They are very rude including the manager!! Called to make an appointment and got hung up on so I called back and explained what happened and was told I should find somewhere else to go because they were rude to me and got hung up on again so I called to speak with the manager and she didn’t even try to hear what I had to say because her employees already talked to her about it!

Theresa is the best! She is patient and do the nails the way you want, her customer service skill is very good. She aims to please!

Felt like a little pampering so I walked into the shop. I was greeted and sat immediately. Theresa did a great job, she was upfront on pricing, pleasant and worked fast. I happened to smudge a nail at the dryer and she fixed it with no issues. Ive gotten so many compliments!!! I will definitely be going back.

Such a disappointment.. Went in as a walk in and only one worker who couldnt speak english well. Stated to come back at 1130 because the other nail tech wsnt there came back and was told to wait another hour.. Will never go back....

I just had an appointment scheduled for me and my daughter to get our nails done. The lady says shes ready as Im sitting there waiting for her to start my nails shes having the best conversation of her life on her cell phone! I asked her if she was going to do my nails and she told me to wait a few more minutes until she got off her phone! I just walked out and well NEVER GO BACK

Been patronizing this establishment since January 2020. The nail tech at chair 3 is rude and unprofessional. Shes dishonest too. Changes her prices as she sees fit. Apparently all African Americans look alike, because she thought Id never been there before. Once my REGULAR tech (Chair 1)informed her I was HER regular customer, she told me to wait on her then! I will never dawn their door again. She obviously does not appreciate the dollars that come thru that door. Needless to say, I walked out and went elsewhere.

They are rude, unprofessional, and do mediocre work. They most definitely will chose a “regular” over you and claim that they have an appointment. I got a pedi and since I got the regular/least expensive package, they didn’t really clean under my toe nails or scrub my heels & I actually had to do it myself (while in the chair) because they said I didn’t pay for that package. My nails were crooked and the acrylic was lumpy. I won’t ever go back here.

Ive been there a total of 2 times now and I havent been disappointed with the results yet :) even though its always busy, they get to everyone when they can and make good use of their time. My nails look amazing and I enjoy speaking to the staff there.Definitely my go to for nail care.

I went to get a mani/pedi and my pedicure was rushed! The man made my big toe bleed and had me limping at work for a week and wearing a slipper to support the pain on the foot. Never again

So I read reviews about this place and thought great its close to home and people like their work! Well idk what is wrong with the people that say they are clean. She ripped my nail until it bled, continued to use the tools on my blood soaked finger which shows through my nail I could keep going but its pointless just saying dont waste your time if you are the slightest bit concerned about cleanliness

They dont care how long you wait, they are extremely rude and offer no apologies. I waited for over two hours on more than one occasion, finally walked out because they wouldnt even aknacknowle me. Their work is good and the prices are responsible, but its not worth the wait.

They do a great job. BUT....have the WORST customer services. Appointments never start on time. Might as well do walk ins only. Always a long wait time. Only go here because its close to my new home.

Had an apt at 230 for my daughter. Didnt get seen til 4. Everyone else that they seem to have known by name got in before us. Was there for hours and will never go back

This was my second time at this place. My first visit was horrible! I shouldve know better than to go back. Because of convenience reasons, I decided to take my chances and give them another shot. My last visit was to get acrylic nails removed. The lady acted like it was no big deal. I sat down and she grabbed a pair of cuticle cutters and literally started digging into my nail and ripped the acrylic nail off leaving my nail underneath very damaged. I was shocked. I stopped her after the first one. I asked her if there was a better way to remove them. It wasnt until then that she suggested soaking then removing. She seemed irritated when I opted to soak them rather than letting her rip them off. I realize it takes a little more time to remove them this way, but it leaves the nail a little less damaged. My nail that she dug into and ripped the acrylic off was far worse than the rest that were soaked. If I wanted them ripped off I couldve saved my time and money and just ripped them off myself at home. This was just a reminder of why I will never go back to this place.

My first time visiting the Childrens museum, it was nice, but they really need to have more activites for toddlers and babies that crawl.

The owner / mannager with the light hair rushed through my set they were lumpy and messy. She finished too fast.

I have been coming here since I was 16 years old.

I was refused service because i had a service dog with me. I have severe epilepsy and need my service dog. The people were very rude and told me to get my nasty dog out of the shop. I will be finding a new place to get my nails done.
