Highly recommend Emerald Limousine and Tanya as the driver. She was on time, professional and willing to stop anywhere we wanted/needed to. We used the black limo bus and it was pristine. Even has a bathroom in the back. We were able to bring our own coolers and played our own music. Had a great time while going to take wedding pics with our group!

We used emerald limo for our wedding, transporting all our guests from downtown Omaha to Biaggi’s and back. It was amazing. The driver was courteous. He extended our trip on the way back. He adjusted to a changing schedule. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you Emerald.

We had my brother’s wedding this weekend, and the party bus was set to take us from wedding to reception, with a few stops for pictures. Tanya was our driver, and extremely accommodating. She made stops for us that weren’t on the original plan, but even more-so, she helped keep everything on schedule. She had a great sense of humor, which is always refreshing. The bus was extremely clean, and had a bathroom in the back which was also well maintained. Sound system was great, and she set us up so that we could blue-tooth in and play our music - made it super fun so we could change songs as needed. I’ve personally never hired a party bus before...but I promise if I did, I’d be calling to have Tanya pick us up - guaranteed to have a good time, and a smooth ride.

I used Emerald Limousine for transportation from my wedding ceremony to the reception for the wedding party. Our wedding ceremony got started a half hour late and our bus driver Tanya was still able to fit all of our photo stops in while keeping the mood lighthearted and fun! She ensure my dress was out of the mud EVERY time I got on and off the bus. She exceeded expectations and I would highly recommend using her for whatever event you are looking to have!

Highly Recommend Emerald Limo and our driver, Princess! We had a group of 26 for a Holiday Light Tour and it was hands down the best tour weve done. She brought us to a house in West Shores that had real Santa & helpers where my little girls got their picture taken. The Bus itself was fantastic, comfortable, and clean. We left a jambox on the bus (which you dont need as they have a stereo systen) and Princess drove it back to my house. Make sure to choose these guys for your next party bus.

We used the Big Red Bull party bus from Emerald Limo for our wedding (to go from the church to the reception) and were very happy with it! The bus arrived on time and the driver was both friendly & helpful. We were able to fit our whole bridal party and significant others (23 of us) very comfortably. We had a blast and would recommend them!

My brother purchased a party bus from here. When the bus showed up at 9pm it was a different bus than originally ordered. Between the bus he ordered and the bus that arrived was a almost $400 difference. The driver showed up with a $100 check for a refund for the difference in bus. The owner never contacted us to tell my brother that the other bus was “broke down.” The owner is now not answering phone calls or texts to my brother to get the refund. He charged him for the full price of the bus and gave him a $100 refund. The owner and the bus driver were both extremely rude and disrespectful. All they care about is getting there money. This was handled very unprofessionally and i would not recommend this company. At all.

5/5 stars for our driver.2/5 for the bus.I picked out the Red Bus a month prior and the ONLY reason I pick this one was for the big trough or cooler at the back. This was going to save us space because we wouldnt have to bring our own coolers. I told my entire group about this, so we bought plenty of ice, and no one brought coolers.30 minutes before our pick up time, after we had already arrived at the pick up location, someone called from Emerald to say the bus I picked out was not running properly and they were sending a replacement. Not so much as a Sorry, for the inconvenience.The replacement was there by our pick up time and the driver was very friendly.There was not NEARLY the amount of cooler space on the replacement bus, so we had to improvise and a group of our guys ran back home for a few coolers. It was inconvenient and annoying.The second issue was with the A/C, as in, there was none. The only temp was HOT. Our driver tried to adjust it after our first stop and had no luck. As you can imagine, a group of 30 people on a bus are going to need a little cool air. After our second stop and 2 hours into our 5 hour trip, the owner met the bus and fixed it. It was a sauna inside up until this point, making enjoying the ride tough at best.I rented from this company with hopes that we would have a stress-free, entirely enjoyable night. This was not the case and I am disappointed.

My cousin rented the emerald limousine bus to transport all of us in the wedding and some other close friends from the ceremony to the reception this past weekend. Tanya took us wherever we wanted to go and even helped keep us on schedule. I had a blast and highly recommend.

