I have done business with Freeway Insurance since 2017 and will continue to be a customer simply because their service is outstanding!!! Ive had my fair share of car troubles and my broker Jesse Vargas has helped me through time and time again! Always finding the best rates and services to fit my vehicles. Not only does he provide the best quality service but takes the time to listen to all your needs and concerns and explain everything in detail, so you never walk away feeling cheated or confused. I live down the block from the Anaheim branch on euclid and when I found out that he moved stores, I made the drive to Orange, because I know Ill be in good hands with him. I can say I 100% percent trust him with my insurance needs. I was even able to call over the phone today, get insurance set up and documents signed online and was insured in less than 30 minutes! Now talk about fast and reliable service! You cant go wrong with the folks at Freeway and if youre lucky to get Jesse as your broker, trust me.... youre in great hands!

Joanna was so nice; she helped me out twice in one day.I went in in the morning and had to come back later; they are open until 7, not 6 like google says.She was so attentive and thorough, she truly did everything she could to get me the best monthly price, as well as the lowest initiation fee.I was in and out of the office within thirty minutes.10/10 on everything!! I came in hoping to find the best and cheapest insurance and Joanna was so great, she was extremely nice and helped me find exactly what I needed.

I went this place joanna attended me she told to get my insurance needs $430.00 but make in two payments a $230.00 with my card and 15 days the rest, and happens that way but in another 15 days charge another $154.00 so in one month charge me close to $600.00 I cancel my card and receive a letter that cant charge next payment so now they send me to collection and report to the credit bureau .

PEASE READ! This is by far the worst insurance agency to go through! Do not go! I repeat please take your bussiness else where if you are someone like me who works minimum wage or doesnt appreciate being scammed. They are a bunch of lying theives who use scare tactics to get you out of money you dont owe though calls claiming canceled policy Please read my story and go through another agency! You will be scammed and lied to here:I got a non owners policy pretty cheap..my mom went in for me and paid for the brokers fee. All I needed to do was sign. A few days go by and my mom gets a threatening phone call from a woman in this office saying that if I dont go in by 5pm that day to sign they will cancel my whole policy and wont return the $75 in fees. It was absurd but they insisted. I go into the office and turns out noone can find any of my info and they tell me to just come in another day to sign. Im pretty upset since I didnt have a car and paid for an Uber to get there and mostly because of how my mom was threatened over the phone about the cancellation. The woman who seems like she runs the place finds out what associate had my info and is calling this women over and over to release it.. over 30 min to get all the paperwork because someone else hadnt told anyone about it. But yet I was getting calls about it being canceled??? Already shady bussiness!!Fast forward to my next payment ..I wasnt aware I wasnt on auto pay. I get this letter in the mail telling me I have until the 28th of this month to pay with just a small fee. BUT THEN i get a call on the 21st from this same location telling me that if I dont come pay today that my policy will be canceled..they also said they wouldnt charge me the fee. I get there and this associate says my whole policy was canceled and i need to get a whole new policy and pay a new brokers fee..THIS IS NOT WHAT I WAS TOLD ON THE PHONE OR IN THAT LETTER. The associate looked over at this same women whos been running the show. She looked afraid of her but was telling her about my complaint. The portly woman did nothing to help me and told me I could call corporate if I had a problem but that she would be canceling my policy. I was very upset and made it known that I felt and knew I was being scammed. I explained that the cancelation made no sense and how can a company be so unforgiving about one late payment? She told me thats just the way it is and no other associates cared and told me I could leave if I didnt like it. The associate ran all my questions thru this women afraid like she had to follow the procedure of the scam. I didnt want to be left without insurance so i paid for a whole new policy at higher rates. A day later my mom calls in after I told her what happened. This same lady tells my mom that I did NOT go to this office in orange but to a different one so thats why I was charged a whole new policy and that if i would have just gone to her I wouldnt have been scammed. She then goes on to tell my mom that it was a MAN who attended me. That lady straight lied to my mom so that she didnt have to hear it. I went to this orange office because its closest to my home. I even called before I went to make sure I was going tto the right one and avoid waiting like last time. When my mom told her ..its 2019 how do you not have her(my) name in the system to know that her policy should not be canceled and what office she should be at? The women just stuttered and continued to lie to my mom that a man attended me and that I didnt go to that location. Basically I got scammed out of $160 in brokers fees because of their scare tactics and lies. My mom asked her to please do something any credit for the next month something! But the lady said no.This office is running a scam for this company and Im sure other offices are in on it or freeway insurance trains their employees on how to scam us! Seek somewhere else anywhere else! I will not be giving them my bussiness anymore and you shouldnt either. Biggest mistake dealing with a shady bussiness like freeway insurance!

Disappointing with freeway insurance they charge for everything.....they first told me my quote will be 165...when I received the first bill it said installment fee another 10 dollars, and to pay it in the store another 10. Very disappointing this is the first insurance that chargers for paying your bill and for getting a bill.

THE LADY TRIED OVERCHARGING ME AND ME TRUSTING THEM I WAS OK, SHE STARTED JOKING WITH ANOTHER GUY ABOUT BUYING HIM A WHOLE PIZZA AND I REALIZED EVERYTHING AND CANCELLED IT ALL! MANAGER MADE ME WAIT 3 DAYS TO GET MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE THEY PUT IT IN A MACHINE...TRIED TO GET ME TO STAY WITH FREEWAY!...NO!!! NOW THEY HARASS ME WITH CALLS AND HANG UP ON ME. I HAVE WENT TO CORPORATE BUT NOW IM SHARING WITH SOCIAL MEDIA! STAY AWAY FROM FREEWAY INSURANCE!!

They have like 15 desk and computers but always only have 1 person in the office I been waiting for 30 min now I have to wait 20 more. Just because there understaff. This place is so slow

Brokers misrepresented and offer to cancel policy but keep brokers fees. Brokers make money even when they lie and customers are penalized for signing a contract that was not honored.

Albert is the man!! My record is all messed up, I have like 4 speeding on my sports car and got my payment down $100 a month. I was paying 240 with State Farm and he got it down to 137 a month! I couldnt believe it, you need to go see this man right here in Orange! He will get the deal you want!
