I made a reservation for van and they refused to honor when I arrived

This is also the place in Omaha for Rent-A-Van. If you want to rent a Transit Van to get your group comfortably and safely to your destination, this is the place in the Omaha Metro to rent from. The staff are very helpful and get you out the door in a clean van quickly.

We needed a new rental van immediately because the one we got was making a funny noise. The staff was able to get 29 of us loaded into new vans and the trailer hooked up with minimal trouble. They were also nice enough to take pictures for us! We had no more trouble with the vans.

These guys were great and worked with you on your rental. They made sure you understood the contract and services it provided.Had another occasion where they work with me for a school event...great service again.
