There has been jobs that were posted on indeed and I also got text messages saying that they had openings and then when I call it’s a whole entire different story and they lie and say that there’s no job openings When they were just posted? The girls that work there Brenda and Monica have no customer service whatsoever... And they were trying to lie and say that their network team is the one that has posted these jobs that are not open... I went in applied.. I was on hold for an interview for a week. After I finally had the interview I was told they would call me back...they never called me, so I called again, I was told they would double check, and call me back before the day ended... I did not get any call again... so I called and was told the same that they really like me but no word yet that they would call me at the and of the day.. nope no call.... so another week went by, and I call again to see what happened, only to find out they gave someone else the job, and couldnt even call me to tell me. They just had me waiting like an idiot thinking I would get a job, and nothing.. 3 weeks waiting on a job and a call... very unprofessional...

Staff is friendly and they will give you all the information you need. Ask questions and they have the answers! First time going to an agency and they set me up with no problems.

How do I start... I have been to many agencies where I have been treated like a doormat or just another name in a data base but this agency by far stands out from the rest. It is a small agency but the customer service and attention to detail they took with me was so refreshing. The Manager Daniel Beltran helped me out and treated me like “family” not just another walk in. He set me up with a gig right when I needed it, just in time for the holidays and with a juicy pay rate to boot. Upon completion of your application, they try to best match you to the job you are currently seeking. Where do I begin, this agency is super reliable and very facile to apply, when I first moved back into the city and I couldn’t find a job, Ultra was there for me, showed me where to apply and how easy it was, and moments later boom I received a call from RAE who was super sweet and had very irie vibes. Every time I had trouble she would help me solve my problem. And from my time working at the warehouse I always see her engaging with us temp workers and always making sure we are adequately treated. Great agency to work for, I applied and the very next day I was put to work. The pay rate was reasonable and I was paid on time, so I cant really relate to the past reviews. I also read previous reviews about them taking out taxes so that made me a little skeptical but after receiving my pay stub I noticed they were standard state and federal taxes that the company has no control over. Overall this agency treated me with urgency and respect I will most definitely continue to work with them long term.

Just an FYI for anyone applying to work through Ultra, if you’ve ever filed a workmen’s compensation case in the past you will not be hired. They have their staff running illegal case searches. So they’ll ask you for you full name and date of birth before they assign you because they are looking to see if you’ve ever filed. This is coming from a previous employee. Please don’t make this company your long term career, it is merely stepping stone material.

Dont believe their most recent reviews, I honestly think there all fake. They claim they have jobs starting at 15$ but really its more like 12$ they told me yes we have jobs in Ontario for GL and after filling out application they let me know they only have a job in Mira loma for me, thats like 45 min away at a pay rate of 12$ an hour. No thank you. At the end all they did was put me on an available list. Its been 3 months I still call to check if they have any openings in Ontario just to be put on their availability list again. WAIST OF TIME.

Renyce Kates, is by far the best onsite we have had so far. In the two previous she has been the most hands on. Everyday she comes in with a smile and asks how everything is going with the Ultra personnel. If we have any type of issues, she addresses it very promptly. I know that I can always go straight to her for anything needed and it gets handle accordingly and timely. We most def recommend ultra in the future.
