Landlord had three cows slaughtered and processed with Nance meat processing. This was the first time they had used Nance to process their cattle. Nance also allowed for the meat to have extended hang time as requested by customers. Melissa kept them updated as meat was curing getting ready to be processed.Each cow was halved, cut and vacuumed wrapped and labeled for each of their children. Melissa was more than happy for each of the children to be present to observe and customize their meat order while being processed. They packed their customers ice chests and also even loaded them into their vehicles. Cutting room was clean,the handling,preparation of meat was very professional. No skimming of your meat every piece was accounted for and packed in your chest! Melissa Nance and her crew were honest, professional meat processors which are hard to find!

Great group of people. Even after the recent hurricane, they made sure to call and update me on my meat processing order. They went out of their way to keep my meat safe during the flooding. Thank you so much!
