Scheduled a repair, so many phone options to subject potential customers to. . Finally spoke to someone to schedule appointment. Scheduling was a long process even with a live person. got confirmation. Next day, appointment time frame was changed. Later got a recorded phone call about an hour before scheduled time to call to reschedule. Not happy with this large corporation
They only do washer and dryer installations for new customers. If you purchased from them a few years back and move and need a installation of your washer/dryer, they will not assist. If you are in this situation, call Home Depot. They have contractors that will do this for you along with tons of other things that one may need assistance with. Sears was disappointing. I called one day and was told that they could assist and was advised to call back the next day for their installation department. I called Sears installation the next day and was told that they do not provide that service type to old customers. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. But I was very pleased with Home Depot!!
Totally professional technicians. Friendly, too.
Absolutely terrible customer service. There is a clear reason why Sears is going out of business. Use a local business that you can hold accountable, not this dying big box store. Their service time window is from 8am-5pm and I had to call at 5:30 to figure out where they were. Their response was- the technician will be there from 7-8. Save you self the headache, just dont do it.
Not bad service, didnt contact me about rescheduling said they left message on phone did not receive it.
Service window from 8-5 we had to be available and then I get a call at 5:15 that the tech is still an hour away and has three other appointments first. Will never work with them again.
Prices are extremely high!
