After nearly 2 years of trying to find a new home cash wash, I think I finally found the one! Previously, I had a car washer that I went to monthly for regular routine washes, and then I had another car washer I went to for an expensive annual deep clean and clay bar wax. As time went by, my monthly car washer raised prices over and over and over again, to the point where they lost sight of who their customer was, thinking they were some high-end auto spa. Orange Hand Car Wash has a great balance of options to fit any budget and also offer services for window tinting and wheel repair. Upon my first visit at Orange Hand Car Wash there were a few hard to see surface areas that had been missed on the interior of my vehicle, however their staff went above and beyond to resolve the issue after I brought it to their attention. If you ever bring your vehicle in to be serviced here and see anything below satisfactory, simply notify one of the guys in the office and they’ll be sure to take care of you. Orange Hand Car Wash is a local family owned business and cares deeply about their relationships with their customers. Alex, one of the managers there, goes great lengths to make sure customers are happy with the service. As seen in the photos, they even have multiple signs posted as you leave the lot stating “We are not happy unless you’re happy. Please let us know if your car requires additional detail before leaving. We will be more than happy to address concerns immediately.” Lastly, one of my favorite amenities about this car wash is the comfortable outdoor waiting area…one of the best I’ve ever seen. The waiting area is on a spacious wood slated covered patio, with multiple desk-like workstations, equipped with power outlets and free fast Wi-Fi. The patio is surrounded by a ton of plants and foliage giving the space a natural airy vibe.

Alex was extremely helpful work around my schedule and went above and beyond customer satisfaction. I will be bringing my cars here from now on and no other place. The team did a fantastic job in my tint i would give 10 stars if i could. Alex, Thank you!

I brought in lot of my high end car here and recommend my friends from all over to get their ceramic coating and tint job but no more. The guy who washed my vinyl wrap scratched the hood by dragging the hose accross. If I cross examined the hose and the scratches, it’s a mirror image. However, they denied it! Basically slap in the face after spending $$$ and bringing in business from Newport! Never take your high end vehicle there! They don’t have the facility to ceramic coat. It’s all out door with netting. It’s not the right way to ceramic coat with wind blowing around. I’m getting my hood re wrap since they did not want to own up to it!

Brought my car for a wash today and they usually do a pretty good job, but very disappointed with the job they did today. My car is brand new and notice a scratch when I got home and realize my dirt mats have dry splashes on them. Very disappointed. Don’t recommend this place.

Ohh soo bad. Their favorite thing to use is the spray can cleaner for sure. Spray alota and wipe less. It was a very thick coating of the spray all over the interior doors and dashboards. It was soo bad. When I got.home.i had to wipe it down myself again.. Also tracked their shoe prints all over the back of my truck bed. Didnt do a good vacuum. I think all they did was use the air compressor to blow it out. Even charged me extra cause it was a bigger sized truck. Never ever again this place.

Upon arriving I was instantly greeted by the very friendly and professional manager/owner for a very reasonable cost they performed what I would call a Mini detail including washing the mats and detailing the entire interior of the car a great value I will be coming here from now on for all my car wash and detailing needs.

I got the gold wash today and was really excited because this was the first time I’ve had my car washed inside since Covid started. I had high hopes it would be a quality wash especially for the price.$28 for a little Honda Civic is extremely expensive! They didn’t dry it all the way and barely vacuumed. Still a lot of dust inside and leaves on the ground. Spend your money elsewhere.

They will not honor your Groupon. I specifically called before driving an hour to the location.....They give you a price over the phone. 99 for 2 windows, or 149 for better quality film. Upon trying to redeeming groupon they will tell you that its already been discounted. So 149 minus 100......should be 49.According to the owner, he said its 280 for the film I got......for 2 windows.... 🤣🤣🤣280... regular price for 2 windows??? Lol what a scam.The Groupon was useless.

