I worked for this company for over a year. I started as a order puller and moved into where i had a lot more experience as a forklift operator (paid minimum wage). A temp from another agency hit my forklift with his he ran to his agency and said i hit his, i had a witness who saw it all go down, did the agency have my back? No!! When they found out i had a witness they said i had threatened to beat him up again they didnt back me up they just fired me. I blame the manager at the Ontario location as it was her who doesnt support her employees.

Ive worked with accurate for a about a year. Its the 5th time I have to wait to get paid. The personel is rude! Its been the worst experience! They take advantage people need to work. Iblike the place I work and my schedule or else i would leave this agency.
This a MUCH delayed review but when I was in DIRE need of a job Accurate sent me to the DHL Distribution Center in Compton. And while I am grateful that they provided me work, I cannot overlook the fact that it was hands down, without a doubt the absolute WORST job I have ever had, something just a few clicks above picking cotton. All of the essence of it is there; the movements of bending over and filling your sack as fast as you can while the overseer barks at you to fill them faster with the threat of being fired every single night.Accurate contributes to this because it is their representative (mine was named Jacob) also threatens you while gauging how fast and how much you put in the sack. I was threatened several times during the course of several nights saying that my sacking filling percentage was low despite the fact I was assigned other duties in the warehouse. Meaning, for example, in an eight hour shift, I was to sort 10,000 pieces of mail, despite the fact five of those hours I was assigned assembling boxes in another section of the warehouse. So when I finally got to sorting mail I was only able to sort 6,000 piece and was literally yelled at and threatened for my low percentage. There is no vacation and no holiday pay and the schedule that you have is the one you are stuck with FOREVER... period. It was the most demeaning experience I have ever gone through and I implore anyone who can read this to NEVER trust Accurate, NEVER accept a job at ANY DHL DISTRIBUTION CENTER and just make sure you do what needs to be done to never be In a position where you will have to take on slave labor. I truly feel sorry for all of those guys still stuck there.
Go to a different place if you need your dot permit unless you want to wait 40 minutes freezing half naked for your exam.
