ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! In less than 24 hours from our company event, another transportation company backed out and VIP was there to save us. VIP was able to accommodate our large group with their charter bus- Super clean, super fun and even better staff. I cannot thank VIP for being so great to our group. Their buses & services are worth every penny!

We had a great experience. Our driver Tom was very polite and accommodating. We rented the Chrysler 300 for 4 hours for my daughters 21st. Very fun time with family and friends! Thanks VIP for a special night.

I brought the wine and beer to the office of VIP and they did not chill it. There was ice in the limo but beverages were in the case warm. This event was a disappointment on a few areas. I would not use again.

Ive used VIPs services twice now for group outings in and around the Omaha area. Each time our outings have been handled professionally and with outstanding serviceFor my Dec2020 outing Kylee was extremely helpful in scheduling and making sure my vehicle was properly stocked with those items we desired before the event began. Jeff, our driver, arrived on time. He was friendly, professional, and very helpful. Some of my guests wanted to see Christmas lights in the area and Jeff was able to find many beautiful displays without needing our assistance.On both occasions Ive found every staff member to be friendly, helpful and very professional. Id recommend VIP Sedan & Limousine for any of your transportation needs. Theyve always exceeded my expectations!

I would not recommend this company to anyone that is looking for a party bus they are very unprofessional & could not withhold their end of the contract & hung the phone up on me when I asked for a refund after they breached our contract less than 6 months to our wedding date.Edit- To reply to your response & to go into nearly every detail as you did. You are stating inaccurate statements.Point 1: Never did I question the safety concerns as to why you removed this vehicle from your fleet. So Im not quite sure where that is coming from?Point 2: When I called and confirmed payment 3 weeks prior to you guys selling the bus nothing was said to me in any regard a problem honoring the rate I was given. So if it was a problem as if your stating why wasnt that communicated? Also wheres the book keeping if you let me fall thru the cracks for 9 months? Sorry I forgot life got so busy & re-planning a wedding due to COVID is not easy.Point 3: Yes you offered me 3 other busses (1 in which was all forward facing seats & the rate was nearly double my original rate) that were available on our wedding date with only a 15% discount rate. Which I mind you even with the discount rate your prices were still significantly higher than other places I called around the metro & Lincoln.Point 4: The team member who I spoke with several times was Alissa and she in fact was the one who hung up the phone before I could finish my sentence. Among that when I was talking with 2 different bus companies in Omaha/Lincoln looking for another company. I didnt even give her or VIPs name and they were able to tell me the exact persons name that I was talking about based upon the very vague details I gave them.

VIP Limo did everything they could to make sure our day was well taken care of. They were easy to get ahold of, and answered all of our questions. On the day of our wedding they made it so easy for us. When we were taking pictures inside the church, the driver patiently waited for us outside to get us to the venue. We even had the same driver for our getaway vehicle who did a tremendous job throughout the entire day making us feel as though we didnt have a worry in the world.

Literally the best company to go through.There was somthing wrong with the vehicle I requested and they upgraded me to a bigger and better vehicle. Such a smooth and easy process. Our driver John, was sooo nice. He was very professional, took us wherever we wanted and helped on and off the bus. I couldnt have asked for a better driver.Thank you VIP for making my birthday a memorable experience.

VIP Limo was awesome to work with. They answered all my questions right away and made sure everything was set up for me and my husband on our wedding day. Our Driver was very nice and professional throughout our whole experience. The vehicle was very clean and was exactly the size that we needed. I booked a party bus with another company in town that went out of business and VIP stepped up THE DAY BEFORE my wedding and held pricing and supplied a better vehicle. I cant thank them enough! Bill handled all of the logistics - 5 stars, Brad is a great driver - 5 stars.

We hired VIP for my best friends birthday during the end of the quarantine. Our driver was incredibly nice and accommodating. VIP sincerely made the experience just wonderful! Booking was easy from start to finish, we will defiantly be doing it again!

We rented out the 30 person bus for my daughters 21st birthday celebration. VIP Limo is such a great company to work with and made it such a perfect night! Our driver Eddie is very friendly, prompt and professional and he took care of everything! The bus is so nice and had such a great sound system. Plenty of room for everyone to dance! I had the unfortunate pleasure of using VIP Limousine previously and had a horrible experience. The service was poor and the limo was dated and heavily used. There are far better limousine companies in town that have better rates and nicer fleets. Keep shopping and skip these guys! In regards to the owners response of playing dumb - the reservation was under my name.

By far the BEST limo service we have used in the area.We needed a limo for my husband, six children, and myself on Christmas Eve. I called around and two other places didnt even call me back. Jackie (I hope I got her name right), the lady on the phone was extraordinarily friendly, and she scheduled us an eight person stretch for the exact time we requested.The automated system contacted us by text an hour in advance. The driver, Jerry, texted us a few minutes in advance and let us know he would be arriving early which was perfect. Jerry was a wonderfully friendly driver, and he was extremely kind to our children. We took care to wipe our feet and not to bother with amenities we didnt need, and I could tell Jerry appreciated that.Everything was top notch. The trip both ways helped make for a perfect Christmas Eve, and we will always be loyal to this company because of that. I wont consider doing limousine business anywhere else.

The limos are very clean and neat. I seen the buses too. They take very good care of these limos. I seen one broke down recently but it was clean

Great experience hiring these guys for my daughters quince. They literally rolled out the red carpet for her. The driver was super cool about having a limo full of teenagers. The kids had a great time.

