Well let me start off by saying this was one of the worst salons that have done my nails. I scheduled an appointment days before and walked in wanting specific nail art which was very simple. First things she tried to change the shape so she could charge more when that’s not what I wanted I wanted basic square and I told her that and she kept insisting then the color of my nails were no where near the picture I showed her and I had the picture by her the whole time. Lastly I told her my nail was burning and she tried to say it was my nail beds even after I told her she was using too much monomer I USED TO DO NAILS but she kept insisting and poured alcohol she clearly was in a rush I didn’t even let her finish.

If i could give this place no stars i would .my 9 year old dollar went here with her own moneywe were quoted 58$ for this full set and shellac.they took 2 hours to do this set on her and when i complained about her nails they wanted to make her remove them . so punish my 9 year old for their mess up? i offered to give them less money and was told they would call the cops. can anyone say these are worth 60$ and two hours of your time ?i will never go back here and i hope no one else ever has to deal with this issue .

I came to this spa because my usual one was booked. I got a Regular shellac full set and it was extremely thin and uneven. 2 nails came off in the first 2 days while doing simple things like making my bed. the nails definitely should have lasted atleast a week. Not worth $65

For sure one of the best nail shops here. Super friendly, great service, great communication about pricing, and they slay at nails. I have yet had a bad experience and always leave feeling like a queen. They really don’t need this review but just so Michelle and staff knows WE APPRECIATE YOU.

Stopped in here on a whim for a powder dip. Powder dust was left on the surface of my nails after the final step. When I brought it to the attention of the nail tech, she was hesitant to fix the issue and visibly annoyed by me bringing it up. Mind you this was on 6 of my nails between both hands. The solution that was offered was to paint gel over my nails to cover the white powder. Also I had a pedicure and it was very streaky. Fast forward 4 days later and the gel is peeling on my nails. The people are nice, but the quality of work is shotty at best. They fixed what they could. But I was expecting better

Great place for nails and waxing! Friendly staff and clean salon. Appointments arent necessary but I would recommend calling before you walk in. My gel manicure usually lasts several weeks.

They all do a great job and so friendly. The place is clean and open layout. Plenty of parking. Paying with venmo is a big plus for.

Michelle and Helen do really well so my nails don’t lift. The rest of the staff is great too. You definitely get what you pay for. But, I’d recommend looking over your prices and asking for breakdowns before you get your nails done because each time I’ve spent way more than expected/discussed.

Okay first of all you did not make them square that was my whole problem so what are u talking about ?they weren’t more square than I liked they definitely were rounded and not even close to the color I wanted. Second of all I told u I had somewhere to be so why would I stay and wait for u to take them off when u could have done them right the first time ? I booked an appointment for mani and pedi which I had time for not u takin extra time to take them off and redo. I even told u to cancel my pedicure Bc I didn’t have time right or wrong ? U tried it 😂

They are so friendly & quick there. I love my dip nails. Its healthier for natural nails but lasts a few wks like acrylic.

I got a pink and white full set acrylic. When I called she said she could get me on right away which I appreciate because my normal nail salon was to busy and packed. When I started with doing my nails everything was fine until I saw how he was putting on the acrylic. It was super Thick and not to my standards. I wanted my sparkles to be within my acrylic but he didn’t do that. I think that the nails are way to thick and the tips are super rounded I have to file them down. Not to mention the guy that I was doing my nails complained about a client that comes in once a week to get her nails done. My only other thing that I was not satisfied about the pricing. I was looking at the website and it says that 52 is the hugest price on there for a pink and white set so I thought maybe 5 for a shape and then I could tip 5 to 10 depending on the service. But when I went up there it was 68 Dollars. I don’t understand where this price is coming from. Then when I only left a a 2 dollar tip he got snarky with me when he didn’t even deserve a tip because the service wasn’t worth that much. I’m sorry but I will just be sticking to my normal person from now on.Edit- I have had my nails for only a week and half and they are starting to come up and I had one break off within 3 days! This is ridiculous. I am so disappointed. My nails normally last at least a month.

Everyone is super friendly. I always request Helen to be my nail tech. Shes takes her time and does a really great job.

