Every once in awhile a real gem comes along. Oscar is that gem in my eyes! We had remodeling that we did and had a stucco guy that had come over to look a couple of times and then never would show up. My wife went to lunch with a bunch of Neighbors and they all said oh no, dont use him once you pay him he never comes back. Several recommended using Oscar instead and gave her his number. He showed up when he said he would and was extremely detailed in all that he was going to do. His work was impeccable. He cleaned up after himself. His workers were great and we are extremely pleased with what he has done for us. He may not be the cheapest but you would be hard-pressed to find someone better. I would highly recommend him for stucco, stone and related repairs.

I am so impressed with this company. I had a damaged block wall and Oscar responded to fix the problem. He communicated with me throughout the process keep in up to date of the status of the repair project. His quality and attention to detail was excellent. I would recommend Oscar and Perfect Patch.

After getting several bids from different roofing companies, Perfect Patch (Oscar) gave a very fair price and explanation of what needed to be done. After talking we scheduled a day for him to come and do the job. They showed up after they had been working a long day and stayed until the job was finished. They did an excellent job on the roof repairs, you can’t even tell where they are. He matched the shingles perfectly and used very high quality materials. He is coming back tomorrow to install a section of seamless rain gutter that needed to be replaced. Oscar and who I assume was his wife do amazing work and cleaned up the job site better than what it was when they got there. Thank you Oscar! I will be calling him again if I need work done. We found Perfect Patch via a Google search. The reviews were encouraging so we invited Oscar out to talk to us. We were so impressed with him that we asked for a bid. The price was reasonable so we went ahead. Oscar and his helper just finished the job and it is amazing! Wed had a fire on one side of our house which damaged a section of the stucco. The smoke from the fire discolored a large section of both stories. Oscar and crew did such a good job that you cannot there was a fire at all. The stucco color and texture is a perfect match. Oscar communicates well, is friendly, and very careful about his work. Wed hire Perfect Patch (and Oscar) again without a moments hesitation.

The owner of Perfect Patch was great to work with and he and his workers made our 60-year-old foundation walls look like new with his high quality sand plaster application. They also rebuild a concrete window well that was falling apart from winter freeze cycles. When they were done it looked like new also. I highly recommend them to you.

We had a great experience with Perfect Patch. Oscar is the most hard working perfectionistic person who did a beautiful job patching the stucco on the front of our house. Understandably, he is in demand, so you have to schedule about 5 to 6 weeks ahead. Once he began our job he would often put in 12 and even 13 hour days. He cares about final results and will do whatever it takes to successfully finish the job. He is a master craftsman.

When they first came out I was very impressed, he seemed professional and knowledgeable. A couple of weeks after getting the quote I called to get the repairs done and I can’t get ahold of him, I’ve called/texted and nothing.

Oscar was fantastic! He was honest with me and didnt insult my intelligence, even though I knew nothing about stucco. The first contractor that came out to give me a bid was the complete opposite. I am grateful I found Oscar. I would recommend him to anyone and I will keep using him.
