Every Amazon return has been super easy.Pro tip: make it easy for everybody, screenshot your return codes and organize your returns. I had 5 returns and I was in and out in 5 minutes

I needed to ship an amazon return and came with my package opened. The store refused to offer tape, even when I suggested it and offered to pay the fee. All I was given were these little adhesive pockets to use to close my package. Then when I was finished trying to close I was told that the package may not ship in that manner. Oh my gosh!!! Just accommodate me as a customer please. I spend hundreds at this location but will go elsewhere from now on!! No thank you Orange Park UPS

In order to get a refund for a package that wasn’t delivered and returned to the UPS Store the Manager said they had to keep the package. If the shipping was refunded they would refund the shipping and cost for the package contents and destroy the package. UPS customer service Marion said that we don’t keep or destroy packages.Very rude an unhelpful from the start, the male made an aggressive move towards and raised his voice. I raise mine and told him he better stand his ground. He paused and told me to stop yelling. I told him he should take his own advice as mind his business.They refused to help the situation and only made it worse. Never going back to this store again if I can help it.

Not everybody is an expert on returning a package. I did not appreciate the manager today who was rude when I arrived to deliver a package. I was first told I needed a different box that had tape. I told her i didn’t have a different box as this was the box that my items were delivered in. She then told me I had to purchase tape before I could get it shipped...so I had to buy a roll of tape for $5. What she failed to tell me was that I could buy what they call “drop off tape” for a $1.00 which I found out by reading another 1 star review near the bottom of mine. She didn’t care about saving me any money or even telling me I could do that. It’s sad that a manager doesn’t even know how to talk to people respectfully. I don’t understand how some people even become managers. Explains why this store has such bad reviews. The store reflects your management skills mam. It probably would have turned out differently if you were somewhat nice when talking to me instead of just having an attitude from the beginning

I dont know the clerks name. But he is not only laid back friendly, he kbew how to save me a lot of money in shipping a package for return. I love this store and the way that one man handles his customers. Going there tomorrow to ship another item. I will definately get his name. 5 stars for UPS.

I went to the ups store in Fleming..I arrived at 8:27 am and now it 8:42 and are still closed...3 people tried to walk up to the door to ship a package...this is not acceptable to be even a minute late let alone 12 min....get your stuff together people....

Rude clerk, went in to ship an item. And proceeded to upsell me, when I said I did not want that box and everything else. He rolled his eyes and then asked me if I knew anything about packaging. I told his yes and I wanted a different box.Rude and condescending, will not be back to this location, will gladly drive out of my way to go to another location or use other companies.

Went into the store late on a Wednesday looking to have an Easter package sent to our daughter attending college in NY before Easter Sunday. The associate explained the options and we chose 2 day Air delivery. She said this guaranteed a Friday delivery. This made no sense since the last truck had already gone for the day and the package would not be leaving until Thursday morning.I questioned the associate twice to be sure that it would be delivered prior to Easter Sunday. We had no preference on whether it be Friday or Thursday as long as it made it before the holiday. She said for the additional $25 we had guaranteed delivery by FRIDAY. still did not make sense to me if it was not going out until Thursday morning but we really didnt care as long as it made it prior to Easter.When the package still had not arrived by Saturday afternoon we tracked it online to find that it was not even sent from the store until the last truck on THURSDAY afternoon...24 hours later. This of course had a great impact on the delivery time and date in NYC. It will not arrive until Monday afternoon at the end of the day. Now I know this is not the end of the world but it was an Easter gift, we clarified the expected delivery date three separate times, and we paid the extra $25 in order to ensure its delivery prior to Sunday.And...they are not open to discuss it today.The associate was pleasant but I am disappointed in the lack of timeliness and inattention to detail. Will not be using this store in the future.

Don’t waste your time trying to get things notarized here. I called the day before to confirm that the notary would be able to handle the documents I needed notarized (house closing documents). We had our IDs and all paperwork out and the notary says, “Oh. I need to go check and see if I can do these.” She goes to the back and comes back saying she can’t do it and that the UPS store up the street “may” have someone available and “may” be able to help. Then, instead of employing decent customer service and calling the other store herself, she reads me the number as I try to call. As the phone rings and rings she says, “Yeah... they don’t usually answer the phone.” She suggested that we drive up there (2 miles away) and then drive to another store if they couldn’t help us. Awful, awful experience.

New ownership is a joke. They don’t care about their customers even a little. I went to drop off a package and the wanted to charge me $1 for a piece of tape......come on. Now I go to drop off a USPS package and tell me they don’t accept them anymore because they lost a package and that whole ordeal was to much of a hassle......then don’t loose the package. This is no longer a UPS store it’s a joke

Jenny is not great with the customer service. Although I did eventually get my package sent. But dont expect friendly or even helpful if there is the slightest problem.

Ben was amazing! Set up my PO box fast and throughly explained and showed me how to use yhe box and what to expect from their store and picking up my mail. Ben for sure deserves more attention from the company he greeted everyone that walked in always asked me if it was ok to help someone else while doing the tedious paperwork to get me set up. Ben earned my business right away I do not mind driving and extra 20 minutes to come to this store. Thank you Ben!

Ordered a book they could have left in my mail lockbox. Instead they make me go to the store to pick it up the day before i need it. Get to the location before closing time but theyre already shut down and long gone. Extremely unhappy that they clearly dont have their customers needs in mind.
