The wash doesn’t even hardly get the water spots off my car. I’ve tried to cancel my monthly subscription and it’s been HELL to cancel I’ve emailed called and showed up in person to cancel but yet I’m still getting charged every month.Update: after leaving a review I finally got a call from someone and they cancelled my subscription. Thank goodness

It is an automated car wash, what more is there to explain. Does it give the exterior of your car a perfect wash? No, there are little wax spots and other imperfections but it gets probably 95% of the dirt off your car. This is the future of car washes because people dont want to work for $15 an hour at a car wash anymore cleaning windows or vacuuming so now you get to do it yourself, at a lower price. I have three cars on a monthly program here and it does make it a lot easier to get your car cleaned.

Reasonably priced car wash. You can just drive or finish it off with your rags. Not as great as a full wash but price is right

Rapids Express Car Wash is a clean modern way to clean your vehicle. The idea is that you pay, drive up and onto a conveyor belt, while relaxing and letting the machine do all the work.Rapids Express is located on a large lot. Driving up is simple and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I was able to easily ask questions about the process and pay for the wash. I decided to choose the unlimited monthly. This is especially a great value if you have a vehicle that sits outside and needs to be washed often. The unlimited #3 Good Wash, which provides a bit more cleaning and drying, is only about 20 bucks, and you can go as often as you want.As you enter the wash, there is an attendant ready to assist positioning your vehicle on the conveyor. You simply drive up and put the transmission in neutral, leaving the car running.As the vehicle was pulled through the process, I was impressed by the amount of water, soap and scrubbing that was provided. The scrubbers appeared to use a cloth material that appeared soft and non-abrasive. Lots of soap dropped down from above as the scrubbers cleaned the top and sides of the vehicle. I was a bit concerned about my factory roof racks, but it was not an issue. As you near the exit of the wash, large air blowers force air from all angles, blowing off almost all of the moisture. Upon exit, there is a lighted sign that says to relax and then when it lights up go, you simply put it in drive and exit the wash.Just outside the wash tunnel, there are a huge amount of bays with air hoses for blowing off any remaining moisture and also to vacuum your vehicle. Hoses are found on each side of the car, which is very convenient. I was impressed about the amount of water that had actually been removed from the wash process.Tip: If you have driven your car on a lengthy road trip and have bugs mashed on the front of your vehicle, its a good idea to hit it with a bit of bug remover or soap and lightly scrub before going through the wash. Usually that stuff has been pressed and dried into the finish and a little effort will make your wash experience much better.Overall, Rapids Express did a very good job and cleaning my SUV. It had recently been driven on a road trip and the wash removed over 95% of the dirt and debris from the vehicle. If youre like me, and have multiple vehicles, using Rapids Express, to help maintain some or all of your vehicles, is a great value!

If given a choice of car washes in Orange this is the best one. When or if you need help service is wonderful. The choice and selection of membership and wash variation is broad. Added vacuum and air hose access makes the cleaning experience complete and is well organized for easy entry and egress. Best of City of Orange.

Decent place. no complaints except the fact that it seems the equipment is already starting to show signs. half my vehicle came out dirty and theres no point in paying the extra money for cleaning the wheels because it never does it right nor do I have any fancy designed rims preventing this. just pay for the basic wash and nothing more

The value of this car wash is exceptional but the website for some reason never works! It is so frustrating especially when I need to cancel my membership. Its almost like they are forcing us to use their wash and renew the membership.

Nice basic car wash. Not for super stuck on gunk removal, but great if you want to get more than a wash a month to put in for the monthly plan. For the cost of 2 washes, you can come through as often as you want with a vehicle. Has been great for getting my car looking great again after neglecting washes for a few years.

I typically hand wash my vehicles at home, but whenever I take them to the car wash, I always go here. They’re in the right location, and are easy to get to. I typically bring my cars here when they’re really dirty, and they always come out sparkling clean. The prices are a little steep, but it is worth it to me. The $20 wash makes my car look like new every single time. It gets the bugs off after road trips, and their vacuums are strong enough to get almost anything out of my carpets. I love coming here, and will continue to come here hopefully for years.

