We recently moved into our new home and decided to do some renovations. We promptly discovered some water damage from an AC leak that went unnoticed by previous owners… Our friends recommended ServPro, and we are so glad we used them! Everyone we worked with and talked to was helpful, professional and knowledgeable! Brittney and Noah were excellent with paperwork and assessing the scope of work, and I especially would like to commend Colby and Gleeson who were the ones to perform the actual task of removing a part of the drywall, installing the fans, securing the area with plastic sheets, essentially making a sort of a tent to prevent any dust, debris etc from spreading all over. They took great care when moving furniture out of the way, they were very courteous and respectful, they were clear and informative in their explanation of the process and timeline, and they did their setup and installation very quickly and efficiently. A few days later, right on the day they said it could most likely be done based on their observations, Colby and Gleeson promptly came back, took measurements to ensure that everything is good, and then again quickly and efficiently dismantled “the tent”, removed the equipment, and then swept and washed the floors in and around where the tent was.In short, we are very satisfied by the quality of work that ServPro did, and very grateful to the people who did it! We highly recommend ServPro for water damage remediation and cleanup, and if you get to work with Colby and Gleeson, consider it an added bonus as they are excellent and you would be in great hands! We had a pipe burst in the foundation of our home. Servpro came out very quickly and knew exactly what to do! They made sure the affected area was dry as if nothing ever happened and got us set up with new plumbing! Definitely recommend, don’t know what we would have done without them!!

We had a pipe leak that flooded much of our house. The company was very responsive and had someone here to clean up by 6:30 am. They cleaned up the water, took our rugs to be dried, set up fans and cleaned and disinfected all the floors in about 4 hours. They were professional and competent. They’ll be coming back tomorrow to see how everything is drying. I highly recommend Colby and his partner.

We noticed the mold and immediately thought remediation and illness! First, I was reassured that this may not be as bad as it seems. Noah Rivera was so professional and knowledgeable about our mold problem. Took every precautionary measure to ensure the damage was localized. His promptness and expertise was noticed by my husband, a retired Navy Sr Chief, who was home when he came to inspect. The damage was taken care of and then we needed to have the area painted. Jason Seabrook, another very professional and courteous gentleman completed that job.All in a timely manner. From the first phone call to the finished job! A large company with a small town feel. I admire this in a company and to this Servpro team!

Servpro came to Wilson Electric today after our offices were flooded overnight. They were very professional and attentive in our needs to get the water out. They arrived within minutes of us calling, and went to work. Water is now gone and we can get back to work. Colby and Rick were both very professional and nice guys to work with. Had a water problem that took out my Master bath, closet and bedroom. These guys were there that night and took care of business. Repairs went smooth and the place looks great!! I wish my insurance company was as good as these guys/gals to work with!!!

True to their TV ad, the folks from SERVPRO showed up on time on the appointment date. The techs were extremely polite and professional dealing with a mold problem that I had when the condo above my unit had a water leak. The SERVPRO techs ensured to put up a protective, zip-up barrier between my main bathroom and the master bedroom. Once the mold was cleaned out, they took every scrap of debris and thoroughly cleaned up their work area. I would not hesitate to recommend the pros from SERVPRO to my family and friends. I also want to make a special shout out to Mr. John Strachan for following up with me after the job was completed. Thanks you!

I had major flooding because he lake I live on overflowed. I called ServPro immediately and they were there first thing in the morning (the flood happened at night). The owner, John was very thorough with his inspection, explainIng everything that would need to be done. I had an appointment the next morning with my insurance adjuster and John was there to walk through my home with her. After approval from my claim adjuster his crew arrived at my house early the next morning. They arrived at 8 am when they said they would. The crew manager walked me through everything they’d be doing. They worked all day and into the evening, bringing in extra workers to finish the job that day. They tore out my flooring and drywall so they could dry it all out and they brought in blowers and dehumidifiers to get the job done. All the workmen were very courteous and professional. I can’t say enough good things about ServPro especially Noah, the project manager. He was there for three days making sure the fans and dehumidifiers were working to remove the moisture and prevent mold. And he worked an extra day diligently working to remove flooring that was stubbornly stuck.I highly recommend ServPro, they will take good care of you and your home.

They came in after Hurricane Laura and found water damage we didnt even see. Thankfully they were able to find it and dry out our house.

I called ServPro at 6am on Monday, and John was out to give a proposal the very same day. He took the time to explain everything, I never felt like he was trying to upcharge me. On Wednesday the crew (who were also sweet) came out and did an amazing job! The lady that answered the phone was awesome also. Every personal from this company was amazing right down to giving me the SDS because it is a medical facility the treatment was for. Best experience ever!

UPDATE - Company will threaten you with Slander for posting the facts about their company. This is a Google Review by a verified customer who is a local guide with over 250 reviews. It is my job to post my experience which I did. Never once have I been accused of Slander for a review. I rate companies based off of my experience and I would never recommend doing business with the company. Sorry if you cannot deal with the facts.Original Post - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! THEY DO NOT HAVE GOOD REVIEW!!!! Look at their reviews. All of the people that reviewed their company only review other Servpro locations and nothing else. Google should be looking into this as their company is trying to manipulate reviews to hide how poorly they treat their victims. What could have set someone off like this? Well Id be happy to tell you. My mother tried to help us with our rental property so she called a carpet company when the toilet overflowed. They werent able to get to it so they said to call Servpro. So she called Servpro who came out to review. They never gave her any kind of upfront pricing. Just simply told her they would take care of it and sign this mostly blank form. Trying to help me out she signed the authorization to start the work. I thought this was taken care of until I hear here on the phone a week later saying she doesnt understand why the carpet is still wet. That is when I asked for more information and found our what they did. I went to the rental house to find the carpet was still down and wet. I took care of the carpet and told them to come get their equipment the next day and told them I needed an invoice for their services. They dont give you any kind of idea how much the services would be up front. Instead they point you towards paragraph 10 of their form stating its impossible to determine the the price but will forward final bill to insurance company. So for coming out the 1 time and setting up the equipment that did absolutely nothing they charges $4,025.12. WHAT?!?!?!?!?!?!?! That is absolutely ridiculous for the services provided. We had to completely alter our rehab plans based off of how much of the insurance money was intended for Servpro. So after all of the repairs were made I tried to work with the owner of this franchise or location (who also left a 5 Star review of his own location as well as numerous other Servpro locations) as to a settlement amount. We had $3500ish left over from all of the repairs made but they wouldnt take a penny less than the amount owed. At the idea of not getting paid they then sent me over a copy of a lien they planned on filing and a payment demand letter. Better to just pay the bill and move on with life. But for $4000.00 I will make sure I tell everyone about how expensive they are and how poor their service is. The only thing they are interested in is taking all of the insurance money they can. This must be the reason they are so efficient in their claim of lien and payment demand letters. Stay away from Servpro and call anyone else.

When they tell you that it will take 3 to 4 days to dry your home what they mean is 6 to 8 days at the very least. Then you will find that parts of your home will still have moisture. They will then have you sign a waiver that releases them of all liability. So they will inconvenience you they will charge your insurance and their fans serve little to no purpose.They also have little regard when they move your things and they dont put them back when they leave. They do not take any responsibility for things that they damage wall moving them.My advice is if you ever have a flood do not use them. Keep in mind that the fans do not dry out all of the damage. You will have to live with these horrible loud fans that make your home feel like a hot sauna where you cant even hear yourself think 24 hours a day only to realize they served little to no purpose.
