When we started our flooring project, we had many possible ideas in mind. Bill was quick to entertain and serve them all. He came out to our house promptly, multiple times, to show us different samples and talk through different quality of floors. He is patience and flexibility is great, as we changed our minds multiple times. His crew was quick and did a nice job installing our new flooring. Bill and his installer Seth did an excellent job laying vinyl flooring in my home. I wanted vinyl flooring installed in my hallway, foyers and on my stairs. I wanted to construct a full golf simulator in my home. This required the installation of a turf carpet. Other Installers refused to install a commercial grade carpet in a residential environment. However, Bill and his crew were more than willing to insure a that my needs were ment! They were extremely helpful in modifying the hitting area, which is one of most critical areas in constructing a golf simulator. In addition a new kitchen floor was installed wit a lot of attention paid to the details. All was completed at a fair price.

Bill and his team were a life saver for my partner and I. We hired a flooring company before Floor Coverings International and they didnt satisfy at all in fact failed horribly. My partner and I were in distress and didnt know what were the next steps until we contacted Floor Coverings International. Once Bill met us on-site he went to observing the rooms we wanted done and immediately we knew this was going to be the company we hired. Once he did all the measurements of the rooms we asked him about the room another contractor did and he was just as disappointed as we were so that lets you know how much he cares about his line of work. My experience with Floor Coverings International of Southwest Omaha was fantastic. We bought flooring for our office. The product was beautiful and installation was done right. Ten days prior to Thanksgiving our basement build out project came to a screeching halt with our GC. Bill with Floor Coverings International met with me to discuss our options of getting carpet installed prior to Thanksgiving within 24 hours of meeting him. The only reason why I didnt use Floor Coverings International is because the carpet company the GC had lined up worked directly with me.My wife and I will use Floor Coverings International when we need to replace the existing flooring on the main level. Unfortunately for us, it will be sooner than later because of two kids under the age of 8 spilling everything under the sun on the carpet and not on the wood floors. It was a great experience dealing with Bill and he provided my wife and I complete confidence that we would have no problems with getting flooring for our home. We look forward to working with him in the future.

I definitely recommend Floor Coverings International SW Omaha and will personally work with them again. Bill was great to work with and always available by phone and in person. It was so wonderful to have all samples brought to the house so you could see what the flooring would look like up against cabinets and walls. There was also no distractions of other customers or phones ringing so you had a more personal experience. Even with a lot of stuff shut down or very delayed with the COVID-19 situation, Bill made sure to stay on top of getting the material here as soon as possible and keeping us updated the entire time. Will definitely be recommending this company to my family and friends.

I would definitely recommend Floor Coverings International SW Omaha for many reasons. Bill was a true professional and helped guide us through the entire process. It was awesome to have the samples brought to us so we could line it up with our other floor coverings to see how they matched, etc. Bill did exactly what he said they would do. The product choices were exactly what you would find in home improvement stores actually even better (higher grade)and the prices VERY competitive.We didnt have ONE scratch on our woodwork after the carpet was laid in two bedrooms. You dont find many businesses who operate like this anymore. Full of integrity and trust. We will definitely use them again!~

I went online and did a search through HomeAdvisor just to see what companies were out there and what they offered soon after that I started receiving numerous phone calls and emails from a person named Joni at this company I did not consent for her to send me an email one email and one phone call would have sufficed you would think somebody in the business would say he didnt respond to my email or phone call he must not need anything further from me but that didnt seem to phase this person if you want to be bugged all the time until you actually have to tell him to stop and leave you alone then this is a place to go otherwise I would look somewhere else this was unsolicited I could see if I contacted them and wanted them to give me a quote however I did not Im too busy to have phone calls and emails clog up my phone while Im workingFast forward to Sunday 29th of November and Ive received four more text messages from this company what dont they get this is pure harassment and then I called and they told me that if this could have been handled much easier if I would have just responded the first time they sent me a message to say Im not interested excuse me I never asked them to give me a phone call this is pure harassment and Im taking this much higher I will contact the corporate of this company as well as the better business bureau theyre just jacking me around now and I dont put up with it
