Needed a notary and got right in to see Candice. She was nice and very professional. Took only a short period of time and the price was great! Very pleased with her and the whole office was very cordial

Absolutely unprofessional and unethical. They charge fees that are not disclosed on the original escrow instruction. When we canceled Escrow she was argue with me that my deposit is only $2000. I had to email her a wire receipt showing that my deposit was $5000. Other disclosed estimated fees were almost doubled when we canceled escrow. Do not do business with them.
