I scheduled a second interview with Titan and two days later, the recruiter called me and informed me that they already filled the position. I dont know why they even bothered interviewing me the first time let alone scheduling me for a second interview. I find it very unprofessional for a recruiter to schedule an interview just to cancel it a few days later. I would highly recommend avoiding this company.

Spoke with a recruiter who made me feel as though because I’m a young female he knew more and what as best for me. Tried to convince me to look into offers paying less. And then proceeded to act as though my questions were an inconvenience for him.

Got a placement and drove all the way to Maryland to have the hospital oblivious to my arrival. The manager of my department told me it was agreed with Titan that I had to complete onboarding before I started- never receive any of that through communications. Contract was pushed a week and still did not receive training links til Thursday. Tuesday-Wednesday i started to not feel well so i booked it back to Nebraska- turned out i got covid so i called and canceled my contract. After multiple emails back and forth and 3 weeks i have still not received any travel or hotel compensation. Very expensive month trying to pay for things/get back home/apply for new jobs/and pay my bills.

This place has a very high turnover rate. Its like a revolving door they hire groups of 10-15 people at at a time hoping one or two of them stick. No diversity and the two african americans I worked with one being an HR manager has filed a civil lawsuit. As for making money account managers only focused on placing recruiters candidates who they like. I was let go for no reason and told its an At Will State we can do what we want to you! If you like being another number, talked down to and threatened everyday work here! They literally tell you that you are just another number. Natasha, Jennifer are very rude and will threaten you and be little you constantly. They will tell you if you dont like it leave! I was only there a month in a half! Worst work experience Ive ever had!

The worse travel company you can work with. They change the terms of the contract in the middle of the assignment so they make more money out of you. I won’t recommend this place to any nurse.

Four years with this company and I quit a contract due to the hospital’s unsafe practices involving patients. Learn to back your staff. Patients are more important than money to some of us.

Titan medical hired me as a travel CNA, they didn’t represent me well. There’s no chain of command, the agent took the side of the facility without hearing mine, I would not recommend working for this agency.

BEWARE! READ THE FINE PRINT!The rating is explained as follows.+ 2 stars = Great service, able to quickly find me an assignment. In fact, Titan tries to develop relationships with hospitals, and if you are on the phone with one of their recruiters and they are speaking of an assignment that is ready, typically it means that they are ready to employ you, and would like an answer/commitment then and there.In truth I see that sort of line to be a positive thing. Cause if you can agree to an immediate job, they can get you there immediately.- 3 stars = BEWARE!Their health insurance plan is only worth a piece of paper.No, I mean seriously, take a blank sheet of paper, write health insurance on it, and there you have it- the health insurance plan Titan Medical provides for all the good it will do you when you really need it.Quick recap of my personal experience.I suffered a vehicle accident, thankfully I was unharmed. However my medical bill was / is approximately $15,000. (CT scans + Ambulance ride, etc.)For any other travel company I have ever personally traveled for, had a health insurance plan that typically capped out-of-pocket expense around $3000-$5000Does anyone want to guess how much the plan Titan Medical paid out to that bill?Their coverage = $500 per ER visit.If you wish to travel with Titan, feel free to do so.However, I would SERIOUSLY recommend getting insurance with ANYONE but them.Or,Perhaps if you are reading this, you might want to pass them up, and hold them to the same standard that most Medical Traveling companies have.For what its worth, that is my personal story / account / advice / warning.

Worked one assignment which was great recruiter was great, but when it came to getting another assignment after I was left to figure it out contract ended on 1/11...still no contract. Very FRUSTRATING

Ive been a traveler for many years, Titan medical is the best company ive worked for. I had a few bumps in the road, and they worked with me and help me through it. Wouldnt work for anybody else.

Ive done multiple contracts with Titan. I never had any problem with them. They always delivered on their promises and treated me great.

TITAN MEDICAL IS ONE OF THE WORST TRAVEL COMPANIES FOR NURSES! They do not pay back their nurses they promise to support. The only thing they care about is getting you into an assignment and then never helping you or returning your calls (even in an emergency) - once they have you in assignment they dont care about you theyre making their money so you can rot in hell for all they care. DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY! They will promise you the moon and stars with money reimbursement and weekly take home, but IN THE END THEY TAKE MONEY FOR REAL HARDWORKING RNs AND ONLY PROVIDE UNPROFESSIONAL SUPPORT!AVOID AT ALL COST!

This is a terrible place to work for. I worked for them and they took advantage of my time by messing up my pay and trying to pay low stipends while my friend workes for them and they paid her like 1000 a week in housing costs for smaller area.They were rude and not professional at all.

Be very careful with this company. They say they will cover expenses and then not cover them. They drop you like a bad habit if they want to. Too many lies.

I hate working them . The worst agency I have ever worked with Nothing but liars, they dont pay you on time. Everyone gives you a different story after talking to one person, then ask them about it a month later and they give you bs like they have no clue what u talking about. I only dealt with them cause I wasnt certified but now im certified! I can go where ever i want. Very Untrustworthy !
