They are unprofessional, call the office today to get work and she tells me to reach out to April who doesn’t answer the phone nor response. If you don’t want to give me a job then say that. I hate unprofessional companies

Worst agency ever! They lie about everything from available jobs they have to mistakes made by their employees. Went in looking for 1st shift jobs they sent me to work at a Mercedes warehouse which didn’t even have enough machines for all its workers. Got sent home twice just two hours into my shift because of no machines. Then they tried to get me to work 2nd shift (I did work 2 days of second shift because they said I would only work 2nd shift for those two days, still not enough machines though) which I said no too because I signed papers agreeing to work a 1st shift! Lost two days of work going back and forth with Kimco about only working 1st shift because it’s the best fit for my schedule so I contacted HR (which the lady was very nice and sympathetic) to help me finalize my schedule. HR claimed that kimco told them that I never said anything about working a specific schedule but when I showed them texts with the schedule I told them I’d agree working they LET ME GO! They said for me to keep this job I would have to work 2nd shift but since the beginning I’ve made it very clear I was only looking for 1st shift so why hire me in the first place? Very unprofessional and very unorganized. This agency is a huge waste of time don’t even try to get a job with them.

I wanted to get a cleaning position but April answered then hanged up on my calls and I was calling for the position and she even told me to go and do a drug test and I went and did one I called the next day to see if I got it I had to call the office in Ontario for them to answer and they said she was “busy” but it seems like in all these reviews this is the worst place to work at the lady’s in the Ontario office were nice but when I called for my spot the lady hung up on me and then texted me saying the spot is taken who does that ! It made me very mad so I give it a one star !

At a time like this around the holidays when everyone in H.R. in most companies are either mentally checked out, or on vacation, it is hard to find stable work. Yet, Kimco Staffing Services showed up and put in work to get me, the pay rate I desired. As well, they took the time to fit me into a really good company that saves lives, with great opportunities for growth. I am blessed and honored to have a rep like Monique that did everything she could to get me into a position I was qualified for. Thank you Monique, and Kimco, you are amazing.

Worst agency ever, i ask them for a job M-F 15.00 hr 1st shift, they said they had the job what im looking for, got the location, went the next day found out it wasnt a Monday-Friday job, wasnt 1st shift nd pay rate wasnt 15.00 it was under what i was looking for, also they do not give out you whole pay check, the job they went me too go, had no work at all i was standing there at the job for at least an hour and 30min so i left the job site, let kimco know what i did and what happen, i refer no one here at the agency, they are waste of time

I have had a very pleasant relationship with Kimco for years. I always work Clerical and Data Entry with them and the pay and work load is exactly what Im looking for. I finish my assignment, add the work experience to my Resume and move forward. Kimco has an Excellent, Pleasant and Professional Staff and I highly recommend them

Worst staffing agency experience I have ever had to deal with, after orientation which was a week out I worked 3 weeks and told Im being terminated for my background check wich has no felonies or violence, gave proof that was requested but also not notified about the need to present proof of matter til late evening before, then not paid in full because of accounting clerical error on there part and still no resolution and no concern non employee, so terminated for minor misdemeanor and not paid for days worked ! Fail to check there own math frustrating!
