I spent a day walking salvage yards for rims that would fit my Saab before I found European Only. One place had a pile of mismatched rims, and dude just pointed at the pile and said, “good luck.”European Only knew what they had, and they knew where it was. When I showed up, I was shown pics of different options. Neither of our time was wasted. No more aimlessly walking rows. Good price on the rims. These guys are programmed in my phone now.

Absolutely horrible experiences I’ve had here at European only Auto Salvage.. I’ve called several times to get parts.. took my information like 7 time in 7 DIFFERENT calls.. and never answered back.. decided to go myself to get some used parts.. they took all day to remove a BMW e36 cluster (literally 2 bolts) and turned out to be the wrong one.. felt bummed, so i decided to purchase some rims the had there... he told me they were 5x120... turned out to be 5x114.3. So, Moses kept hassling me that he never told me they were 5x120, but i asked 3 times before paying if they were, and said yes they were.. today i returned the wrong cluster, and asked if they could pull one out on the spot so i can leave, he didn’t want to, until he got annoyed and i went out to retrieve one.. and STILL doesn’t even read the MPH, RPM, snd i doubt the oil temp.. wouldn’t consider coming here again... unless they’d work something out in return for their mistakes

They are one of the only places to carry a newer Audi that I needed parts from. When a new license plate bracket was $140 and they had it at $5 and looked around in the lot for the car with me it was appreciated. Some people might have bad experiences but they have always been good to me and I will keep coming back for my needs

Customer service blows! They said they would buy my car and verbally agreed to a price. Set a date to pick it up and never came. Called them a handful of times and they kept saying “oh we’ll go get it” then after 2weeks of not doing what they agreed to do. They just said that there “car yard was full and said they didn’t want the car”! Don’t go thru these people tried to duck and dodge more like just being lazy!

The team at European Only are honest easy to deal with. They never over sale.

I come back from time to time and check on wheels and tires for my BMW that I take to the track but when I come most of time it is closed during open hours, especially fridays. For example today and yesterday was closed before it was posted. Then when I call I’m told to take my money elsewhere because I’ve come “three times and didn’t buy anything” although I’ve bought tires every time I’ve come. It’s unfortunate because there’s a lot of good stuff being hoarded in there by people who don’t have any customer service abilities. Thanks.I’m not one to leave bad reviews but when I have to drive down to find out if a place is open or not during their posted hours, it wastes my time and others I’m sure.

I JUST WANNA BUY PARTSTheir hours are 8am to 6pm. I showed up around 8:45am and the gates were closed. I left and came back around 9:30am. There was a guy on a tractor working in the yard, I finally got his attention and he said he didnt know ow where the owners were at. I left and called a couple days later and asked if they were going to be in the next morning. The lady that answered said, Yes, but I would come in around 10am to be safe. I drove up the next morning and around 9am, it was on my way so I thought check it out, low and behold gates closed. I came back a little before 10am and still, not surprised at this point, no one was there, gates were closed. It seems they are a afternoon shop which sucks cause I only have time in the morning to stop by. Once I finally get into the yard and buy the parts Im looking for Ill raise my rating to maybe a 4 depending how that goes.(VISITED STORE)I finally was able to make it in the afternoon. They didnt have anything I needed. When I called a month before they said they had the car I needed. I show up, they only had 528s and not 328s. You need someone to accompany you while out in the yard. Not sure why given every other junkyard in the world lets you go out by yourself.

This facility provides the best service of any euro parts vendor in this state and the surrounding 4 states. If you, as the customer, understand the complexities of these euro vehicles (YOU chose to purchase and drive these vehicles), THEN you can appreciate the service, expertise and just how fair in the pricing of the parts this facility provides. The staff is educated in locating and providing quality parts, if you know what parts are actually required. Russs European Only has had my business, and has provided over a thousand parts to collision repair facilities I have worked for or written insurance estimates for, and has always been fair, honest and helpful. They will continue to have my business for years to come.

The staff at Russ’s European Only is very helpful. I needed a spark plug wire for my 98 Volvo v70 and had no issue getting it. Their inventory of European cars is fantastic. I will definitely use them again.

Called them and lined up some used bumpers for my classic BMW. I live over 2 hours away but the price was reasonable so I lined up a time to come get them. I asked the person on the phone if they closed at 6 every day like it said online to which they confirmed. I told them I would come down after work on a Friday to pick the bumpers up and that I would be there around 5:30 and they gave me the okay on it. Friday came around and I was so excited to get these bumpers for the car I was restoring. I got in my truck and drove down from Logan and arrived around 5:30. To my dismay they were completely locked up and not a soul could be found. I could even see my coveted bumpers right in front of the yard to just make it worse. I drove all the way down and dropped 40+ bucks in gas for nothing. Dont expect any commitment from these guys. They were a huge let down. Id be more than happy to change my rating if they made it right. They were helpful on the phone but couldnt follow through... :/

If I could give them less than a star I would. Told me the cost to fix my hood was $200. I get there its up to $300. They fix it but the light that the hood is open comes on. I take it back to Moses and he acts like Im bothering him and tells me I paid for him to fix the hood and not the light that was not on when I took in the car. I left and would never go back there again. I have never been treated like that as a customer. Previous owners were awesome. I always have been going there but thats it for me. Steer clear of this place.

