I had an amazing experience with Courtney! She was so kind and made me feel extremely comfortable. However; setting up my second appointment was a hassle the gentleman on the phone was kind not very nice. I missed my appointment do to my close family member finding out she had cancer. I called to schedule another appointment and all of a sudden the have zero availability for me. It was almost as if he didn’t want me to come back. Then he says with an attitude you also need to pay for the full service you no call no showed; didn’t bother to ask what happened. I was extremely disappointed as Courtney really made me feel so comfortable for it being my first time. Whoever is at the desk needs a customer service check. Because of him and him alone I won’t be back. I’m sure he is happy about that anyway.

I’m very picky about who I give my time & money to. More than anything it was my first time waxing (extended brazilian) & Alena made me feel sooooo comfortable, she assured me it wouldn’t hurt. I was so nervous & honestly didn’t hurt as bad as I expected. Excited to now have set routine appointments every month with her 🥰 she keeps you distracted with great conversation. She has that great personality as if she’s been knowing you for years. She definitely made it worth it, she was also gentle.

My friend make appointment for waxing and we drive came.from Lincoln, they didn’t let me enter and wait sitting in an empty room, absurd, so I have to stay almost 2 hours waiting outside alone. This is very stupid and non sense rules. Do they take your temperature when you come in but dont take themselves temperature? They shout reviews this stupid thing 🙄

I was pretty much a Brazilian wax virgin when I met Alena. She explained everything to me to help me understand the process, and I have been going to her for almost 2 years now. She does such an amazing job! I have even tried using someone else for convenience; BIG mistake! Alenas final result is second to none. And Premier is a very clean, comfortable environment with easy online scheduling. I cant imagine going anywhere else. I highly recommend!

I am sooooo happy my bff told me to try this place! After discussing an issue I was having at another business she said that Premier was way more laid back, the interior was more comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The chair was covered in a soft material, not paper so I didnt feel like I was at the doctors office and no one ever made me feel rushed here. Alena made me feel especially comfortable and was very welcoming. Do youself a favor and call them for an appointment!

The room and area was clean but the lady who was not Jenniifer (Alena) is not gentle. This was my first time so I asked her to try and hold the hair before ripping it and she completely ignored me. Overall she made my first time painful and not relaxing at all. She’s not the person to go to for first timers.
