Theyre a staffing agency, they literally get paid to staff people so it is beyond me how they have attitudes when it comes to doing their jobs. Some positions may or may not work, people have a right to request other assignments. There are several other agencies we can go through without the smart remarks as well. Hello! Also, I didnt appreciate them trying to tell me I had a record when all my life I have had a squeaky clean background clearly they cant read profiles

I needed a job fast, and they found me one. That was almost 2 years ago and Im still working that same job, still with Remedy. I mostly deal with Vanessa Hufford, who is absolutely great. She is always helpful and friendly, and when I have questions or need something, she is quick and knowledgeable.The only issue I have with Remedy is the miserly PTO. No matter how long you work for them, you only get 16 hours of PTO twice a year for a total of only 36 hours a year.

The last time I worked with a staffing agency I wasnt a fan--I didnt think the company I worked for cared about their employees at all and it made it difficult to bring up any concerns I had. Well like a lot of people several months ago I was struggling to find a job even with help from a couple other staffing agencies, and then I found Remedy. Vanessa believed she had an opportunity for me and I got hired on with the first job she had me interview for. Not only that but any time I had a question or a concern she got back to me quickly and gave me all the resources I needed. Now anytime anyone around me mentions theyre looking for a job I send them her way immediately!

Every single freaking thing they make you do..Then get upset when your not a puppet. Becky unprofessional hang up on me after wasnt comfortable doing certain job for the employer interested for job interview. If employers are interested they will do the interview process without requiring to download TEAMS 😆 what a joke this temp agency. 😑

Remedy placed me into a position that was adjacent to my degree and in line with my career goals. I worked as a temp for Remedy for two years in that position. During my time there whenever I had questions, or needed adjustments to my hours for payroll, Vanessa and the other staff members were helpful and responsive. I had great support throughout my time at Remedy. Through them, I now have a permanent position with the employer they placed me with.

Worked there in 2016. Spent several hours there the others are right. Was promised this great position and while we waited for that they sent me to Marianna industries for temporary work which was fine. Heres where the issue lies, once that assignment naturally ended there was no update on this job they were going to get me into so here I am left with no job or anything. I moved out of state about a month later and they called saying they needed me on an assignment on 370 and I said oh well I moved and they blacklisted me. To this day Im still blacklisted. They will happily tell you that as well. Its a shame. It started off great but ended unwell. This was my first staffing agency experience. Its sad that now I dont trust any of them. Thanks

My fiance got hired for a receptionist job through ditch witch and when she got to work there was no computer or phone set up so she was told to just hang out for a minute till it was hooked up an hour later she got a call from remedy telling me to pick up her stuff and go to the car and not to say a word to anyone. She was told she was no longer needed and would receive a call back the next day about more job opportunities. She never recieved a call and its been a month and didnt get paid for the whoppimg hour of work or the 4 hours required at a temp service when you get let go for the businesss mistake . 10/10 will NEVER return there !!!

Gave this place 2 tries when I was in need of employment. Never again. They tell you what you want to hear over the phone then when you go in everything changes. They say its a quick 20 minutes to come in and chat. NOPE.The first time I spent over 2 hours in their office when they said it was going to take 20 minutes and never felt like they wanted to help me. I was left alone in a small room for about 45 minutes watching some random videos before they even told my what kind of job i was going to be offered or if I wanted to accept the position.This last time I knew where it was heading and just left as I trusted what was told to me over phone and planned my day around that. I even told the recruiter what happened last time and she said the paperwork you fill out online will speed up the process then I walk in and get handed the same stuff again just like last time.Their goal is to get as many people in their door as possible as I am assuming their recruiters pay is affected by how many people they bring in and that is what they ACTUALLY care about. Never got the feeling either time that they actually wanted to help me but rather help themselves and will say whatever to get you in the door.They dont offer direct deposit and ONLY offer to put your pay on what is basically a prepaid visa card. Which you can transfer the money to your bank but there is a few day waiting period but then the card company charges you to use the card. So basically you get charged to access your OWN money that you worked for.