Would not recommend this company. I had a party bus scheduled a month in advance for a Saturday night. Come Saturday night, a trolley shows up at the start time that is not the bus I had already paid for. The bus driver told me the other bus broke down and they couldn’t get it started so they sent a subpar bus without contacting me and updating me on the situation. Therefore, I had no option of doing anything as I had 30 other people in front of me so I couldn’t cancel. The driver also had a check written out for an amount that wasn’t even close to the amount to refund me for the difference in price between the bus and trolley. The trolley that showed up didn’t have a bathroom, A/C, or built in coolers like the original one purchased, well under my expectations. The bus driver then gave me the owners phone number and I called. He was very argumentative and hard to refund me the money based on the bus rate and inconvenience while I had 30 other people standing in front of me waiting to get on the bus. I was trying to get taken advantage of until I brought up that I knew the difference in the rates between the bus and trolley, which is still not settled. He had excuses about not contacting me before hand which was very unprofessional based on the amount of money I was spending on this bus. The situation was handled very poorly and I was not satisfied with the service provided or customer service. And based on other reviews it seems similar situations have happened before.

We used Emerald Limousine for our wedding and couldn’t have been happier. They were so incredibly easy to work with. The bus was amazing and clean, they had a great speaker system for music, and the driver was wonderful! I highly recommend Emerald Limousine and would definitely use them again in the future!

This lousy company is out of business which I chalk up to poor management and ownership. This place promised me a credit for bad past experience but now itll be impossible to recoup any type of credit.

We had a party bus break down and had to find a new one a few days before the bachelor party. Emerald Limousine helped us out and worked with us on making it work. The bus driver was excellent and was very helpful even going out of his way to get people back to the hotel. Very professional and highly recommended!

We rented the Red Bull Bus from Emerald Limousine a few weeks ago for a birthday celebration and let me tell you... we had the best time ever!! It was so convenient to book, everyone was extremely helpful, and they were very flexible! Last minute we were having such a good time we decided to extend by two hours and they were very accommodating! The bus even drove everyone to their homes at the end of the night! I would highly recommend them and cannot wait for another reason to book!! Thank you Emerald, you made it a memorable and safe party!

Five stars for customer service before the event - answered emails in a very timely manner and called with clarifications.Two stars for actual night of service: Driver was very nice but borderline incompetent. He did not seem to understand the location of most of our stops. We had to help type locations into the GPS on his phone so he would get them correct. Despite this he could not locate 3 of our 4 stops without someone from our party literally sitting next to him and telling him where to go. Spent approximately 45 minutes of our night out getting the bus turned around and redirected when he had gone the wrong way even with his GPS. And we were not going to out of the way spots - we are talking bars at 120th and Blondo, 160th and Center, 150th and Pacific and Yutan - a party bus driver should be able to figure this out on his own.And speaking of his GPS - it was him holding his cell phone in his hand the entire time he was driving. No hands free mount, nothing. At one point while driving on the Dodge Expressway at 60+ MPH he dropped his phone and had to pull over on the side of the road to get it out from under his seat. Definitely not safe to do while driving. And then he STILL missed the correct exit off Dodge.I expressed my disappointment via email the night of the event and *crickets* - no response from anyone. My 10 or so emails before the event were all answered within hours - but when it was a complaint about a customer service issue the email goes unanswered. Bottom line - Emerald limousine is not in the business of repeat customers and doesn’t care about customer service after they have your money.

We enjoyed our ride in Murial, the 1989 vintage limousine, from Lincoln to Omaha for a dinner date. Our driver was right on time and very professional. The vehicle was spotless and its fun to look at as well. Ill be using Emerald again in the future, as this was easy to arrange and things couldnt have gone more smoothly.

