Not for everyone. We paid $10,000 for treatment for our child (none of which was covered by health insurance). Brain Balance worked diligently with him, and we put in all the work at home, doing exercises every day and even a modified diet. However, at the end of 7 months all I can say is his impulse control might have improved. It was NOT worth the time and money we put into the program. Our pediatrician and therapist were skeptical of this place, not because theyre not well-intentioned, but because they cant provide statistical evidence their methods work. Autism? Take your child here. ODD? Sure. Impulse control? ADHD? Anxiety? Brain Balance will claim they can help, with one-size-fits all approach using a booklet of exercises and dietary program. I really did like the coaches and director, so Im giving them 3 stars, but there was little positive effect on my child.

Brain Balance was exactly what we needed for my daughter! The improvement she’s made has been amazing. It takes a lot of hard work but the hard work has paid off! My daughter loved all her coaches - they were so good to her and made it a positive experience. I loved the monthly check-ins because it allowed me to talk about set backs, progression and goals. I am forever thankful for Brain Balance!

BEWARE. I took my teenage son here and after a few visits we realized it wasnt a good fit. They paired my teenage son with a 5 year old, which obviously made him feel awkward and uncomfortable. Making him attend his appointments actually increased some of the problems we were taking him there for. We asked multiple times about discontinuing care and refund options, and every time they told us they would let their supervisor know and get back to us.  We discontinued care, but theyve been unwilling to offer any type of a refund, even for unused visits. Their lack of transparency, insufficient efforts to accommodate my sons needs, and unwillingness to refund us for unused visits has motivated me to give my feedback in hopes to help others make an informed decision.

Brain Balance was a great fit for our family. We committed and stuck to recommended diet, home exercises and limited media. The in center sessions were fun, helpful, and we saw positive results in our son. He started school today with excitement and confidence! If your family is looking for an alternative solution and can commit, you might want to give Brain Balance a try! We are grateful we did!

We are grateful we found Brain Balance the potty training issues our child was having resolved in about a week and a half. She is doing well in school which we know Brain Balance helped with. The staff and coaches are great.

We struggled for years with our son’s behavior, but it got really bad when he started school. Teachers and advisors suggested that he see a doctor and told us to think about medication. We knew that that was a last resort for him. We wanted him to learn skills and techniques to manage his emotions and behavior. Having finished the Brain Balance program, I can’t imagine finding these results any other way. We love the program, and we love the staff!

I tried all kinds of different things to help my son for years - and nothing helped him as much as brain balance! Staff is always amazingly kind and very helpful. Never judgemental and very understanding. You can tell that each of them genuinely care about the children they work with.

Brain Balance has made a huge difference in our sons life. He has been better able to manage his emotions, he has stopped sucking his thumb, he has been able to pay attention better in class and relate better to his peers. All this in only two short months! I cant wait to see how much farther he will progress in the next few months! The staff is always so kind and helpful and makes my son feel accepted and loved. Thank you!

We went to Brain Balance with the hopes of finding was to help our son be able to focus more at school, help him be able to not have melt downs over certain situations and to just help him overall. Brain Balance has done just that. He loves school, his confidence is amazing and he is a happier 9 year old. My only regret is that we didnt go to Brain Balance sooner.

Two of my children ages 12 and 15 did brain balance. They tell everyone who complains of anxiety, lack of confidence, headaches, learning issues, etc. they should do brain balance. They are elated with the changes it made within themselves.As the mom, I did all the home exercises with them. I was amazed at the changes I felt myself. I still do the exercises everyday. The overall feeling of well being I get from doing them exceeds all the marketed workouts Ive tried.As you begin, the changes cause headaches, nausea, and sore necks so keep the Excedrin and a chiropractor close by for the first few weeks. I experienced all of this along with my kids, but when you get over the hump, its worth it.

The coaches and staff at Brain Balance were always so welcoming and happy every time we arrived at the center. Every review session we attendedto go over progress was so positive and uplifting. It was obvious that they truly care about my child. School has improved as well. My child is taking more personal care of her life.

We had a great experience. My son loved it and is doing great. We have seen some improvements in bed wetting and trying new foods. The academic improvements have been slower but I think as we continue with phase 2 we will begin to see more improvements in academics. The only negative thing is the cost. Very expensive, but sometimes you can put a price tag on your child’s success.

Brain Balance Center of Pleasant Grove is a wonderful place with amazing professionals who helped us a lot and made our life easier. I wish all children could come and experience this center and everything what we have learned or achieved here. I am so thankful for every one of you for being a big part of our journey. You are our second family and we are so grateful for this opportunity. I would recommend this place to everyone.

The staff at brain balance are amazing! They are all friendly and personable. They worked with our schedules and seemed they really want to help us and our daughter on her journey to brain building.

We have a difficult family situation with 3 generations in 1 house so trying to do food changes is almost impossible! Also he is very sensitive to any kind of food change & a very picky eater! He has improved a lot as far as doing work at school & his homework. Brain balance is working its just a matter of time until most of his problems will be better!

I was skeptical at first if this would work for our boys and I was excited as I started to see the changes happening! The staff and coaches are amazing and we have them to thank for making our family whole again!!

Night and day difference for our daughter after attending brain balance. Thank you for this amazing program. Our daughter had trouble sleeping through the nights, would throw temper tantrums every morning before school. After attending, all of the issues disappeared.
