Respected SirMy pacakge CJ461986150US is not delivered .Its been more than 3 months we have been told that it will reach to u within 6 to 15 days but i didnt understand why its still not deliverd

They give out wrong information constantly, their locksmith ends their week on Wednesday rather than Friday morning, and they are incompetent to give correct services and in a timely manner.

Shoutout to BIANCA! she knew what she was doing, and gave me the absolute best customer service! NEEDS A RAISE ASAP!!

I have a few grievances to be honest. First I ordered a label online with the click-n-ship and requested a pickup at my door. Not only did they not pick it up, but they confirmed the pickup so I didnt notice that it was sitting out in the rain for up to 24 hours. This alone was frustrating, but something I could work around. The bad thing is that these labels are set for a specific time so the label is no longer valid.I went to the local office here to request a refund as the website FAQ told me I could. The staff there said they are not allowed to process refunds at all in the office. Either their website lied or they did.

Mr. Peterson is impeccable!I’m an P.O. Box member of this location, always received great assistance with the ladies of this office, had an issue with a different gentleman at this location and stopped doing face-to-face.I had a package delivered, very expensive, received assistance from Mr. Peterson. This gentleman was immaculate, did a thorough check of my ID (even remembered my delivery) and provided me with my package. This is the FIRST TIME I received a 10/10, satisfactory assistance, from a male employee.The ladies are always flawless, however I am pleased to see an upstanding male employee, both professionals and respectful. Thank You for helping me this afternoon, you’re great Sir!!!

Staff is a joke. Hollering and screaming information to each other and really passive. Post office off sunbeam told me this location doesn’t need appointments. A lady behind me was told the same thing by another post office and Debra (staff) at this location says her manager told her appointment only. Even online it says it doesn’t require an appointment at this location. She was rude in saying it and just walked off. Asked to speak to manager and claims this location doesn’t have a manager working and would have to call someone named Joseline. JUST RAGGEDY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Went in this morning with 10 packages. The lady at the counter greeted me with a smile and very patient with me as I made several trips back and forth to the car. There was no wait, and I was educated on how to make what I thought was an easy process even smoother. Thanks guys!

Two stars because I rushed to get to the post office after work and they turned me away. The workers at this post office were probably just tired and wanting to go home after a long day of work, however, if i get inside the post office at 4:45pm (which I did) and the office does not close until 5pm (which it doesnt), I should have been serviced. If a client walks in before youre closed, you should not be allowed to turn them away. That being said, i had to mail something internationally. I had the package all ready to go, i just needed to ship it. I walk up to the next available representative and explain my transaction and the lady gives me a form to fill out and says, thats gonna take us at least 20 mins to do so we cant do it today. I work at a bank from 8am-5pm so it is really hard for me to get time off to ship and i explained that to her but she would not help me. She told me to fill out the form and either bring it back or I could drive across town to the other USPS that closes in an hour and try to ship it with them. When i went to the other post office, it actually only took 5 minutes and I was done. This was a very bad experience at this Kingsley branch, and the lady at the other branch across town told me that the Kingsley branch is known for not helping clients when they dont feel like it and for always sending over people when they are perfectly able to help the clients themselves. I will never go back to this USPS and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone. If you dont feel like doing your job, then quit. Dont make everyone else suffer.

Package said was delivered to my mailbox Friday but it wasn’t there. I called Post Office on Saturday & spoke with Bobby who was super helpful and very nice! My regular carrier wasn’t the one that delivered it. He tracked down the carrier & it’s discovered it was possibly delivered to the wrong house. My regular carrier came back on Monday. I called & spoke with Craig this time. He was great too. They did gps tracking and narrowed down where it got delivered to. Long story short, few hrs later my regular mail woman had found my package in my neighborhood & got it delivered to me. Post office called me to let me know as well. I genuinely couldn’t be happier with how quick they went about tracking everything down & their customer service towards me.

IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS I WOULD!This post office is NEVER a good place to visit. I would call it a joke if it werent so infuriating. The people at the front dont ever seem to want to do their job. I once went to pick up an important document and was told that they didnt have it. I showed them the tracking number and proof that the document was at the post office and the lady said, well, its not back there. I had to keep insisting before she actually DID HER JOB and AT THE VERY LEAST called the supervisor. After waiting for about 15 minutes, the supervisor came out, went to the back, and returned with my document.I also requested a mailbox after having moved to a new home and it took them THREE MONTHS to assign one to me. Now my issue is that I dont know where my mailbox is. I was told that I have to wait and see if I can catch the mail carrier and ask them to tell me where my box is because apparently no one at the post office knows what mailbox is assigned to me besides the carrier. I called customer service and they opened up a case and wrote up the three month wait issue since they agree that it should have definitely not taken that long. I called customer service today to look up my case since it has been 4 days and no one has contacted me, and to my surprise, the case has been closed since, according to USPS, the case has been resolved. NO ONE EVER CALLED ME AND I STILL DONT KNOW WHERE MY MAILBOX IS! I spoke to another representative who didnt seem to want to do her job either and she reopened the case without offering any apology whatsoever and hurried me off of the phone as I tried to express my frustration. I would have been better off getting a P.O. Box even though its more expensive; thats probably exactly what they want! I am so sick of federal employees acting like WE owe them something or as if they are gracing us with their time and presence. DO YOUR JOB!!! THATS WHAT YOURE THERE FOR!!!

I have always found this branch to be helpful and courteous. After reading the other reviews, I cant believe we go to same branch.

I was in there a couple of months ago. I guess the lady who assisted me was the one in charge as she was very rude. I never delivered a large package and I put the label on wrong. This lady saw me stand in line for at least 29 minutes then moved me over but another postal worker came to assist and was very helpful. I will never go this location again. The only reason why I went there in the first place because my daughter was at sylvin learning center down the street and I needed my package delivered immediately.

No one EVER answers the phone so you can NEVER get accurate help. Very frustrating.

I cant say its the PO itself because I havent had any problems there my only complaint is this new mailman that we have over here in OPCC, and I dont mean Chuck either as I know him. Chuck is friendly and courtesy, no problems there. This new person we have on our route isnt really with it, hes actually on the arrogant. To start off with he STUFFS your mailbox with paper mail and packages he wont put the packages where they belong in the boxes that are furnished for him so when your trying to get your mail out of the mailbox your mail tares up. The latest thing is I keep track of what Im supposed to get delivered to my home and the computer says delivered in parcel locker meaning the mailbox and nothing is there until the next day like where does he put this mail over night? This has happened so many times now and Im going to report him right after I finish this review. Im sick and tired of this undelivered mail held back or whatever you want to call it. Its just not fair and Im sure you or someone else has been through the same as I sit sometimes and open my mail I can see other people trying to get there mail out of the mailbox and they have the same struggle. Where is the friendly mail man that we used to have growing up with that friendly smile? Im moving this month so I wont have to worry about this anymore I just feel Im so upset over this I just had to write this review for you who still live here. I pray I phone call to the PO will help you out at least?

Was told if I came in to pay for my mailbox key by 12pm Thursday, I could pick up my key on Friday. Get there Friday for them to tell me that the guy who does the keys is off until Tuesday... So, now my car registration sits in my box I cant open cause they only have ONE GUY who does the keys..... Either hire someone or cross train... either way the supervisor who came was rude as well. Now, I have to wait by my window to wait for the saturday delivery so, I can see if I can get my mail... but, terrible service...Update: Now Tuesday, called back, said he couldnt get to it today.... this location is a joke....

Tracking information said package was delivered in Mail Box, went to mailbox to check and nothing. We called them to find out what went wrong they told us to check with our Office and see if it was left there. 1. Why would it say Delivered in Mail Box if it was delivered in the Office?! 2. It wasnt delivered at the Office. 3. Now having to wait for the Post Office to contact us back.. The New Delivery guy placed a package in the parcel locker and placed the key to the parcel locker in the wrong mail box. This place is a joke. I recommend using some where else if you can.

Sometimes theirs not enough staff so lines are long. But you have to expect a line anywhere you go. But staffs always very friendly. Keep it up guys!

The Orange Park Post Office was maintaining a part time post office at the Orange Park Mall. The Mall post office has been closed since last month while USPS decides whether it is worth maintaining. So why are the lights on?

I wish I could give This 0 stars. My package arrived at the USPS at 10am Friday morning. Its now Sunday and the tracking says pending. This is a very horrible post office. Use a different post office then this piece of garbage of a post office. Its like they dont even care about peoples packages.

Go to Fleming instead its better they dont forward mail they dont anything in the orange park office

Ive always been treated with courtesy at the Kingsley Post Office, and the clerks have always been very helpful, Ive been coming here 11 years.

The manager is super rude she should probably find another profession.

Tellers have a horrible attitude. They dont care one bit. They act like they are doing you a favor by taking your money. The Postmaster is the same. She doesnt try to help at all!

I called 30 mins before they closed and couldnt get anyone on the phine.

They claimed that the address on the package was undeliverable, I called to see what the problem was and they placed me on hold for 10 mins. Later I called again and received no help at all. Customer is now upset with my business. This Post Office is the worst!!
