Just finished my first ever pedicure at this facility with my daughter and my wife and I am absolutely amazed how good they are! I dont have any other pedicure experiences but they are very friendly, very professional and are very reasonable. I think I am hooked on this business because of how good they were. Without a doubt, they are worth each and every one of the 5 stars I gave them! Love this place! ❤

Needed an emergency repair on a Sunday & found this wonderful shop near home. Under new ownership and such a delightful staff. My nail designer was Henry and he did a fabulous job on my nails. Love that they are open Sundays & paid considerably less than what I expected. Certainly planning to come back! Looking forward to my next appt @ Royal Nail Salon.

Personally don’t recommend this place. Went to get my nails done before vacation because I was told it was 20% off for first time customers. On the website it states a polish full set is $25. I got a full set, no polish, just clear acrylic. I was still charged $25 even after showing the coupon and online price. In addition to this it took them TWO HOURS to do my nails, and they were very poorly done. By the end of the next day my nails were already lifting, I could literally peel them off with no problem. I also kept asking them to change the shape/length of the nails, I even tried showing them what I wanted but they just said okay, and did their own thing. After the 3rd time asking I finally gave up and just tried to fix them myself at home. Definitely will not be going back here. Terrible experience on my end.

I really like this nail salon! I drive way out of my way just to come to this location. The shellilac lasts way longer than anywhere else I have been to in Omaha. The staff is super friendly and take their time making sure it looks good.

I went here for the first time today for a pedicure and was very impressed. The staff was extremely friendly and the facility was quite clean. The lady who did my pedicure, I believe her name was Sidney, did an amazing job! I got 20% off since it was my first visit. Im very pleased and will most definitely be going back!!!

I had my nails dipped a couple times without a problem but my nail tech moved. The last time the guy that did them did a terrible job. First of all, he should have been wearing gloves because he had cuts on his hands. The nails are thick and didnt even last a week without lifting. I went in today to see if they could fix them and the owner questioned me to the point that I was humiliated. I told him I would just go somewhere else and as I was walking out, he grabbed my arm. I ended up in tears. I will never go back.

First time going to this place and I didn’t like how my nails turned out. Instead of an argument occurring, A man (Yo) stepped in and redid my nails. I’m extremely happy of how well he shaped and did my nails. Ask for Yo! :)

Tracy is the best nail tech I have ever had. I come from Bellevue to have her do my nails. She is that good.

The provide exceptional service. My mother, sister, and I came in on Labor Day for a mani/pedi and even though the were short staff and were working only limited hours they stayed open later for us and never made us feel rushed. They took their time and did an amazing job.

Hands down the best nail salon in Omaha! My daughter (4) got a pedicure and her nails painted and I got powder dip with tips. Rose was absolutely amazing with my daughter and my nails turned out great! Highly recommend, will be back time and time again!

There are several other great salons in Omaha that go above and beyond- dont waste your time with Royal Nails. I was notified after they began the pedicure that the owner would not accept a coupon that was posted on their website. I went with sea salt spa pedicure and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

I wont go anywhere else now! My 4 year old son and I get pedicures occasionally and sometimes it becomes an issue, especially if he decides he wants colored polish that day. He has been told polish is for girls and that he cant have it by nail techs and my crazy side has almost had to come out. I am always nervous when we go and want to find a good place to frequenr. This was not my first time at this salon but it was the first time bringing my son. We went there because every other experience has been great. This was no different. They were energetic, welcoming, and excited to work with him. The lady was very kind, kept conversation (the entire time which is hard with a talkative toddler), and so patient. They had a full discussion about what colors he wanted and which fingers he wanted the lightening bolt design on. He told her about his super powers and the superhero event we went to the previous day. Not to mention we both got hot stone pedicures and he got a manicure for $50 total 😯I DONT GO TO A SALON AS A PAYING CUSTOMER TO GET SOMEONES MORAL OPINION OR FOR MY CHILD TO BE TALKED DOWN ON AND DISCOURAGED. He was treated like a person and more importantly not judged by his gender! Thank you guys for being amazing to us!

