Excellent first cleaning/visit! Michelle was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.My exam was thorough and I felt like all of the staff took plenty of time to make sure I was comfortable and that all of my questions were answered. Im very pleased with my choice and look forward to my next visit! Not always the truth about dental services.

Midwest Dental Onalaska has an amazing staff. Growing up I had some not very nice dentists and I was so relieved that they were very nice no matter how bad my teeth were when I first got in.

It was the first and last time I’ll ever go there, told them I didn’t want anything more than delta Dential my Ins. Was going to pay for and they told me the the X-ray we’re going to be covered. Haha I got a bill for over 100.00 dollars and when I called them for a explanation. She said well u signed the work order before u went in. And I said I told you I didn’t want a bill. When I told her on the phone is it worth losing a patient over this. She said it’s the principal of it and I’ll send this to a bill collector and your going to pay one way or another. I’m paying for something I didn’t ask for but I’ll never go back there again.

Dissatisfied and Disappointed... I lost a filling and couldnt get into my regular Midwest Dental Location for a week due to the holiday. I made the appointment just in case I could not get in sooner at a different location.I then called Midwest Onalaska and they told me they could get me in next day. I made the appointment in Onalaska and before I canceled the appointment at my preferred location I called back and specifically asked if they would be able to fix the filling during the appointment. I asked this because I did not want to cancel my appointment at the other location if they were not going to be able to accomodate me. I was told as long as I did not need anything extensive (a crown) they would be able to fix it.I went to the appointment had X Rays and an Exam and was told they did not have time and could do it in the next few weeks....... I would not have wasted my time, money, or canceled my appointment (at the other location that was only a few days away) if this was the case and I made this clear when I made this appointment.I feel like I was tricked just so they could do the XRAY and Exam instead of my preferred location. The dentist was not the least bit concerned when I made him aware of what I was told on the phone. I will be going to a different Midwest Location for all my future needs and I suggest you do the same. The only bright side is the hygienist who took me back / helped me was very nice and apologetic for the situation even though it was not her fault. She even offered to do what she could to make it easier for me to get the work done at my preferred location.

Very friendly and very good with my young kids. It is hard to make kids comfortable with a dentist but ours werent scared at all!

I have been a patient at Midwest Dental for a long time. Wonderful staff and knowledge of dental care. I always feel comfortable with the services they provide.

I thought the dentist was one of the rudest people I have ever meet acted like he didnt have the time of day for me or my tooth problem will not be returning or recommending Midwest Dental to anyone the ladies at desk and hygienist were the only pleasant part of my visit

After going to Onalaska Midwest Dental for a number of years, under the care of Dr. Colvin, I was pleasantly surprised to meet Dr. Vanda and thought he was a great choice to replace Dr. Colvin. Dr. Vanda has the patients comfort at the top of his list. I look forward to getting more aquainted in the future. Bonnie, a busy farm wife.
