Tech was very informative and did a great job cleaning! I called him to do the basic service but after seeing what came out of the carpet I decided to upgrade and get the deeper clean.Will definitely use their service again!!

I found Evergreen through Groupon for a five room steam cleaning deal for $60. Awesome deal. I have 2 100 pound dogs and two little girls who have put at least 30 new stains on the carpet throughout the house (makeup, marker, food, slime, etc). I have also had some bad Carpet Cleaning experiences in the past, and I feel like you can never really know what to expect.I ended up spending four times the Groupon amount ($240) - but it was worth it. I decided to go for the more intense deep clean versus the basic steam clean that my Groupon was actually for, and decided to get my stairs done as well.Tal was awesome! He was extremely professional, respectful, knowledgeable, friendly, polite and pleasant. He was not pushy with his upsell. He was also quick and super focused. He had my entire house done (5 rooms) in about an hour and a half!Overall, I am very happy and my carpets are very soft and CLEAN. They were dry in a few hours as well! I feel so much better knowing my little girls are rolling around on a carpet that is actually really cleandeep down.There were a few stains that did not come out unfortunately but that is to be expected. I will definitely be using Evergreen moving forward. Thank you, Tal!
