Made an 11:30 appointment for brakes, was given a time estimate of 4pm to pick it up. I finally get a call at 5:30 that my car is ready, however at that point I don’t have transportation as I was expecting it to be remotely close to 4. I called back at 6:15 to see if I can pay over the phone and have the keys left, only to find out they close at 6 so I won’t have a vehicle for work tomorrow. Would’ve been nice to know in advance that this type of service would take this long here and that I would be given such short notice to pick up, so I could’ve arranged for transportation to work.

We purchased our first brand new GMC Sierra truck from Nye GMC, now I have bought new vehicles from other dealers before but this was my best experience. Relaxed, comfortable not pushy at all and or salesman Spence was awesome to work with. Thank you guys!!!

When I took my vehicle in for an oil change on 4/14/21 I was advised there was oil all over the underneath of the engine compartment. At this time they injected a dye and advised me to come back. On 4/27/21 I took the vehicle back and was advised there were no leaks. Then on 6/11/21 I took my car in for a NY state inspection and asked them to check my oil. I was advised there was no oil on the dipstick and upon further inspection they found a leak around the oil drain pan. I was advised at this time they would replace my gasket around the drain pan and to bring the vehicle back in. I brought the vehicle back on 6/25/21, left the vehicle expecting them to take care of the issue. However I felt the gasket would take care of one issue, not the main issue as to why the vehicle was burning so much oil. Much to my surprise I received a call later that day stating they were not going to replace the gasket as the usage was within GMs Specs. I found this unacceptable and voiced my concerns. My vehicle is only 2 years old with 40K miles and should not be using/burning oil. This is not the first issue Ive had with my Buick and am very disappointed with the quality of my vehicle. I will never buy another GM product due to the issues Ive had to date. I would really like to speak with someone at GM to voice my concerns if someone is willing to assist me in making the necessary repairs to my vehicle.

This was without a doubt the very best car buying experience I have ever had. The salesman Spencer Marcellus was truly exceptional, honest and transparent throughout the entire process.

I was surprised that my regal was driven by the tech to his station replaced the necessary part then drove my car out to the parking lot in 40 minutes. I saw a sign in the waiting area that stated the hourly rate as being $105 per hour, however my receipt says $109 per hour, but what I dont understand is that the labor charge on my statement says that i was charged $288.90 for labor, now i know that that equates to 2 and 1/2 times longer than was spent working on my car. Please explain !

I brought in my vehicle with 2 problems. One the source of the issue could not be found and I was told that I would have to live with it until it gets worse (clunk noise coming from suspension when driving). The other issue was the rear windshield motor not working. There were issues working with the warranty company on replacement cost which I understand. Once approved it took a full day to do the replacement which the tech then broke. Another one was overnighter and took another full day to install. All told took about 3 days to replace a windshield wiper motor, and agree that there is a noise while driving that cant be found. Id guess that the book for windshield wiper motor would be in hours. Our appointment started at 7am and it was midday before it was pulled into the shop.I was considering purchasing environmental protection and an extended warranty for my other vehicle through Nye because of my experience discussing things with sales, but this definitely changed my mind.

I’ve purchased my last 3 vehicles from NYE Buick-GMC, including my current Yukon Denali.Normally I travel a lot with my job, so my vehicle maintenance is needed more often than most people. My last few visits to NYE GMC Service have been great!The last 2-3 times I’ve been in, I’ve dealt with Bruce and he’s awesome.Very friendly and actually cares about why I was there each time.Had some maintenance performed and also some warranty repairs done and I’ve never had a problem there!If you need anything, give Bruce a call!