Great car wash, in and out within a few minutes

Staff is always friendly the monthly option is a great deal! Vacuums and air always work although the dryer isnt fantastic. Reasonably priced for what it is and it is exactly what you want it to be

This place is amazing. The crew keeps this place spotless. They have air compressor to finish drying your vehicle or to detail the inside of your car.

Always a good experience when I come here. Its always a fast experience too which is great for people on go, which lets face it is all of us. If I have to deal with any of the staff its always a great interactio, they are friendly and nice. They have even offered treats to my little dog who is always tagging along in the car. My car is always happy and clean when I leave there.

Gets the truck clean enough. The #1 with the tire shine is a bit of a rip off - 2 tires with barely a hand size spot of shiny stuff, 1 about a third covered, and the other barely more than half.

Theres no rug machine at this place, but otherwise a typical express carwash experience. I opted for the most basic carwash - not sure what really happens with all the upgrades. I brought my own towels to additionally dry my car as the air blower will not get rid of all drops of water - standard expectation.

This car wash is very convenient and has the free vacuum time. Its always busy but Ive never waited more than 5 minutes for the was or vacuum.

Really good place. The cost of hand wash car washes are triple the cost, and most hand wash places dont even wipe inside your car anymore. Bring a few microfiber clothes do a quick pass over and you better off than any other place. 6 bucks for the Basic is all you need.

Nope. Unless you literally have no other choice, either dont overspend with the top $14 wash option, or dont go here at all. There are gas car washes that do better. Sure some obvious things are clean like the dirt on my windshield is gone but overall youd have to go over the car again with a rag to remove all the water spots, maybe its just aesthetic, maybe this is a weird complaint. But are water spots just a part of any car wash that isnt a handwash?

This place is close to our house and we love it. We have all our cars on their plans and use the wash a few times a week. This place is well ran and they keep it very clean. I appreciate the work they put into taking care of the facilities and find it hard to beat on price. If you have any problems, they take care of them asap. They are all around good people that run a great business

This is a wonderful carwash. I was very impressed with the way it washed and cleaned my bmw. I think its worth the effort and price.

Efficient, affordable and air to blow the water off your vehicle plus a vacuum for each side of the vehicle. Bring your own towel to remove any remaining water, as you know California water is heavy in minerals and will leave spots. The blowers are great but you have to finish the job with a towel (it takes 3 mins) and looks amazing. I drive a 2002 Black Nissan Xterra and it looks brand new.Tip 1: dry the car before you vacuum.Tip 2: use the damp cloth that you dried the car with to get all the dust off the dashboard.

I cant understand you have a car wash and they dont really dry and its automated price bbare starting to get ridiculous

I really like taking my car for carwash at the Rapid Express, even though it is very busy sometimes I like that you paid for wash and get to do vacuum as well.

Meh. Went today and 20 cars were lined up outside like costco gas into the public street. Smh. Its a hazard as well as dangerous to be sitting in the street like that. I do notice small swirl scratches on my sides of the car that would can barley be seen. 90% of the water is dried off. Other than that car comes out clean, vacuums work great and air spray works too. Oh, the tire shine shines my tires well but that chemical also gets on the edges of the car. So tire shine cleaner definitely gets on the paint. It is convenient to get the monthly pass and pass through quickly without using cash/card to do so. I do have to clean the edges where the paint meets the tire to take tire cleaner iff the paint and manually clean it off with a towel. I would say my review is more like a 3.5 stars.

I thought I might have less of a crowd in the mid afternoon but I was wrong. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly and efficiently they handled the large volume of vehicles. The automated pay station worked well and my car got a good cleaning. I selected wash #1, which has everything for $14. There are 3 less expensive options. I will think about their wash club for a monthly price. I didnt have a problem finding a stall to vacuum out the car. I did bring my own cloth to wipe down some of the detail on my car. They do not have staff to wipe the cars down and they advertise there is no tipping. The price posted is what you pay. I would go again!

