Friendly and knowledgeable associates, free flooring samples and the prices are lower than Ive found at any box store but the quality of the product is comparable. They also offer delivery.

Go somewhere else, the installers have no craftsmanship. they didnt measure properly, I have transitions of different widths, theres holes where trim doesnt cover. The stair nose and flooring are not the same color or finish. Theres large gaps between the stair tread and the riser. They left glue and putty residue everywhere. Dented my floor with their dropped tools. They refuse to do anything about it because its...NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY

I am delighted with every aspect of my flooring experience from the sales personnel to the installers. They were a joy to work with. Everyone that has seen my floor loves, loves, loves it. I have never seen a group of installers work as hard as they do, talking over every aspect of the installation with me.

They are super helpful, they helped me pick out durable floors for my needs, and when I told them I wanted to install it myself, they gave me tips on installing it and never tried to sell me on their installation services which was appreciated. They cared more about helping me than selling services and things I didnt want or need. Very happy.

Good selection but not a great price. I have done much better in other cities. When buying the last two boxes of any particular product I usually expect a decent discount. They have some products that are not available at other stores. The Nebraska furniture mart is here. Many have come and gone.

I have been in the store many time deciding on colors and material for almost two years now. Finally came down to Bamboo versus CoreLuxe Engineered Vinyl Plank. Every time I went in the store I have always had polite, attentive service! I always left with a bag of samples, if I wanted to see the flooring in my home. As well, I dealt with the customer service over the phone and they have always been fantastic to deal with. I highly recommend considering Lumber Liquidators when you go on your flooring hunt!

They gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision

The product was what we wanted but from the beginning I have been told the wrong information. The previous owner of the house is a family member and I was able to look up his order to match the floor that we ordered for the rest of the house. I was told that they would place a transition piece and that it would be cohesive with my kitchen floor. Which turned out to be untrue. Paid for delivery but the delivery person left our bamboo in the garage. Call the store a week later to ask about the wood and was told that I needed to move it into the house. So we ended up carrying it in ourselves. This made the acclamation of the bamboo take much longer. Had the wood delivered in June and are just now getting to installation. When I tried to contact the installer I was given the runaround and told two different things by the store and the installer multiple times. Was told on the first day of installation that we would have to pay another $2900 to raise the floor to match our kitchen floor. The transition piece is a disaster it’s two different pieces of wood running horizontally half of it is sticking up offof the ground and the other is flush to the floor. I finally contacted corporate and I’m hoping they can fix this. I would not recommend this company. They have terrible communication and do not put the customers needs first. This has been so stressful. At this point I want my time and money back!

Guy came out and measured for an estimate one week ago. Called and they have no record of him coming here.....I will be going someplace local after this. I noted in first call I need a relatively fast install so we can be back in our living space.

Cant complain about this place. It has good prices on wood flooring. I noticed people complaining but, seems like its their own faults. Of Course, Bamboo Flooring is Soft, did you do your research? Also, if you over measure by how much flooring you need...someone needs to have their tape measure or calculator smashed. These things are common sense. I went into the store, the prices are very good for what we were looking for. I already know going in you dont get a good return on liquidated items. Please use common sense on your reviews. You should probably be complaining about your own mistakes. Take care.

Second experience was much better than the first. While we went with another, this store was very friendly and had lots to choose from.

Went today to Lumber Liquidators located near 84th & F and couldnt ask for a better buying experience. They were not pushy, honest, and informative. I would recommend this store and employees to anyone. Thank you lumber liquidators!!

Stay away from the bamboo flooring; we were told it was very durable...it is not. Two weeks after installation it started showing scratches from normal wear.; just two older adults in the house, no children driving toys across the floor. Very disappointed. We called Lumber Liquidators within a month of installation and complained; of course they referred us to manufacturer; and they default to the terms of the warranty. Havent had the floor yet a year and know it will have to be replaced again.

I purchased some bamboo flooring for two rooms. I needed to finish an extra room and when I went back to buy enough for the third room they told me that they had changed suppliers of that color and type of flooring and the new suppliers flooring would not connect with the original flooring because of the tooling they used for the tongue and groove. It seems to me that Lumber Liquidators would tell them how they want it made and not just take what they have. Now Im stuck with almost enough to finish another bedroom and I cant find enough stock to finish it and I got a good price when I bought it but what do I do now??

VERY disappointed in the Omaha store! Purchased over 2K in flooring due to storm damage in Blair. Finally able to put flooring in and had 6 boxes remaining - local store refused to take back (even with 20% reduction) because it was over 30 days from purchase. They still sell this hardwood, it is not on clearance but is regular stock! UNBELIEVABLE - VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I thought it was a discount place. Prices are as high as any other place and the customer service, I could set its poor but that would be overating it.
