The customer centric experience starts from the time Tim visited the property to do the estimate and continues to visiting the showroom for design ideas, to the excellent renovation provided by Sam/Carlos and the work team, to the follow up visit mid-project by the owner Gilbert. The entire renovation project proceeded according to plan and finished ahead of schedule. When we had questions or touch up requirement after the project was completed, the response was immediate, responsible and accurate. 5 star service, 5 star experience. Highly recommended.

Gilbert and his crew completely transformed our house. Our house was dark, with a cramped kitchen and a dining room we couldnt really utilize. Gilbert worked with us for over 9 months while we planned, changed our minds, and discussed options. In the end, our house is bright and open; people cant believe this is the same house. The work was completed on time, on budget, with excellent craftsmanship. If we werent completely satisfied with anything, Gilbert was quick to discuss options with us and put a plan in place so that we got the finish we wanted. Thanks Gilbert and everyone involved.