This place is by far the best. I took my brand new car to get tinted. At first their was a minor scratch in the tint, sometimes this happens however management contacted me to see if I was happy after the job was done, I explained to him there was a scratch in the tint, he immediately set up another appointment to fix the problem. . Brought it back and it was fixed and I got a car wash. My car looks great!!!! Nice and clean and tinted.. I would go back for sure. If you need your windows tinted this is the place you want to visit!

Found this place while shopping around to get my windows on my new 4Runner. Did some research about them and was a little iffy about driving 30 minutes just to have my windows tinted since I live in Huntington Beach. The reason I chose to come here was because when I phoned in the owner was very professional and polite. The results of the tint are amazing. My all around experience from setting up the appointment to the end result was great. I highly suggest coming to support a family owned place like this for any detailing or window tint needs. Looks like they made an effort but horrible job. Update: I understand pet hair will not come out easy on carpet, I am not worried about that. But there was literally just dust on plastic that no one even tried to wipe, I know this because I just grabbed a rag and dusted all the plastic and dash myself. Town and country down the street can manage it so I don’t know why you guys can’t

I purchased The wrong wash and wax. The manager noticed I was not satisfied he did not hesitate to jump up and offer the higher priced wash and wax with no extra charge! Now thats good management 👏 👌

The gents (ladies too) are very easy to deal with. The service is solid, ask for new towels if needed. Sometimes they streak the windows drying in the sun..... keep on them about it:) I know its not easy. Maybe one day theyll shade that part of the driveway;).

Service was excellent! Had etched in chemical water spots all over car lights, hood & wheels from sprinklers where I park. They worked hard for 2 hrs and when they finished, my car looked like new!

We asked them to forego any chemicals, cleaners or air fresheners inside and they were happy to comply, with just a plain water wipe down. I just got my car wash here today and I paid for a $50 VIP wash and it wasn’t worth the price. It looks like it was given half of half the effort. I used to love coming here but ever since the 1st wash, it’s been bad. Never felt like posting a bad review because the people here are nice but I’m definitely done with this place.

I went in with two cars that were in pretty bad shape. The guys here helped me to pick out an appropriate wash and set my expectations for how clean they could get my car. When I came back to pick up, both cars were in fantastic shape, they truly exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond in helping me to get everything taken care of. I liked the reviews so I gave them a try today and I was not disappointed! I had my car waxed and seats and panels conditioned. Jose worked hard to shine it and make it look like new! I was a happy camper! Despite the little mishap (one of the guys inadvertently leaving my key into another vehicle) so I had to wait until the nice guy came back just to bring it back (thank you again!) Also kudos to Alex who worked so hard to try to find it -thank you! What can one do? Sometimes, S**t happens and it’s not anyone’s fault! The bottom line, they did a great job on the car and will come back again!

Love this car wash! Its the only good one around! They also have a great windshield repair/replacement tech. Had a chip in my glass asked for a recommendation and they referred me to a great tech and it was free though my insurance. They also do tint and had one of my cars done! One stop shop!

Horrible service!This was my first time coming here and will not be coming back. My back seats were still filled with dust and dog hair. The floor was not vacuumed at all, nor was the cup holders vacuumed. Definitely wasted my money here because they did not perform the service I paid for, pls do yourself a favor and go to a hand car wash that does the work you are paying for.

Got a full car detail at this place and am so happy with my results! The guys were very professional and helpful. They explained everything they did to the car and even explained how to take care of my paint and the interior things that could potentially damage my paint etc. I appreciated the time they took to not only take care of my car but also explain everything. These guys are pretty darn good. I took my car which had NEVER had a detail. It was pretty bad. The car looks almost new now, except for the dents I put in it! The dents even look better.. How do they do that? I was going to give the car to my grandkid, but heck it looks so good I might just keep it! Also, I have to say the owners Vic and Alex are great. Very professional. They take special care to walk around the car and thoroughly go over every detail. This is the spot to get your car detailed. I dont even live in the area but WILL be coming back. Thanks guys!