They do nails fine but dont go here to get your eyebrows done i was trying to tell the guy how to do them and he still couldnt get it, doesnt even looked like he touched my eyebrows barely waxed smh they are lucky i had somewhere to go so i just paid and left

Today was my first time here and OMG! What a great service! I googled the nearest nail salon, called and made an appointment, they were soo kind, patient and fast also offered me drinks. I loved my nails. Great job, I will be back! 😊

I came here for the first time to get a dip manicure with tips. First of the lady who my appointment was with passed me on to another staff to do my nails right away. Then I spent about 1.5 hours in the salon, which isn’t a problem and $50 later. My nails were drastically different lengths and then then next morning I had 4 of my nails break off. I have been getting my nails done for over 15 years and have never had this happen. I was very disappointed at the results. Especially for being in the salon as long as I was. They did fix my nails the next day for free but I am still a little disappointed as they still are uneven in length and have sharp edges and that it was my treat to myself for my birthday and it’s just not as enjoyable in appearance or experience as I would have liked. They didn’t even seem to care that I was disappointed.Now to top it off the owner begins to criticize me! I have spent 1.5-2 hrs in a salon getting my nails don’t the time isn’t the issue. The issue comes when I spend 1.5 hrs getting my nails done they shouldn’t fall off the next day. And they should be relatively the same length. I’ve had my nails done long enough and worked in jobs where I’ve been rough on my hands and still not had my nails fall off the next day, and then to accuse me of lying about it is unacceptable

After being charged $10 additional for Gel, I returned once more. I was told 20 min wait. I waited 45 minutes instead. I then asked for a specific price before beginning. As I was not happy with the quote, I left without service. Upon leaving an initial review of 1 star with no explanation, I was replied to by the owner personally attacking me for choosing to leave. No concerns were addressed in person by Hawaii nails. Instead Michelle waited until I posted a review to verbally attack me. In the future, try and be professional addressing criticism. You own a company where customer service is key. Be Blessed.

Ive never had a pedicure or manicure before and googled nail spots. This spot came up with great reviews and I decided to give them a try.... I made a FANTASTIC decision. Reasonably priced and the pedicure felt amazing. Quick and relaxing, I will definitely be back. :)

They always take great care of me when I am able to enjoy indulging. The results really do depend on the nail tech you get. Everyone is lovely, but some of the ladies there are FABULOUS.

I was visiting from out of town and realized I had a little down time. Hawaii Nails got me in as a walk in for a pedicure. Great service, fantastic prices and great interaction amongst clients. Wish I lived closer!

Hawaii Nails is the best in town. Ive been to other places, but Hawaii Nails is always clean, friendly and they do a better job than places charging substantially more. Michelle and the other technicians are always happy and friendly. They offer a wide variety of services at great prices, and everytime I leave there happy and relaxed from the massage chairs and skills of the talented staff. Their new location is a farther drive for me, but theyre worth it. Try the signature pedicure!

My mom and i have been trying to find a great place to get out nails done. We went here about two weeks ago and the service was fantastic. The only complaint that we had was the recptionist was rude. We will definitely be back today if i can get us appointments this morning

As a man, i never thought i would find myself in a nail salon but as a construction worker on my feet all day, my feet take a beating. This is definitely a place you must experience. Words cant explain how GREAT my feet felt afterwards. The experience, knowledge, and customer service the employees provide is fabulous. I would encourage anyone looking for a not just a good salon but a TERRIFIC salon, to give it a shot. Ive been to 3 salons in my life and Hawaii Nails will continue to be my last. I went here for a full set and the deluxe pedicure and let me tell you, I will never go any place else. They were all so nice and welcoming and the work was amazing. I’ve never had a better experience at a nail bar.

There are many reasons why I won’t be returning to this establishment;Overpriced with hidden costs. I went in to get a $45 service (full acrylic set with shellac) but the technician decided she didn’t want to give me that and gave me something else without telling me the price all while assuring me it would be a better choice as I only really wanted a top coat. I was left paying $60 because of hidden costs. The acrylics were too thick and badly shaped as well as covering my skin which is a big no no. The technician also used the electric nail file on my nails which I looked up later and it turned out, according to multiple resources, is really bad practice.Just 4 days into having the acrylics, they started to lift and I had to go back and get my cuticles pushed back, which, considering the fact that they had me pay $60, they should done it in the first place.When it came to removing the acrylic nails, I knew not to expect my real nails to be in perfect condition, however, I was shocked when I found actual dents left behind on my nails where the edge of the acrylics were.I’m giving 2/5 Stars because the place was clean and tidy.
