Heather and Tracy are a fantastic team! They will push for the lenders and other title companies to provide docs in a timely fashion. They are responsive and flexible for closings as well. Will not use them ever again and would not recommend. Janet was rude and unprofessional as we asked questions about one of the biggest financial life decisions we were making (buying a house). She booked another signing too close and was getting frustrated and testy with each question that we asked. If you are someone who likes to be educated about what you are signing, find a different title company who will be willing to answer your questions (its what you are paying you for).
