Received great service from Roger to get the check.
I expected a fight...based on the reviews. I called and emailed Roger last week, requesting a change on an escrow check I received. I requested a new check be sent to me ASAP. He returned my call that evening and sent me a FedEx label. I mailed the old check and received the new one a week later via FedEx. During that week he returned my calls and/or emails by the end of the day or the next day regarding my update inquiries. This was my experience.
If there was a way to do zero stars I would. Lizzette was our escrow officer. She would not return a phone call. When it came time to disburse our funds, were clearly signed the form to have the money bank wried, paid for a bank wire but she sent it FedEx. Causing us big delays. Totally unacceptable..
This Company is not Professional they dont know how to respond the email my loan is been close more than 2 months already in my reimbursement check is not been settle. very poor customer service I recommend not to do business on this Company.
The worst escrow company ever, I called three times and left messages and Nobody calls back nor even answering my phone calls. Bad customers service and unprofessional .
Tried to reach someone to discuss closing statement and no one will call you back. Stay clear of this company, very unprofessional.
Process of refinancing and they was a shortage for the payoff and my loan office doesn’t even say anything and I get charged a whole bunch of interest. Michael Nelson is horrible to deal with Loans get sold and you have no choice. Complete BS. Very poor service
Finally spoke to someone the third time I called, I had left a message the two other times and no one called me back. Not very professional.