We have visited this place twice and although the pedicure itself is very good for the price, the toe polishing has been substandard both times. The ladies are really nice and the place is clean and comfortable. We were just disappointed by the fact that we could have polished our own toes better than they did. I would have given 4 stars, but the polish on your nails is the lasting impression you have when you leave the place so I had to be honest. This doesnt mean we wont go back. I will just be prepared to leave with less than stellar polish.

Must be under new ownership. Long waits and a dangerously inexperienced staff. The guy that was doing my pedicure made it more painful than enjoyable, from start to finish. He also managed to put a scolding hot rock on my leg and when I pulled away and said it was hot. He had to turn to another gal 10 feet away to translate. They have 20 pedicure chairs and 2 or 3 people working at all times. Don’t take walk-in’s if you can’t accommodate them within a reasonable amount of time. Communicate how long the wait actually is...don’t just sit someone in a broken massage chair with their feet in luke warm water for 30-45 mins. As I looked around at the 3 other either waiting in luke warm water or getting torchered, no one was enjoying themselves. They won’t be around much longer. All that, coupled with the dingy, dirty, unpleasant environment...you get what you pay for!

Hate to give it a STAR, they were overbooking, had many of their clients sit there for longer than 30min, and had the nerve to watch what i was going to tip him at the end. And didnt even say Thank you. The lady that did my feet was very professional and that was the only reason i left a tip, WILL NEVER RETURN 🤨

Best pedicure Ive had in a long time! The place was very busy and we had a group of three as walk-ins so I knew there would be a wait. We didnt mind because we soaked and relaxed with the beverages they offered.

The kids basin cut the babys finger bad. There was no plastic in it either. The chair was falling apart literally. The baby handed me a knob and the chair had an arm broken off of it. We waited in the chair for 2 hours and the water 2a cold. My pedicure looks like I did it. (not good) My feet are still rough.

If you dont mind your nails being sharp or polish on your toes not just your nail, or if the salt scrub leaves your skin red, then this place is for you. Better yet, I was told that my nails were dry, but they were not. Lools like I have a hole in my left for. I was not the only person with a bad experience. They lady sitting next to me said it was her first time and that she was not going back. This was the worst pedicure that I have ever had.

Had to wait over an hour for my appointment then my nails looked amazing for a whole day before falling off. I had already left on my vacation had to have them done again while there. The staff was all very nice, the only issue i would address was they all seemed very concerned with a picture on a phone the lady actually stopped doing my nails and passed me on along to another staff while she made some concerned scrolls through the phone. In conclusion Three hours later my pedi and mani looked amazing. Sadly as I was walking to our gate one of my nails fell off then while onboarding the rest came along.

I went into this salon a few weeks ago, first off they had only 2 people working.The one lady that was free made me wait over 20 minutes because she had an insurance agent there and was going over her car insurance! So I was already mad about that and I should have walked out.When she was finally ready she started drilling off the shellac off my nails. I specifically told her to be careful of my right thumb (it got cut off when I was little and the nail grew back super weird and left a gap)She proceeds to rip out the piece of acrylic that fills the gap on my nail, and I remind her again that now she will need to refill and not to mess with pulling anything on that nail again.As she starts to work again she starts pulling on my nail and rips almost half of it off!I tell her to stop and that I want to leave.I did offer to pay her for what she had done, and she said she wanted to finish the job. I told her absolutely notShe said just to go. I told her she should be more careful with her next clients and she said I dont care, youre just being difficult AFTER SHE RIPPED OFF HALF OF MY NAIL AND I WAS BEING DIFFICULT ARE YALL KIDDING ME?!?!?!The lady I went to after at a different, BETTER had to work hard to fix this nail techs SLOPPY work.Dont was a cent here or a minute of time.UNPROFESSIONAL, UNFRIENDLY, AND DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS OR WORK!!!!!!!!

Like most nail salons I have a little difficulty communicating with the staff, but the nail tech who took care of me, gave me a wonderful experience today. Additionally I feel like the services I received were great for the price!

Very pleasant staff. The first part of the pedicure was very good (massage, hot stones). However the polish was very poorly done. I mentioned that it looked uneven and lumpy and was told it would be fine after the second coat. The polish looks awful but I will live with it for awhile and then go somewhere else. I wont go back there.