My husband planned for a limo to pick us up from our wedding venue and transport us downtown where we were staying for the night. They were very responsive, easy to work with, and were reasonably priced. Our driver was right on time for us and never seemed annoyed when it took us a little longer than expected to get out the venue from saying goodbye to everyone.

We love working with VIP Limo! Weve used them for both limo and party bus rentals for weddings, birthdays, and other special events weve planned! Ive personally been on 2 of their Holiday Light tour buses and their drivers were great! Call and ask for Alissa and shell take great care of you!

Definitely not a company you want to deal with! The owner is completely unprofessional and doesnt seem to care about his clients at all. I was a member of the wedding party who got stranded, and Im honestly baffled by the owners response.One comment in particular amazed me - He commented to the bride and groom that If an airplane delays your flight, you dont get your money back. While this may be true, I can guarantee you that if you are on an airplane and the engine catches on fire, you are going to at least get your money back, if not more.I am truly sorry for anyone who is duped by this company. I would highly recommend going elsewhere - I have also done business with Emerald Limousine and they are fantastic. Use them instead.

We had a really good time on the Christmas light tour with vip. Marcus was a very attentive driver, he kept his ear open when someone was excited about a particular display, and without any kind of request, slowed the limo down a bit so they could enjoy it a bit longer. We did fill the limo (capacity 8) up! The windows almost immediately fogged up and was a minor issue throughout the tour. Marcus did a great job instructing our control of the climate control system which did help a lot, however with so many of us in such a small space,,we still had some fogging. I will break down my review to my own personal experience. 1. staff I spoke with on the phone,,great! 5* very helpful, polite, and courteous. 2. Driver, Marcus,,If I could give him 6 *,, I would! He was very polite, anticipated needed breaks, knew the controls in our area of the vehicle, and took us out til 11:00 on a Saturday, with a wife and kids at home,,(we tipped him well.(FYI Even if they tell you its all inclusive,,tip your driver if he, she does a good job in cash,,its the right thing to do.)). 3. Equipment, (the limo) A Lincoln I think? Very first thing I noticed was a large rust bubble under paint, on a window pillar, next was a part of the interior actually snapped off and fell onto the street while I was getting in, (retrieved and reported to driver), carpet seemed pretty worn, ceiling lights sometimes seemed erratic or malfunctioning, climate control may not be fully adequate in cold conditions when completely full. I give this particular piece of equipment a 2 star. 4. Price,,Im a self employed business man so I understand what it takes to run a business. Im also a fine finish trim carpenter who has exacting standards. Fuel costs, Insurance, maintenance, payroll, etc. I can tell you for the price we paid, 3H and some change + what we tipped the driver 60 I think,,,the price is right,,but this particular piece equipment needs updating, overhaul, or replacement. 5. Price to equipment,,2.5 star. Price, to equipment and driver, 4.5 star. Staff can make all the difference,,and the ones that do, should be compensated well. Poor equipment will only take you so far, even if you have excellent staff. And 6. The light tour,5*,They know where the lights are!

I was in town with family and friends, February 4 to the 7th for my sons wedding. I booked four reservations with you. On the first day we had Jeff Caniglia for our driver. What a kind man! We liked him so much we asked it we could have him for the other three trips. I just want you to know what a delight it was having Jeff drive us. It was out first time to Nebraska and we felt very welcomed. So thanks again Jeff for making our trip to Nebraska a fun and delightful time.

I DONT SUGGEST THIS LIMO SERVICE TO ANYBODY! .. THEY ARE OUT FOR THE MONEY AND DONT CARE IF THEY FILL YOUR WISHES OR NEVER THE LESS WHAT YOU PAY FOR. THEY CHRAGED ME $1300 FOR A HUMMER LIMO FOR MY SONS GRADUATION, IVE STRESSED TO THEM HOW IMPORTANT IT WAS THAT MY SON BE PUCKED UP FROM GRADUATION. AND HAVE THE LIMO FOR THE EVENING. WHICH YES THEY DID TRY TO ACCOMODATE THOSE WISHES. BUT HAD A ELECTRICAL PROBLEM WITH THE HUMMER I WAS TOKD 4 DAYS PRIOR TO GRADUATION,NOT ONCE DID THEY TRY COMPENSATE THE PRICE FOR US NOT GETTING WHAT WE PAID FOR. THEY COUKD HAVE KNOCKED OFF SOME OF THE MONEY SINCE MY SON HAD TO GO WITH A VEHICLE HE TOTALLY DID NOT WANT. THEY COULD HAVE ATLEAST WORKED WITH ME FOR PUCK UP FROM GRADUATION AND MADE IT A FAIR PRICE BEING THE FACT WE DIDNT GET EHAG WE PAID FOR. FOR 2 HOURS THEY THEN WANTED HIM TO PAY $900.. IT WAS A TOTAL DISASTER. WE ENDED UP BEING SCREWED. THE ONE THAT DID STEP IN AND FULFILL MY SONS WISHES AT A REASONABLE PRICE WAS EMERALD LIMO! THEY ARE THE ONES TO GO WITH.

VERY RUDE to pull up to a venue that is being rented by another wedding party to do a photo shoot without contacting the venue first. The drivers were disrespectful to the brides family when asked to leave. This happened on October 15, 2016.

Apparently parking in a roundabout instead of the parking spot twenty feet away makes sense to these jokers

Did not show up for our wedding then tried to offer 20% off next service. Thats not going to cut it.
