Incredible and well managed team. The four men that installed this system was like watching a well oiled machine with each man assuming a specific role. Each technician was responsible to interconnect with others performing their tasks to complete the project. Four men showed up and the project was completed in 7 hours. I really could not believe what I was seeing at the proficiency and positive spirit that existed with this team.

Randy was responsive and prompt. We have a 5 month old baby and our AC stopped working during the heat. Randy was helpful and quickly got us up and running. Made sure to answer all my questions. Great guy and good service. Highly recommend

Been roasting the past several days with the A/C unit out. These guys came out right away, 45 minutes later the A/C was blowing cold. Almost forgot what it was like to be comfortable. Went as well as you could want. Tech was friendly and the price was more than fair. I strongly recommend these guys.

Randy took my call in the middle of summer when my AC went out and showed up a few hours later. He was such a great guy and I can’t say enough about his customer service. Fast forward 3 years later... I needed to replace my system and once again Randy was able to help me pick out the cooling and heating system that fits my needs. In addition to the quick replacement of our dinosaur thermostats, we wanted to get a mini-split ductless heating/cooling unit installed in our 2nd master suite over the garage, always too hot in summer and too cold in winter. The guys from Rand Aire are always on time, professional and do a great job including complete clean up of the work space. The price was exactly what we expected. They were very thoughtful about the placement of the equipment, both in the room and outside, locating it so that it was hidden from view behind the gate to our pool equipment and making sure there were no areas of access for critters (which I hadnt even thought of myself). Everything works beautifully. When we had an issue with one of our furnaces on a weekend, I got help immediately. Previously, they replaced all of our old A/C ducts and did an exceptional job so that it wasnt strewn about the attic floor as it was when we bought this house. Everything functions better now. We have referred Rand Aire to family and friends knowing they will also get the same quality work.

My office HVAC was not keeping up in the Summer / Winter and I turned to Google to find someone to service our equipment. Rand Aire was highly rated online and Randy was quick to come out and quote me on a system tune up as well as redoing previous tenant’s jerry-rigged ductwork. Randy and his team installed all new ducts for supply and return as well as new registers to replace the incorrect sized that had previously been in place. They also took the time to balance each office correctly. The finished result has been better than we expected. We now get even heat throughout the offices and are excited to see how it performs in summer. I highly recommend Randy and his team.

Absolute professional! I installed a swinging door at a spa business I own to separate the front desk from the treatment rooms. Door came out great but all of a sudden, the back of the spa was warm! I knew who to call as Ive used Randy in the past. Hes always been very professional, done great work and fair priced. He sent James and Gerardo to check it out and do the install of a dual zone damper system so air would stay balanced throughout. Really nice guys, super clean work and the system works great. I had my new install of a Fujitsu multi zone mini split ductless a/c/heat installed 1/17 by Rand Aire after reading many reviews. They had not a lot of reviews, but good ones. I liked the concept of a family owned business, just felt more personal. They came in with a crew I could tell from the git-go who knew what they were doing.,, answered my questions along the way, and wrapped it up smoothly, and cleaned up all their leftovers I called Randy 4/18 as I felt it wasnt cooling as new. He came out the next day, added a small amount of refrigerant (there was a fitting that had vibrated loose from the factory), and as good as new. Would I use them again, YES. Would I recommend them to a friend or family member, YES. Jim

Randy came over my daughters condo to provide us with a written estimate. We had the estimate the next day. I signed it, and he sent his crew out as soon as the parts were in. Weve made do over the summers with our window units but finally decided its time to pull the trigger on having it fixed/replaced. Over the years Ive had estimates ranging from 7K-10K for a change out of our furnace and air conditioning system.My unit is located on the roof of our house so it requires a crane to change out which makes things even more complicated. Every contractor Ive had come out has told me that I need to replace the whole unit. When I asked my handyman to check it out he said its possible that it might be able to be repaired.Let me just say right now, thank goodness for Randy and Yelp for pointing me in his direction. I sent out a request from to 5 different contractors this afternoon requesting an estimate on repair/replacement of my unit. Randy promptly replied and told me he could in fact get me a free estimate on the unit, and if I was willing to pay a service charge he could diagnose and troubleshoot the unit. I thought, what the heck? Why not, if anything else it will be another estimate to compare apples to apples!Randy came out today (the same day I contacted him) to our home to meet with my mom while I was at work. He checked out the unit on the roof, and after doing so proposed the idea of changing out some parts to see if it would work, and if it did, hed charge us for the parts, and if it didnt, hed take his parts and just charge us for the service call. Once again, why not?! Maybe hell save us a few thousand dollars... Guess what? He got the air conditioner working!Our AC unit is old, and it will break sometime, probably fairly soon. But Randy saved us a ton of money on replacing the unit, and I am so grateful there are people who are honest (and very reasonably priced) that provide service to the Orange County area. When my unit does go out, I know for a fact I will be giving my business to Randy. Integrity, honesty and character are something that you cant put a price on, and this man has those traits in spades. I wouldnt hesitate for one second to recommend him for your HVAC needs.

The guy (Randy) is too busy, which is OK, but HE CANCELED my appointment an hour before the appointment time, WHEN I CALLED HIM TO REMIND HIM OF THE APPOINTMENT. He even mixed up my name with someone else, and he did not seem to remember my appointment. This is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and he did not give any gesture of apology but kept making excuses that hes too busy.
