Very disappointed with the professionalism of this agency. I had my doubts about this company by reading the reviews but I decided to give them a chance. My appoinment was scheduled for 4pm I showed up at 3:30pm checked in and they told me to wait in the car because of covid. They finally called me at 4:15 just to let me know that it was too late to interview, I told them I had a scheduled appointment at 4pm and I even showed up 30min ahead of time and all they could say is that they close at 5pm. The lazy person i talked too was Ashley. I dont know what her role is but as soon as I hung up they were out the door. If you are in need of a job do not waist your time here and if you are looking and have a job already like I do, dont ask for the time off and lose money just to be told they dont want to stay to interview you.

I interviewed with Alexander, he is very professional but not too serious to where you feel uncomfortable. He definitely tries his best to make sure you’re placed somewhere you want to be.

They called me to come in for an interview. They set up a meeting time and date. I shop up and they told me it was too late. I rearranged my whole schedule and drove 45 mins to find out they messed up. Not professional.

BEWARE JOB LOOKERS FOR NANCY ANDRADE. So nancy the office manager very unprofessional, from the start she couldnt give me a response on whats the turn around time with there client I called for almost a week in regards to finding out when I could or would start working. Then her staff couldnt answer me on who I could speak to other then her on who can find out if I was chosen. Then someone from there off site office had called me and told me to start work Thursday morning. Then nancy had someone else call me back after I complained to her in an email stating it was a mistake. I would like everyone to know full steam staffing can also get you a job in traders Joes so if Nancy mills it on any job your looking for go directly to full steam they get you work with a day not when they feel like it like Nancy Andrade. And if you need a job at toyota and she lags inbox me I know someone else who handles toyota besides Nancy. Nancy is unreliable her staff is unreliable and apparently they need help contacting the right employees for there open positions. I could careless if I work for deploy hr because the only thing they deploy is talk and interviews . So because I complained in an email of the lack of communication she makes up this b.s story of them contacting the wrong person when they asked for me by name.

The two ladies in the front were very helpful went in filled out the paperwork and they found a job for me the next day..thank you I recommend this place to who ever wants to work...thanks again

The no return policy is ignorant of the business.

They told me to come back 2 hours later for they can just tell me to come in tomorrow theyre not even doing anything just sitting down

This temporary staffing agency is ok. They only work with ONE client and thats Trader Joes warehiuse in Chino and Fontana.
