Had a little trouble getting the Drivewise app installed and configured; our phones are not state of the art. Went by the office and the staff was most helpful and set up our phones for us.

After laura they tried to denie claim because I didnt have commercial insurance which was their fault since they wrote the policy I have been trying to get commercial insurance with them since then but they cant even get me a quote they ask a question then waite weeks ask another I have 10 homes insured and cant get a simple quote to improve my policy so I have no choice but to take my business elsewhere

Few places offer the great service that this agency does. The staff there is amazing and answered all of my questions. Mr. Roberts is knowledgeable and customized my needs to make sure I had everything necessary. You should without a doubt call him for any insurance needs!

They listen to your questions and answer them promptly. The ladies in the front office are so friendly. I recommend anyone looking for an insurance company, to contact them.

Only there to sell insurance. Doesnt care if you have trouble with a claim or anything else. Having issues with Allstate flood claim. Told Roberts Agency I was getting the run around. Roberts Agency said they will have claims advocate call me the next day. Next day no one called so I informed Roberts agency who has also not responded for days. Allstate sent me documents with another claimants information. How much she was being paid etc! This claim was from the end of June, its now October and I cant get resolution. The flood from Harvey...another horrible story. Adjuster came out 2x. Then I get a call that adjuster has changed and we need to start process all over again. So again I had to meet adjuster which inspection takes hour and a half while I was sick because of their internal issues. Allstate is not about customer service, if they were I wouldnt have an open claim from June and I wouldnt need to show an adjuster the same house 3x. This is just a brief description of my nightmare.

IF you want great service, this place is for you! They helped me out with my claim and always address my insurance needs! I fully recommend!

Going on my 48th renewal and Greg and his group have been nothing but helpful. All to often insurance companys are in it just for the money. Dont get me wrong, I dont mind Greg making money, but he makes his policy holders feel that they are welcome and that we matter to him.
