The service was great. We received our clothes by the designated time. I like that they sent a text/email once our clothes were completed. The service was very professional and of good quality. They were honest about wethere a stain that was in one of my sons shirts would be able to be removed. I liked that because it gave me the opportunity to decide whether I wanted to try to get it out myself or take the chance and allow them to. I will definitely recommend Lapels to others.

First let me start by saying that advertising is everything! Now to the point of my review. When you get to the door they have a big advertisement that says flags cleaned free. I brought in some flags to be properly cleaned for deceased veterans. When I got there, I was met with a different story than what was on the signage. The manager or owner came to the counter and told me that he cannot continue to lose money pressing flags. And that they do not clean flags at this cleaners. They only wash. But the advertising scam said that the flags would be cleaned. I am a 20 year veteran myself. And one of the values that we are taught is integrity. This company doesn’t have any. If they use the military and veterans to make money. I wouldn’t trust them with my business.

I’ve used lapels twice now. Absolutely stellar job. Conveniently located near my home and very affordable service. What I like is the store is very clean and well kept. Employees are very inviting and professional. I will be a lifelong customer for sure.

Good, prompt service that offers military discount

I was a bit thrown off when they couldn’t apply my military discount when I picked up my jacket. I guess I’m a bit disturbed that whatever the price is when you pickup is in stone and can’t be adjusted. What happens if they overcharge you? Wasn’t thrilled with the experience.

Took our clothes in for dry cleaning and when we got home all my husbands jeans had been shrunken. Of course we call them and let them know and they claimed there was nothing they could do....possibly a store credit. In the end we got $100 credit to come back for jeans that were worth $350. Needless to say, Iost that $100 because Im not taking anything back there and recommend no one else does neither.
