When you discover early in the morning that your basement is flooding from your backed up sewer, thats not a problem you want to wait around for someone to help you out.I called Rainbow International of Orem early in the morning, and Jared was there within an hour, assessing damage, explaining next steps to me, helping me to find a plumber, and walking me through the insurance claim process.Our flooded basement has been incredibly stressful for both my wife and me, but it would have been much more stressful had we not had such communicative and prompt help.I hope to never need to call Rainbow International of Orem again, but, if our basement floods again, I know Ill be calling them again.
