I went through this agency last year to find the job the current job I have now. Got hired on permanently last October, Im currently looking to go back to school and a couple of my classes are in the morning and my current job doesnt have full time night shift which I need. I saw a post for a night shift job through indeed.com that Aurstaff posted and applied for it. I get a call from a female recruiter and I told her what was going on with my schooling and told her looking for a night shift position and she asks me if I told my current employer that I was planning on leaving and I said no. Well a day later my supervisor comes to me and told me that Aurstaff contacted my employer and told them that I was planning on leaving!!! So my manager wants to talk to me one whats going on, on why I was leaving so I told them. That was a very awkward conversation for me. Why the hell Aurstaff would you contact a persons place of employment and tell them that theyre leaving?? Who even does that? It wasnt your place to say anything. I will never use Aurstaff again. The most inept, incompetent people working for them. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY, they have no idea what discretion and privacy mean.

This place is Great!!! I came in, Marisol, (Recruiter), patiently walked me through the on-line application process. Marisol then interviewed me that very hour & I was hired! That was on a Thursday. Then, Josh, (Account Manager), placed me on a banquet assignment that was for that coming Sunday. On Friday, Bob, (Account Manager), signed me up for a job assignment that was only supposed to be a three week assignment, but it actually lasted more than two months. Now Im working with Annette, (Account Manager). Shes Awesome!!! I love this job assignment shes placed me at! & in a few short weeks Ill be hired on as a permanent employees. Sent me to a job site, told me to leave and now I cant work with them. Do to the fact i left the job site so now they will no longer work with me. The reps arnt all bad some r decent but there are others that will try to back stab you as soon as you let your guard down so be careful who your rep is.

Rude customer service. Ive never been treated this way before. Wow. I was calling around the local area to get payroll rate quotes. Ive spoken with over 10 Temp Agencys in the area before I called this company.I called and asked if they provided a payroll service for an inside sales representative. The employee said she had no idea. I then asked to be transferred to sales representative to get a rate quote for payroll services. The employee then told me, Sorry, were not interested at this time, then hung up.I have never been treated this way by a Temp Agency. I called this company because they were referred to me by another another Temp Agency I called that didnt work with Inside Sales Representatives.By the way I was treated I would not work with this company for my Temp Agency needs. If you treat a prospective client like dirt then thats how your company is, in my opinion. I work in a service field and customer service is #1. There was no reason for this employee to treat me so rudely all because she was confused. She couldve placed me on hold and asked a supervisor what to do. But, she didnt. Even if the company didnt work with insides sales representatives or didnt even provide payroll services the situation couldve AND SHOULD HAVE been handled in a professional manner. AurStaff = UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDE customer service.

They pay their employees less an hour then another staffing service that is at the same client! but I guess thats what happens when you work for a staffing service
