As a traveler I worked with a number of different companies to ensure I was able to obtain the best assignments in the location and settings I wanted. However, the only recruiter I ever trusted was Tony, he always went above and beyond with his honesty, hard work, and commitment to actually listening to me and helping me get what I needed. When fellow PTs ask about my time as a traveler and who to work with. Tony is the only name I give them.

Unfortunately, I gave a review when I was first hired on for this summer contract 2020. At the time Kim, my recruiter seemed responsive and professional. However, since that first review my pay has been incorrect over several paychecks and now I am being denied sick time that is listed as part of my benefits in PayCom. Very frustrating as I have traveled with Cariant in the past with Frank as my recruiter and never had any issues. However, if you have a strict budget, this is probably not the company for you. I have worked extremely hard for this company this summer and love the clinic that I work in but the travel company is no longer traveler focused. I will not be traveling with them again.

FYI THEY CHARGE YOU FOR WORKING LESS THAN 40 HOURS!!! I wasnt informed either. So working 39.12 hours I was deducted$14.98 from my weekly pay. Kari is a horrible recruiter who doesnt tell you everything. Found out no more PTO when I asked how much I had. Had I not read contract for weekly pay I would I have lost over $100 because what was promised what not in contract. Very shady becareful!!! I hear HOST is a good traveling company fyi.

Richie has such a great energy and is easy going which effectively smoothed out any anxiety, that was percolating on my end, as I jumped into a lot of new unknowns involved with navigating travel nursing. He has been so helpful, very responsive, and consistently available all along the journey. I have had such a great overall experience with my assignments so far and its a big thanks to Richies coordination efforts and affirmations along the way! - I cant speak highly enough about my experience in general with Cariant as a company and am thankful for the work that they do!

I was with Cariant for one assignment in 2018, with another recruiter, and was offered and accepted a full-time position in my area through that assignment. The recruiter was awesome, but no longer with the company. I decided to go back into traveling and Inow have Tony Marino as my point of contact. He has been awesome. He has been very patient with me and my needs/wants, very accommodating, andvery understanding. My husband says I can be high maintenance at times, but I see it as knowing what I want. Im sure I have come across as high maintenance and Tony has been great about it. To my surprise, he found me an assistant within a day or two. I look forward to working with him while pursuing more assignments through Cariant.
