Got my fireplace, master bathroom, and powder room remodeled through America floor and design these past few months. Really wanted my home to look like a fancy model home you see in magazines. They sanded floors, installed laminate flooring in our entire house, which we were putting up for sale.After just a little negotiating, he gave us the lowest price.He finished the work ahead of schedule too... Did a great job on my condo. Removed old flooring (tile and carpet) and put in vinyl flooring. Did three sets of stairs and the quality of work is outstanding. I had two other companies bids but theirs were more expensive.

I appreciate the many of you for asking for proof! The attached pictures is just one of many of the unfinished work from the company. The warped wood like Stephanies accurate 1-star review to the company and unfinished repairs was addressed for MORE than a year. After the professional estimation visit and signing, the brothers at America Floor and Design entrap customers with many inconveniences during/after demolition (inaccurate/discontinued/out-of-stock materials and rushed jobs) to get more business.==================================================I hired America Floor and Design to remodel the kitchen and flooring of my 2-story house from carpet to wood. The appointment was scheduled appropriately. Syrus arrived punctually on time and was in charge of inspecting the house. A pamphlet of the list of wood samples was presented and a favorite one was selected. Soon after, a quote of $30,000 was presented. I was looking forward to having them work on the project so I can provide them a great review and use their services for other projects around the house.I will not be utilizing America Floor and Design services and am warning others and network to look elsewhere for remodeling. There is a lack of communication, lack of workmanship, lack of courtesy to following up with the customer is essentially the recipe of bad business. The company cares very little with following up on repairing accidental scratches of the new wood flooring. After the first demolition day, they cut corners to not protect other features in the house, minimize the stock of items forcing you to choose another type (that does not work too well with the rest of the kitchen), rush the crew members to quickly finish the project, and avoid customers when asking for fixing up something in particular. In addition, Shawn would not fix the cabinet unless I was to renovate another section from the kitchen to complete. It is essentially a scam at this point since I had already paid for the cabinet materials and services. It is even more upsetting that Syrus would ask the tile workers to rush so that they can work on other commissions. Syrus gets agitated to the tile guys when they need more materials to finish the work. So, Syrus wants to find ways to stretch the most dollar for the business. I get that businesses need to be ambitious with revenues but being frugal to their customers is unethical and a scam.Yes, America Floor and Design is professional and punctual at the initial meeting. However, their business ethics completely changes once the demolition begins.

This company installed flooring for us a year and a half ago and the flooring is separating and bowing. Absolutely terrible installation!!!

Top quality flooring with superb customer service. Throughout the selection process, they took the time to explain the various options, providing real samples to help me envision the finished product. they were also flexible with installation dates.During installation, they were time-efficient and very clean. I really appreciate that he placed butcher paper on my floors to help protect them from dirt picked up on shoes coming in from outside. Its the little things that set this company apart. My only regret is that I didnt replace the carpet sooner! Thanks again to America floor and design. Highly recommend.

We love our new kitchen! America floor design worked closely with us to meet or exceed our expectations. Our sales consultant, waited patiently for months while we made up our minds, and helped us to keep costs as low as possible to what we can afford. He double and triple checked measurements to make sure everything fits perfectly. Then, we were further impressed when the installation crew completed their work ahead of schedule with everything perfectly straight. We appreciated that they also put up a dust screen to protect our dining room..

I was in urgent need for a small project. My mother became disabled and we needed immediate help to make our bathroom fit her needs. I wrote to several different contractors and America floor and design was the first to respond. Not only did they take the project when many others told me they couldnt, but they were also very sensitive and understanding about our situation. Fantastic work. They were one if the only, in fact actually the only company in the city who gave me a quote to rip out some old planks in my home and replace them because I could see through to the floors. Workers were clean nice and pricing was solid. New boards look great thank you!

Of all the contractors and remodeling companies we have worked with, America Floor Design has been the best. We got quotes from them and for refinishing two sets of stairs. They went through the process and gave us a fair quote on the spot. Once work began, they went above and beyond to make sure our furniture was protected from the sawdust from the sanding. My primary concerns going in to the project was that they use a stain we would like and that the polyurethane finish would be durable. They showed us samples of the ebony stain and the product they were using prior to starting and we couldnt be happier with the results.

It was fun working with these guys. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to types of flooring. They even suggested to use tile flooring for my kitchen because of its durability. They are really experts in this field. Highly recommended!

We recently renovated our old fashioned kitchen, and turned it into a modern, supper efficient one!Once the project was approved, they promptly started and they were very nice and professional.