OMG. We had the MOST AMAZING TIME on this party bus for my bachelorette party. I am usually very indecisive so I was unsure of were me and my friends wanted to go or even were to go bar wise.However, my driver Princess contacted me days in advance to find out my itinerary. In my five minute conversation with her, she formed a game plan AND not only made sure we stayed on schedule so we could hit all of the spots my party wanted to see BUT she very much took care of all of us.Not one of us girls even after multiple drinks and lots of craziness amongst us (cattiness at its best) was allowed to exit our party bus without her standing at the door way assuring that we exited safely and got inside safely.She was never far away and even though downtown were parking can be so very crazy on a Saturday night she was but a text away so I could inform her of when we wished to be picked up.Our safety was paramount to her. The stereo system was amazing, the service was phenomenal and we had the MOST AMAZING TIME. I as well as all of my friends would HIGHLY recommend Emerald Limousine and if you can get Princess as your driver its even better.Thank you Emerald Limousine and Princess for such a great service.

I booked the nice Red Bull bus for my best friends Bachelorette Party. Unfortunately, a few hours prior to the bash the bus we paid for had a transmission issue. Thankfully, they were able to get us a back up bus and told me they would issue a partial refund as the back up bus was of lower quality and essentially a decked out school bus. While all of us girls made the best of the evening, I was told by Ron that they would not issue a partial refund since the bus driver told him that we had fun and gave her a good tip. Would not recommend.

We took a bus down to the Quack Off. The bathroom door wouldnt latch shut. The speakers were poor. Could only hear bass in the back. The bus was quite expensive and proceeded to break down in the middle of nowhere. We sat for over an hour waiting for it to be fixed with an overflowing bathroom. The owner refused to make any effort to rectify the situation. The driver was pleasant but would not recommend.

Larry was our driver, very accommodating when we asked to extend our time. We told him where we wanted to go and he put it in his navigation and we had no issues getting there. There were only 2 issues. It took 1/2 hour of me trying to Bluetooth and use a USB to try to get music or anything to play when the issue was that the driver needed to flip a switch in the front. The second issue was that the bathroom door doesn’t latch. It just swings open throughout the trip. In the video, it showed blinking strobe lights inside, but the lights didn’t change or blink at all. No huge issues! I just wish I didn’t need to start the trip out with 5 people trying to figure out why the speaker would not work..including the driver.. when it was a switch in the front (where the driver sits.)

Unacceptable service. Driver and owner have terrible customer service, do not want to deal with any issues and get them taken care of for a problem that they caused. Not how a business should be ran or how paying customers should be treated.

I had reserved the big red bull party bus, but the day of my 40th bday bus party it had a compressor issue so they gave us a free upgrade to the limousine coach. Our driver was awesome and everyone had a fabulous time! I would highly recommend Emerald Limousine! They are definitely 5 stars!

Spoke with Rob on the phone, one of the owners about a limo. Was rude for no reason so I moved on the next limo service.

Do not trust this vendor. This was the worst experience of my life. I rented a bus weeks in advance and the night of my party a trolley showed up and the driver had a $100 refund. The owner did not call or let me know in advance that the bus I rented was not available. He was not pleasant to work with. He tried to give me a $100 refund for the bus when the trolley was actually $200 cheaper than the bus I rented so I would have overpaid by $100. I am assuming he does this to everybody because he is rude and will not process refunds. Very displeased with the service.

In regards to Greg Lierman. When Ron talked to Mindy she was totally acceptable of the switch of buses at the last minute. We even provided coolers as the bus provided did not have the bath tub for the beverages as the original bus did. As far as the refund goes, I’m sure that Ron did not offer any type of refund other than what is stated on the contract because he wrote the terms and conditions that clearly state you have the option to either (A) Take a full refund if you are not happy with bus provided at the time it arrives and the bus returns to the terminal or (B) you accept the bus for the event with no refund. Here it is in a nutshell….You took the bus for the full 4 hours and told the driver you had a great time... You also stated in this Google review and I quote “Thankfully, they were able to get us a backup bus”. We went out of our way to get you another bus unlike other companies that would say “Sorry about your luck” and no refund. We provided coolers that we didn’t have too. This is why you are not getting a refund.
