Navigating the shark infested water of temp. agencies is daunting for the uninitiated. I was fortunate to stumble upon LRS while searching for a temp position. All my communication with LRS has been professional, responsive and on point for my allied professional needs. I would highly recommend these folks as they are focused on the candidate getting the best fit for them as possible.

First of all, Morgan D. is a good recruiter; she gets 5 stars. But the company itself is not of ethical or legal fortitude. When their after-hours emergency line was called for a problem on the night shift, they did not respond for over 6 hours. When the contract was cancelled the next day, I was mocked for upholding the legalities concerning passing medications I fired LRS for these reasons...but I would follow Morgan anywhere. I would not recommend LRS Healthcare.

LRS reached out to my husband and I about staffing a Travel Nurse in our brand new, fully furnished, fully renovated AirBnb. The representative was very nice and responsive-let me make that clear.We looked into the LRS reviews-we heard only great things about the company so why wouldn’t we take this offer-plus they tenant is a NURSE at our local hospital! Assuming the company had done a detailed background check, we were sent a lease agreement which was signed and returned.6 months later after the nurse’s assignment had ended, I went to clean the property and prepare it for our next AirBnb reservation. Before I entered the home, I could smell feces and urine. When I walked into the home I was horrified.The nurse, her husband, 2 young child and 2 dogs were living in hazardous conditions. The mattress were stripped of the bedding and covered with urine. The couches were broken. One bed frame, the wooden window seals were chewed and destroyed. Every piece of furniture had been moved to different rooms of the home. All of the rugs, towels, bedding curtains throughout the house were ruined and moved to the basement. 6 kitchen chairs were never recovered. The floor was covered in food, urine and feces. A dog was kept in one of the closets. Bug traps hung from the ceiling. Needles and pipes were found. Only a few pieces of furniture was saved.The flooring is having to be redone throughout the home.The damage is $12,000 and counting.It’s upsetting that this company failed to do their due diligence on their employee before reaching out to a homeowner asking to house their nurse. When confronted about the situation, LRS claimed they couldn’t be held liable and that they have nothing to do with it even though all communication was through their Representative.Do not let this company house their nurses in your homes or it may turn out to be a drug, feces/urine, disgusting disaster just like ours.

I’ve done travel nursing intermittently for 10 years now and this is hands down the best company I’ve signed on with. Very attentive, professional yet at the same time personal. I’ve dealt with Cody G, George G and Nina T and they have ALL been FABULOUS and so understanding during this journey!! I highly recommend working with LRS if you get the opportunity, you won’t regret it!

I have been working with LRS intermittently since 2016. My recruiter, Alicia, is amazing. She is always prompt in communicating with me, genuinely cares about what’s going on in my personal life and what’s happening at the facilities I am working in. I don’t like been overwhelmed by phone calls or pushy recruiters and Alicia knows this and is the perfect recruiter for me. She always does her research into the areas and facilities she sends me so she’s not wasting my time submitting me to places I won’t be a fit. The times I have used the housing department have been painless and when I don’t they bend over backwards to help get me settled whenever I’m going. I love traveling with LRS!

He continually exceeds my expectations to get me premium pay rates, the best scheduling available, and any of my shift preferences. Matt is always available to answer questions or guide you through the travel assignment processes and is a fantastic liaison between the nurse and the facilities. I highly recommend LRS Healthcare to all of my coworkers because of the great pay, schedule flexibility, shift flexibility, and the overall fantastic teamwork within the company. This is a great company to work for. They have very good compensation packages and are willing to work with you if you find a higher rate elsewhere. They reimburse for travel expenses and licensure. The only negative is that the clinic locations for physicals and drug testing always seems to be far away from where I am.

LRS has been a great company to work with! My wife and I both work for this company, and our experience here over the last 2 years has far exceeded previous employments. Being that we travel far away from our true homes most of the time, it is nice to know that we have some great support from our employers at LRS. They have always taken care of us since the day we started, and they are so easy to work with.

Ive been traveling with LRS for a year now. I looked into a lot of other companies before deciding where to go. I chose LRS because of Brittany Meints. Right away she was helpful and reassuring. I dont have to worry about anything other than working. They take care of all the annoying small details. Ive only had one issue with payroll and it was resolved in two days.

I have done two contracts with LRS Healthcare, both after several years of trying to connect with them on contracts. Honestly I feel they are one of the better agencies out there. Granted, this is my opinion but Vince Poast has always been bluntly honest and fair with my contracts. No hassles, drama or gotchas.

The company has been wonderful so far. There are a few things that I think would help make it better for the traveler. I am not a fan of paper timesheets. It would be so much easier to be able to do them electronically from a spreadsheet and emailed. That also go for W2 and any other documents. Instead of having to create accounts for multiple websites to get things individually.My recruiter is a 5! Amazing! Always responds and in a timely manner. And has been honest throughout.