Very happy with the service. I got the Diamond wash and paid the $6 extra for a spray wax. They applied all of the dressings evenly, and even got the inside of the gear racks on the top of my car. The wash was great and the interior was well vacuumed and cleaned. Definitely coming back.

Brought my black on black 2008 Mazda CX-9 in for a full detail. Amazing results! Absolutely no swirl marks (VERY difficult for a black car!), and every last detail was thought of - they even cleaned the engine, door jams, cup holders - Im beyond impressed. We love this car, and we take it everywhere - from the beach, to the river, even went on a family vacation this Summer, so it gets a lot of use. Im happy to say that with Orange Hand Car Washs excellent detail services, it looks as good as new! That, combined with the excellent customer service, and the family-feel of this place gives it 5-stars in my book. Ill definitely be back!

Complete hole in the wall and the best in the area. I have been a monthly subscriber elsewhere but stopped for the service here. Most prices are the same locally (except up the hill) but the crew here is friendly and its just better overall. Its only 4 stars because its a bit run down, but i dont mind! Alex and his staff are very professional. I came in with a HUGE task which required shampooing of the entire car—trunk and all. The pricing was on the higher end of the range Alex first proposed but the job was done efficiently within the time frame he gave. He also gave a warranty on the work too so i may call him on that soon (will update after if done) Needless to say I was very happy with the job in the end and will return.

I stopped by here on a whim because it was along my route and Im glad I did! They were friendly and gave me a couple suggestions on what type of wash to get. It took about 45 minutes but it was well worth the wait. I was able to watch them clean my car from the picnic tables they have and I saw the amount of effort and detail put into the car wash, and especially the cleanliness of my wheels. They have a lot of crevices and spokes and they came out looking spectacular! It may be a little thing to some, but I think it shows the level of detail they put into their work and it was much appreciated. If Im ever in the area, Ill definitely come back here because they do excellent work.

Brought my black 2014 Mazda 3 and I gotta say...It looks WAAAY better than when I bought the car. The complete detail was worth it and definitely brought out a shine I didnt know my car had.This is my new go to place for car washes.

A completely rushed and half-assed job. And I waited an hour and fifteen minutes. They didnt touch the leather seats or center console. And there was a giant smudge of greasy dirt on the center of the hood, probably where they set down a dirty rag. Spots and smashed bugs across the front of the car. Had to stand out there for another 5-10 and point out all the corner cutting to get it done right. Wont go back.

Good service for the price. Clean waiting area with Wi-Fi so I can sit and get some email work done while waiting. They offer a wide range of services at competitive prices.

This is hand wash I stopped here for car wash silver car wash, $17.99. It will take 40 minutes manager said, its Sunday afternoon, this place is very small the have restrooms and they do tint Windows to, its next to el pollo loco.

Typo heavy on the upselling. Despite the cost of clay and wax, several spots on the bumper fascia that needed bug&tar remover did not get it.

I have my car washed every two weeks and this was my worst experience ever. After waiting 45 minutes I walked over and told them I would take it as is. As I was getting into the car I noticed tape marking a place where two different mouldings had ripped off. When I asked about it the Manager, he denied damaging or marking the damage with tape. Even after his employee told him there air blower caused the damage directly in front of me.The manager then took my number and said his brother would call me. An hour later a person claiming to be the owner called me and said it was a GM Moulding Defect and I need to take the car to the dealer for repair at my expense. A 2011 Tahoe that is washed twice a month and driven on the freeway daily and his excuse is two moulding just happened to become defective in his car war.Summary: Slow, horrible customer service, and makes excuses rather than fix a simple and cheap ($30 Max) issue they caused.

The wait was 1.5 hour to get my truck back, had platinum package paid over $34 not very happy with the result, windshield dirty from inside, all three yellow drops on the hood and top of my truck, my truck is black, anyway I tip the guy $5 but I wont go back anymore.
