone over. Some will try everything they can to get more out of your money, so don’t let them fool you.