What a joke, that chubby employee thinks he is the owner even the girl told him its your decision. What a retard that guy is. Drove 2 hours from Wy. The closest sunroof I could find. They stayed after hours to make sure I got my sunroof . Great costumer service. Super friendly. Highly recommended

I called the place 6 times. Trying to find a bumper, the first time I got put on hold for 10 minutes, 2nd 3rd and 4th time no answer. 5th time they told me they would call me back once they find the part. 6th time they tell me they have the part and will send pictures of it, they never sent anything and didn’t answer after that. 0 on service.

They were able to finally help me find the part I was looking for! And since it was so small they gave it to me for free. That is pretty awesome customer service. I will make sure to send my friends here for sure.

Wow, I was looking for a spare tire and Russs guys went above and beyond to get me the spare tire. He took a tire from a different year and model, checked it to make sure the bolts would fit then pulled the wheel drum from the same year and model to make sure it fit as well. It was great. Thanks guys. You saved me a hundreds of dollars.

Dont trust the 5 star reviews! They never return phone calls or actually look for the part you ask the them for. When I finally got the fat guy face to face and asked about the part I needed he had to explain how rare the part was before he tripled the price. Complete scam. I dont know how they keep there doors open. As for the five star reviewers, they must have this place confused with some where else.

Great Yard, Great Staff. They do a great job at preserving the vehicles that us euro dudes need most and wont see laying around much 5-10 years from now. Nobody can go back and smash windows, steal parts, break clips, lights, bolts, nothing. If you need a part for an older euro and in good condition head over. They are always swamped with work but they have TONS of cars in good condition and parts to match. Interiors, engine components etc. Theyll help you out and make sure you dont try to stiff them when THEY ASK YOU what you want to pay. Just shoot straight and be fair, they have a business to run, staff to pay and mouths to feed. This isnt your run of the mill junk yard, they have a good pool of euro parts if need any.

Jesslyn took care of me when went there to get a headlamp, turns out the headlamp had some unseen broken parts on the inside. I went back to return it with no hassle at all. Overall excellent customer service, the place needs some more room though and it definitely could use some remodeling, however that doesnt matter as long as the prices are right, which they were for the headlight.

Ok customer service, they just need to be more organized with there customers orders. Huge selection of parts, but pretty pricey especially if its a rare part! Youll be paying almost retail! But they have the parts that are hard to find so i give them 3 stars

Moises and the crew were super helpful and nice! They stayed late at the shop for me to come by about my dented VW Passat. The auto body shop was going to charge me $830 to replace a dented lift gate, but Moises told me he would trade me one in great condition and install it for $400!! Great price. They installed the new door, and it looks awesome after a good wash!

Id been here a couple years ago, it was ok, but today when I went, wow, what a difference, Moses was really nice and helpful, as well as others there too, I live in salt lake and am not in Orem often, but rather than have to wait around for them to pull all the things I wanted, they offered to deliver them to me at work later! I will definitely go back.

Called for an ignition lock cylinder and the locks for the door guy wants 1000 dollars just for the parts and is rude on the phonePS. BMW of murry sells the kit with all the locks 2 keys and a programmed ews for 919$

Hands down the best Utah source for salvage Audi parts. They save hoses and other components that other wreckers typically cut and destroy. Fair prices as well. My power steering pressure hose on my Audi failed. Dealer, of course, wanted an arm and a leg. The part, brand new & OEM, was $400 at the very least. I called other salvage yards and they typically just cut the hose. I called here and I got the newest OEM revision of the hose as well as some other miscellaneous parts I needed for an absolute steal.6 Month Update: I have now had the power steering hose from European Only in my Audi for 6 months it shows no signs of leaking or failing after heavy use. These guys are going to be my first and only call in the future for any Euro salvage needs I might have. More than worth the drive from SLC.

Look at these reviews. If they arent awful theyre fake. Only an idiot would bring their car here when there are other options. If you arent disgusted by the smell, the people will finish you off, no problem. I honestly dont know how a shady, deceitful business like this can be allowed to operate.

After agreeing on a price and after they already had the title to my car and everything they needed they only gave me a fraction of what we agreed on.Further more after I had posted this review one of the lovely workers called me to harass me telling me how much he was going to sell my car for telling I just want it to burn a little more.Please find somewhere else to take your business.

