There are many things I love about working out at TAP Into Fitness! I started with minimal knowledge or experience, but with Tom’s expert guidance/coaching I’ve learned an immense amount in the last six months. The workouts are always varied, challenging and even fun! It’s also a positive environment with great community. With a wide range of ages and skill levels, TAP truly is a gym for everyone! Tom’s passion is to help others achieve their health and fitness goals and if that interests you then you should check it out too!
Working out at TAP for the past seven months has been the best gym experience I’ve had. Love the community, the workouts are challenging and varied, Tom definitely knows his stuff, and I’m in the best shape of my life as a result. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a gym!!
TAP is the first gym I’ve ever received coaching at and wow - it makes a big difference, totally worth it! I’ve had previous back surgery and not much experience working out in classes and Tom makes it safe and walks you through the workout. It’s great to feel good and experience some good friendship as you workout.
Some of the friendliest staff AND athletes Ive ever seen at a gym. The workout was fun AND had really tested me without burning me out. Tom does a great job of making sure each athlete is working at his/her best, tailoring what each athlete will do to during the workout to work up a sweat but not get injured. Whats even better is he didnt take the whole class time to do this! Everyone at TAP made my first experience comfortable and useful in helping me get to my fitness goals. Ill be back!
TAP is a great facility, and Tom keeps it very clean! Tom is very knowledgeable and a good teacher and coach. He pushes you hard without going overboard and putting you at risk of injury. He has taught me a lot of skill work as well as provided me with invaluable feedback on my form and technique. He is also very accessible and willing to answer questions. He has given me several strategies for improving my health and fitness when Im not working with him directly. I highly recommend TAP into Fitness and Nutrition!
So glad to have gotten started with Tom! I’ve grown in knowledge, strength and definitely confidence! I would recommend Tom to all ages, young and older. Excited to see more changes in myself physically and mentally as my confidence grows.
Been working out at TAP since it began and have experienced remarkable progress. At 51 I can deadlift more than ever in my life. Flexibility is up endurance is strong. I had a bad back for years, but my core strength has eliminated that issue. I can highly recommend the quality of the gym and the coaching.
Been working out with Tom for the last 2+ years. Never felt stronger or more confident in what my body can do.He’s not a “mean” trainer. You know the type that yells at you and makes you feel bad. Wouldn’t have stayed with him this long if he was. Kind guy with a big heart that wants you to put forth your best effort every workout. Done one on one and group classes with him and love that everything can be scaled. Tom works with you to find out what you are capable of and pushes you towards that each and every workout.

Tom’s new facility is the cleanest and most well equipped gym in town. When you combine that with Tom’s extensive training expertise you will see dramatic results in your fitness, strength, and endurance. Tom tailors each workout to each individuals fitness level and pushes you to the next level!
Tom delivers! Started seeing Tom a couple times a week beginning July 2018. Great results so I stepped it up to 3 times per week January 2019. I could’t be more satisfied with the value and results. I feel really good about my decision to have Tom take charge!
Tom is very knowledgeable in fitness and nutrition. His group classes are very personalized to the groups goals. It’s like being personally trained in a group setting. He helps you grow as an entire person - physically, mentally and spiritually.
Great facility, care and attention to my needs. Tom focuses on your entire body mobility to strength and cardio. He works with you to address muscle and joint issues in designing work outs that push you, but dont hurt you. Ive been with Tom about a year and Ive added years to my life.
Tom is a great coach in all aspects of fitness. I have been training with Tom for some time and have seen wonderful results. Check out his new gym soon.
