Showed up for an appointment that was confirmed by their business at the time I requested. When I arrived the front door was locked. No one seemed to be there. I received a text from their business confirming with the correct day and time the day prior but hadn’t otherwise received any kind of notice to inform me that they wouldn’t be able to give me service. I called their phone line and you can’t even leave a VM because their “inbox is full”. Extremely unprofessional!!!!!

Linsey is the best in the business, especially at both their Lincoln and Omaha locations. I wouldnt take my girl anywhere else, I dont think shed want to if I even tried!

This was my first time going for a wax. Ellie made me feel so comfortable and made it go by so quickly without even realizing it. Definitely will continue to go back!

The staff was super nice and friendly. I went in for a brow tinting and full arms. But when we started, they didnt have the colors for brow tinting... Luckily the wonderful staff member was able to mix other colors together to give a close color. Then when we went to wax the full arms, the company didnt have the waxing supplies. Not super impressed that they didnt have supplies to do the two services I went in for. Rather than suggest clients come back another today, perhaps make sure you are stocked for the day. Two stars instead of one because of how nice the staff was.

Ellie was very nice and professional. She really knows what shes doing. This was my very first wax and I was nervous but she was so very professional and comfortable she made me relax in no time at all. Shes a keeper.