Cheap and fast car wash with free access to vacuum. However, I noticed my car smells weird after going in the evening, maybe due to the recycled water. Aim to go early in the day if you dont want your car smelling like sewage.

Why would anyone go to a regular carwash after this?! I almost turned around when I saw the line up of cars, but turns out rapid express really is rapid. The line took only 2 minutes and the whole wash (I got the $8 version) took about 1 minute, leaving my car looking like it was just professionally washed for over an hour. And the bonus of multiple free professional vacuums and extra air dryers gave my inside a quick clean in no time. So happy I found this place!!!!

I normally dont write reviews but after my great experience at Rapids Express Car Wash I had to write this. From the time I drove up the service was first class! I got the top wash and my car has never looked this great! The outside of the car is spotless and the wheels and tires shine like new. The man who greeted me was very nice and helpful. They have a great belt system so my wheels dont get scratched. I can not say enough good things about this car wash and I will never go to another car wash!

It’s ok paid for the most expensive one noticed no tire shine went through again and nothing. Doesn’t compare to two thumbs up in garden grove. Hopefully it gets better I like the place.

1.00 a car wash a day. Way better than the other car washes by far. I believe it was 28.00 or something to wash (the best one). After wards the air blow drys your car for what seems like forever and then you are steered over to the free air and vacuum stations. All they ask is for “you to keep it close to 5 minutes for other patrons.” (Or something like that. Closes and I mean class at 900pm.I usually bring a weed killer-pump-bottle with my in the trunk to spray the car down so I don’t have to dry it. At all. No impurities in that water. At is something like 92 cents at Walmart.

Great car wash.I was there today after 3 months of staying away due to the pandemic. When you pay now, they offer you an alcohol wipe. At first I wasnt sure what it was for - - to clean my car with? But later I realized that after handling the vacuum hoses shared by everyone, that sanitizing wipe came in quite handy. It was a small gesture, but really appreciated.This is an economical and touchless way to clean your car. Their vacuums are really efficient and it only takes a short time to get the inside looking dust/debris-free. I always bring a towel to wipe down any extra water marks. Over all, a great experience.

I pay for the top tier monthly plan. Run my SUV through several times a week just because I can (whenever I drive by). Always have a clean car! Great vacuums also.

This carwash is always been a great experience...great wash..great vacuums...air nozzle(hard to find in other places)...and super clean and well maintained..Oh and $5 bucks!!!

Slightly more expensive and there was a line almost to the street on Saturday but it went quickly. They have plenty of bays for hand drying and other things, but because it was Saturday, 3-4 cars waiting for a bay. A couple of guys were helping to keep things moving.

This is the best car wash in Orange County. It is located in orange, which is close to my home. They have a low monthly fee and you can wash and vacuum your car as many times as you would like each month. They are very good at the customer experience as well and the place is spotless. The owners take pride in the location and it shows. Good team of people as well.

Were super helpful when my wifes car died while she was vacuuming and drying it. She was upset and had called AAA but it would be a 75 minute wait. She went to let them know since she was taking up one of the vacuuming bays and they let her know they had a portable one and were able to get the started and on her way in 5 minutes.. great service and super nice

This place is fantastic, I have a monthly pass and have had it for over a year. Never been disappointed. The wash itself get your car good and clean without damaging anything. And most of all the employees there and service is fantastic. All the employees care about keeping the place clean and treating the customers right.

Very fast but inefficient. The line moved very quick and the experience is kind of cool, however the end result is anything but ideal. After going through the wash cycle, the drying portion goes just as quickly and my truck had a lot of water still visible as I drove away. After 5 minutes, dried water spots were visible throughout each surface of my vehicle and windows.

I REALLY LIKED MY CAR WASH. MY CAR LOOKS BEAUTIFUL, and I was able to dry the tires & rims and vacuum my car... Great price, And my car is GLEAMING❣