This is the absolute worst place I have EVER done business with. They sold me a part GUARANTEEING it would work. Plus convinced my boyfriend that he needed the whole steering column. It cost us $250. Just to find out it will not work at all. Now its going to cost me another $500 to fix. If they are going to sell parts and guarantee them, they may want to know what the neck they are talking about first. They are nothing more than a bunch of con artists, rip offs, and frauds. I would never recommend them to ANYONE.

These guys are great! They have a new owner and actually want to help their customers. I have been searching for a couple of really hard to find parts for my 01 Jetta for a few months. I purposely did not stop at European Only because of the horrible experiences I have had in the past. After searching most of the other wrecking yards in Utah County without success and at the recommendation of a competitor I gave Russs another try. I am happy that I did. I now have a true one stop shop for my Jetta parts!

Terrible place. Dragged their feet for days while storage fees are adding up. Only to low ball by half of other places. Seems obvious they are trying to delay their bid for a wrecked car by days hoping people will just say, take it away for a small amount. Dont even bother to try here. If you have a European vehicle in a wreck, just go to pic a part. Not a lot of money, but 2x what you get here and wont get stuck paying a couple days of storage fees.

These guys have access to a lot of european parts, which is great. But Service is awful. They tell you they will call you right back and they never do. They will tell you a specific delivery time and it most definitely wont make it to the shop by the quoted time or even the correct shop. I have a hard time calling them when trying to find parts. Not a big fan of these guys!

New ownership is a big plus. I came in looking for a sensor pigtail and the friendly gentleman took me out into the yard and crawled around under several cars until he found the right one. Ill be coming back again if I need anything!

The old guy is a disrespectful crook. Initially looking for a bmw transmission, said they had one but couldnt sell. I got one elsewhere with 40k miles for a grand. I offered to sell them my nice car, they offered $500. Called back for a headlight, said he how much you wanna pay? I said $100. He said Id better fin smarten up because he wants $1000. This guys business sense is a joke, driven by evil.

I own 2 mercedes and 1 audi previously owned another audi. Finding parts for the older European cars can be quite a challenge without spending a fortune. Ive been going to russs for a long time they almost always have the part i need the staff is friendly and they worked with me to get the part i need quickly and at a fair price. If you own an older European car and need a used or hard to find part. Go to russs!

Ive had the unfortunate opportunity to have to try to deal with these people and their customer services, one of the worst business in regards to customers Care in Utah county. outright rude. Swear they train their employees to hang up on customers and not return your call. How their still in service is beyond me, probably because theyre the only salvage yard for European cars. Save yourself the misfortune of dealling with these people and buy your parts online or elsewhere if you can..

Under new ownership and it SUCKS! Theyre trying to monopolize the European part market with outrageous prices and terrible customer service. I was trying to pick up fenders for my 240, got put on hold for 10 minutes, hung up on, called back and put on hold for 5 more minutes and then they werent able to give me a price or condition of the fenders. I tried to throw an offer and was told they would send me pictures of them, never got the pictures so I called back and then was told the person I talked to wasnt there anymore, and received a call back 2 minutes later from the girl I spoke with about the fenders and she told me that the two 240s they had on their yard werent supposed to be on their inventory anymore and the fenders were no longer available. Thanks for jerking me around for 2 hours!On another occasion I went to them to see if they had a mirror, hood and trunk struts and a trim piece for my Saab 9-3. They had them all, but after I heard they wanted $60 for the mirror I walked out and drove to Pic-A-Part down the road and got all the parts I needed and more for $25.

The ABSOLUTE WORST place to go for parts. Youre better off buying parts online than dealing with these SOBs. They have crappy insurance so they dont let you go inside and pick parts yourself. They have to call their technician to remove the part gor you. Even if it just has 4 small screws!!! Thats a joke! Id rather jump off a bridge than to go back here. Pathetic excuse of a junk yard.

Went to this wrecking yard looking for the gas vent of my n2001 volvo s60... I helped their mechanic to get the part in the best condition possible and when I ask the owner for the price he said 60 dollars and I replied correctly is too much and thats when the owner kick me out of the bussiness and told me get out of here in the most rude way and kept saying go on, get out of here you are just wasting my time,... he was very angry,.. we all know here in the Utah county this guys in this junk yard are very rude and therefore they so expensive that they are even selling those parts more expensive than the dealership itself... please everyone, think twice or moire before going to buy something from this rude and violent people... I was even afraid in that moment that the owner was going to push me or punch me because the way he was that upset and angry and out of control... UPDATING INFO... I found the same gas vent in Salt Lake city for only 6 dollars!!... thank you guys for being so rude and kicking me out of your bussiness...
