I left 2 voicemails, emailed from their website and no contact, no call or return email. Business must be good, they dont need mine. Thought Id give them a try, but Ill go back to zerorez.

They were very efficient, professional, and timely.Unfortunately the pet odors remained the next day after cleaning. Would probably be fine for non-pet odor related cleanings.

Michael was the one to take our call. He helped us get a good deal and went way above and beyond with scheduling to make it work for us, even coming first thing in the morning even though he was booked solid for the next week or two! Cannot express enough how easy it was to work with this company! I needed an appointment last minute and they worked with me and got me taken care of quick. Shows up to the house & quoted DOUBLE what it was over the phone. Then proceeds to tell me I lied and that he doesn’t need to clean the carpets. Fine by me.Found another carpet cleaning company, Red Carpet Cleaning who is willing to do it at the previously quoted price next day.

😁😁😁Recently had my carpets and vents done. Even got the black paint out left by my little artist. Honest and friendly. No price games. Carpets look and feel great! Love the steam clean method! No residue. These guys have real truck mount equipment. Dont get fooled by the ones that come in the house with their little portable systems. Definitely better job this way. House smells better and everyone is breathing better. Definitely calling these guys for all my future needs and will be recommending them to my friends, no doubt!

Mike is as amazing as everyone says he is. We were able to make an appointment right away, the price was great, and he was so friendly and personable. He did a fantastic job in reviving some very old and dirty carpet and we will most definitely call him again!

This was more then I ever imagined! I am so so grateful for the service given. I just purchased a home with a maroon wax spilled in the carpet, tons of stains, and dog hair like you wouldnt believe. The tile was super nasty and grout was black from all the dirt.They came and made it look immaculate. Tile looks like it is brand new, and the carpet looks amazing. The wax and color is completely gone, along with all the other stains. The price wasnt even comparable, it was by far the best deal out there. I wish I took before and after pictures cause it is seriously so great! Also very professional I loved the way I was explained things about my carpet that I never knew, and was talked through what processes would be used. Thank you Dream Steam!

I was very happy with Dream Steam. This company went out of their way to answer my MANY question. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable. I felt confident that I was getting what had been promised and estimated. Mike not only answered my carpet cleaning concerns but was interested and helpful with related issues and offered pertinent insights. When making the appointment, the receptionist was very kind and personable. The cleaning technicians showed up on time and were efficient. The carpet looks great! The quality cleaning was very reasonably priced, too.

What great people. They work so hard and fast and did a fantastic job on both the carpets, a large area rug and a microsuede chair. They went above and beyond, being so careful and considerate, especially since we were preparing to move out and have the home inspected by our landlord. We also lived near them and know them personally. Wonderful neighbors and friends. I highly recommend them!

Did a really good job cleaning our carpets, but we did the math and our total square foot area of carpet is only 600 sq feet. So was charged a little bit more then what was planned because tech said it was more area amount to charge for room size. But we got a rug cleaned also. Overall we had a great experience.

Great experience. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I just think that when you schedule the appointment, they should warn you on dry time and not to walk on it. I may have scheduled a morning appointment while kids are in camp.

I have used Michael for a couple of years now and wanted to let others know how great of a job he does. He always had gone above and beyond to make my wife and I happy. I spilt milk one time and he cleaned it twice on two occasions to make sure it was good and clean. I also had him clean my rental this past week were I was sure I was going to have to replace some carpet. But he was able to get it looking fantastic. My carpets always look fantastic when Dream Steam is finished. I love that they use a soap free solutions so I can avoid harsh chemicals in my house. They are fast and efficient and do an amazing job. They are the only carpet cleaners I use.

I gave Dream Steam 1 star because they were courteous and friendly. they even came back a second time when the first time not a single spot was removed from the carpet. the second time got some of the spots but there was no affect on the traffic areas of the carpet. They said we are just stuck with that. The carpet is cream color and barely over a year old. it was cleaned less than 6 months ago so this is not years of traffic. The previous company we used got all the dirt out. This company was nice to work with but their method didnt remove any dirt unless it received 3 passes and they just cant remove any dirt from traffic areas. I would love to give more stars if they were able to clean the carpet.

He carpet cleaned 5 rooms in my home in 45 minutes. Very friendly guy but my carpets when they dried they looked as dirty as when he arrived. I tipped him well and it was so depressing to spend over 150.00 plus 40.00 tip and Have them look so bad. Carpet is only 2 years old. I wanted to cry!

I had the carpets cleaned by Dream Steam and there are still areas of the house that smell like pet urine. Ive called at least one time per day for the last six days to get them to come back and do a better job, but I cant get Michael, the owner, to call me back.