Remedy has been there for me on more than one occasion. I could not suggest a better service to go through. Their team is very professional and highly motivated. Becca was extremely helpful and proactive.

Receiving a message from Jacob Neff has turned into one of the largest blessings I have ever had. I have worked at Mutual of Omaha through Remedy for almost 6 months. Their assessment of me was spot on-I can say for the first time in my life that’s I absolutely LOVE my job. The days fly by, and I get to do something that truly helps other people. I am intelligent but I famously forgetful, forgetting to clock in or out for lunch at times. But each time I have contacted Jake and let him know he fixed my error without an issue! He had been an imperative part of this process, and I am continuously grateful for him and his wonderful service. Though everyone at their office has been absolutely superb!

I type at 120 words a minute with a 10 key keyboard.Now the thing about Remedy staffing is if your going in with Jason then you will be fine if your looking for labor.However, I do not and can not work labor so I tried clerical, Call Center etc... I tried that department and they transferred me to 13 different people wasted a good hour of my time that I could of been looking for a job else where by playing there game.After I got a hold of someone they asked me what I use to do I told em did about 2 years of coding, 1 year of call center with complete call and some data entry. After I told em and sent them my resume they told me they had no jobs for me and that I can try Jason I told em I can hardly walk and need a sit down job. Reccomend you just find a job on your own . They wasted many hours of my time just to blow me off . Sorry will not cut it, Apologies from the owner dose nothing . Hire new staffing employees. Fix your problem not apologize for it, and leaving things the way they are .makes your apology meaningless.

Absolutely disappointing. I had applied to a few jobs as I was moving back from out of state and needed a position right away. I was called by one of their recruiters right away and an interview was set up. The interview went fine and the gentleman advised I had fantastic work experience and he would be in contact with me when my move was closer. Fast forward to when I had moved back and nothing from him. I sent an email, no response. Called and left a message, no response. Called again and my recruiter actually answered the first time. He acted like he had no idea who I was and asked me which positions I was interested in. He advised he would call me back. Nothing for a week. I called him again and he advised he would check into a position and I never heard anything back from him. I have worked with several staffing agencies and none as inept as this one. Simple communication is key and they sorely fail.

This was first was my first time working with a temp with a temp agency and joe found me a good job with great pay almost immediately. The overall experience with remedy has been satisfying. Remedy is very!!! Great at keeping in touch with you on all aspects of job finding and great at job placement best suited for u they are way more on top of this then other staffing agencies like Express.

Got a job a little over a week after my application. However, I interviewed for the first position that same week as my application by Ms. Gonzalez, who was also very helpful in providing proof of employment for extraneous purposes on multiple occasions regarding which I am thankful. I have to say that I didnt like how Remedy didnt consider me for the better jobs they had open at that time. Still, I was happy to get a job because that was supposed to be full time work, which it was for the most part but there were at least three days where we only worked half-a-day in a month period and werent made aware that it would be a half-day work ahead of time.After some time working for Remedy, I got rolled over into full time work with the company all thanks to Tasha Williams efforts and recommendation. She handled my placement, interviews, and files expeditiously.Overall, I am happy I went to Remedy to find me a job.

My experience was as painless as could be, notwithstanding a few internal complications stemming from the company that Remedy wanted to staff me with; however, after a relatively short period, they got me out of my old job and into a *much* better company and job (this new job is a $7 pay increase for me)! Jacquelyn P., who worked with me on getting the new job, understood my strengths and skills, the kind of work I wanted, and helped me prepare effectively for my interview with the company; she was also extraordinarily kind, easy to reach, communicated well, was understanding, and approachable when it came to me calling and emailing about a million times with questions and check-ins. I appreciate all the accommodations she made for me because of my work schedule, and I would recommend Remedy and specifically Jacquelyn to any capable, hardworking person (and I *did* refer my wife their direction, and the same day, they scheduled an interview for her).