Went for mothers day a week after. Made an Appointment and still had to wait 30 mins. Both got a pedicure my mom needed her feet scrubbed more than mine. She is still having to scrub her feet after just a week. Our Nails She got tip plus powder dip. It lasted three days. I got a full set with powder dip and they started falling off after having them a week and they look like they need to be filled already. Typically i can wait two and a half weeks for my nails to be refilled. Called them to tell them what had happened and they want us to miss work and come get them done again. I told them I would come after work and they said they wouldnt have time for me. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN

I had been going here since they opened and it was the only place I had gone for the last few years. My last experience was just that, my last experience. Im a guy and always get a mani pedi when I go. The last experience there, the woman doing mani was overly aggressive with the process as if it was an incovenience and she was in a hurry. In her haste she cut off a good chunk of my finger tip on my pinky. It was bleeding the whole time and wouldnt stop no matter what she tried. She wasnt very apologetic nor did they act like it was a big deal. It took over a week for this thing to heal thats how big the chunk was. For the record I have always tipped at least 20% and in most cases its more like 30%. I left knowing I wouldnt be back after that experience. It had been my go to before this debacle.

Very disappointed. Been going here for a long time, but the last time not so good. Made appointment for 430 but when I got there I was told I was late...they had put my appt. time down wrong. Pedicure (which was good) was rushed and didnt get to have nails done. Made the appt. a week ahead of time. I rescheduled nails, but because of an event coming up before then, had to go somewhere else.

Worst Pedicure and Manicure- from the experience on. I was barely greeted when I walked in. Then there seemed to be a lot of confusion as to what was being done, not sure why as I asked for a shellac manicure and pedicure. Instead of a manicure, she was going to just paint my nails- oddest experience. Ive never had anyone just paint my nails- I can do that myself at home. I had to ask someone else, and she took over. Meanwhile I was chatting with the woman next to me who was having her chipped nails fixed- also unhappy. Aside from the chipping, she said she was given attitude about it. The pedicure itself was ok, she barely scrubbed but the after was horrible. The sides smeared with polish, the polish was bubbled. It chipped after a few days- a first for a pedicure! My shellac manicure, I wasnt given all the polish color options- I found some other ones myself. Not a big deal but combined with everything just felt like I was a burden to be there getting my nails done at a nail salon (?). It didnt look great but then it chipped after a a day, started peeling after a week, its gone now after a little over a week. I will never return and I suggest taking your business elsewhere.

Went in for dip set with extremely short nails. The filing by my cuticles burned, and even after she was done doing that the powder still hardened over my cuticle. None of my nails are uniformly shaped. Filing for dipping powder should be done with an automatic Dremel type file. Way to much skin taken off during manicure. This was giving them a second chance. I will never go back!

I asked for a fill and a reshape into coffin, my nails and none of them are the same shape, 3 of them are clearly crooked and my thum nail dips in, i asked him to fix the shape and he made them worse

I came in last Saturday and walked out very upset. I got a full set put on and they didnt even do my cuticles, made them way to thick, they arent even and didnt paint the whole nail. Worst experience I have ever had there. Ver unhappy.

Very dirty and unprofessional. Me and my sister decided to go there since it was close to us. We were told to wait for couple of minutes, however we waited for 1 hour. After 1 hour another client entered and instead of taking us since we were first they took that lady without even telling us . Because of the that I decided not to do my nails there, however my sister did and regreted very much. Below is the result of her dipping powder work.

The worst nail experience I have had. The person doing my nails had no clue what he was doing and argued with me. My shellac manicure didnt even last a week. The worst part was I watched cockroaches crawl around while I was getting my nails done!

I had a french shellac. Excellent job on my nails.

Came in with my daughters for shellac mani/pedi before our vacation. Shellac nails were pulling back/peeling off within 3 days. Disappointing for spending $200+. Also both myself and my daughter picked out colors and got NOT what we had requested. Neither of us said anything because we werent sure if the color would change with more coats/under the shellac lamp but in hindsight for what we spent we should have.
